Nice atmosphere, good food, and friendly staff.

We stayed here a few years ago now, (just a month before the first Covid lockdown) and remember it being a pleasant stay with a large room with everything we needed, decent dining facilities and friendly customer service. Great location within short walking distance of Shepherds Bush tube station, and handy to Westfields and TV Centre.

Amazing rebranding and reshape of this place to a healthy beautiful space with great food based on veggies, salads, healthy protein cakes, an much more. I will definitely come back soon! Now it is called Awake, love the name too!

I have returned every time in london as the food is delicious. I had tandoori chicken , very tasty and moist but my highest praise was the naan. It might be the best ever. Service, good. When this was previously Kerbishley and Malt I went twice and found it very average for cod and chips. when it changed owners and Became What The Fish as I had visited their premises in Ravenscourt Park twice before and found it to be average and expensive for the portion of cod and chips so I decided to visit this one in Brook Green. I had visited quite awhile ago and again found it to be average and expensive for the portion. This month Mar 2024 I visited for a take away and what a difference the portion was huge and fried to perfection. I came back a few days later and it was different staff I got home with the takeaway and found a small portion again and it not fried sufficiently batter was very pale and horrible not crispy at all and the few chips were also pale looking and not sufficiently fried, it is not worth £15.50 for a smallish fish and some chips not adequately fried enough.

Ordered 1/4 pounder meal chips was not ready he cooked back and bring again, ordered chicken curry was just 2 small small pieces of chicken and the rest rice i asked one of the staff why very less chicken and he was like if u want more chicken u should order biryani next time…

Gran servicio, comida fantástica y vino increíble. Vivo en Yorkshire y a menudo consigo una comida para llevar desde aquí cuando visito a mi madre. Tienen unas cuantas opciones de base que es agradable, pero nunca tuve tiempo para comer. Pedí una comida para llevar de camino a casa y me quedé a comerla. El personal es muy bueno y amable

On the 21st April 2023 I had the best service from Iolanda! I should have done this review ages ago , I’ve been busy but need to do this review before 2024… Iolanda showed amazing customer service and made me feel special on my birthday! They deserve a pay raise for their amazing service and I will definitely be coming back! All the best for 2024 and please share my apologies for posting a late review, pass my review to Iolanda because we need more workers like her as her service is outstanding!

I used to consider Acropolis as the best souvlaki place in London by far, as well as the closest one to the "real thing" back home. I have been a customer for a couple of years and the quality and size had been pretty much consistent. However, upon ordering last night after some time, we were thoroughly disappointed. The gyros was tasteless and colourless, and we couldn't tell if it was actually pork or chicken. We couldn't even eat it properly, as the wrapping was completely loose in 2 out of the 3 pita wraps. Perhaps there has been a change in management or employees, and I am conscious that it was a late evening order, but the end result was a far cry from the past, so I would refrain from ordering again (at least in the near future). I am giving 2 stars as they included a complimentary small portion of fries, which I appreciated.

Viernes 12 de julio 7 pm Tenía la experiencia del cáliz envenenado reservada para mí y mi pareja como regalo de cumpleaños para él. Empezó encantador con la óptica falsa del Dudley y la contraseña secreta, llegamos a la mesa de la historia de fondo y la sensación de los speakeasy era genial. Luego bajó rápidamente. Nos entregaron una tableta con unos 6 PDF y dos estuches con candados. Nos dijeron que tocáramos la campana si necesitábamos ayuda - ¡todo bien! Los artículos en las cajas eran pegajosos, no limpiados después de que los otros tocándolos definitivamente y directamente se consumieron no se veían muy bien (no parecía una cosa intencional solo puramente viejo utilizado por muchos otros y no limpiado). Los casos no tenían nada que ver entre sí, no había ninguna historia en absoluto y ningún caso estaba vinculado entre sí al azar. Toda la sensación fue una fiesta de cumpleaños para niños rehaciendo el concierto que la otra mamá hizo ya que a los niños les encantó tanto... la ayuda de Stanford estaba dando la respuesta. Al final estábamos con otro grupo para el final de la bebida final - no es ideal, ya que se suponía que esto era un regalo de cumpleaños si quería estar en un grupo que reservaría más personas en... Se le dijo que llevara las calaveras al bar cuando el humo se calmara cuando se intentaba hacerlo tenía miradas raras. Evita evitar evitar : )

I go in here pretty regularly. Service is patchy if not sometimes rude. Under poured pints have started happening regularly. The food is extortionate with pretty small portions, though always very tasty. Booze very expensive, too (£11 for a large glass of wine). Little things like “forgetting” to call last orders (against the law and was also a blatant lie) so, a fun night, with friends I hadn’t seen for ages, that would have otherwise been excellent and totally fulfilled was cut short. I would never stay past closing, I hasten to add, but I would stay till closing. Just a general disregard for customers, and a complacency about their position in the market has led to an increasingly unpleasant experience. As such, I won’t be back.
