Viernes 12 de julio 7 pm Tenía la experiencia del cáliz envenenado reservada para mí y mi pareja como regalo de cumpleaños para él. Empezó encantador con la óptica falsa del Dudley y la contraseña secreta, llegamos a la mesa de la historia de fondo y la sensación de los speakeasy era genial. Luego bajó rápidamente. Nos entregaron una tableta con unos 6 PDF y dos estuches con candados. Nos dijeron que tocáramos la campana si necesitábamos ayuda - ¡todo bien! Los artículos en las cajas eran pegajosos, no limpiados después de que los otros tocándolos definitivamente y directamente se consumieron no se veían muy bien (no parecía una cosa intencional solo puramente viejo utilizado por muchos otros y no limpiado). Los casos no tenían nada que ver entre sí, no había ninguna historia en absoluto y ningún caso estaba vinculado entre sí al azar. Toda la sensación fue una fiesta de cumpleaños para niños rehaciendo el concierto que la otra mamá hizo ya que a los niños les encantó tanto... la ayuda de Stanford estaba dando la respuesta. Al final estábamos con otro grupo para el final de la bebida final - no es ideal, ya que se suponía que esto era un regalo de cumpleaños si quería estar en un grupo que reservaría más personas en... Se le dijo que llevara las calaveras al bar cuando el humo se calmara cuando se intentaba hacerlo tenía miradas raras. Evita evitar evitar : )

Fui por el té de la tarde de Sherlock como sorpresa por el cumpleaños de mi tía. Toda la experiencia fue increíble y vale la pena cada centavo. Desde la aparición en las ópticas hasta la resolución del crimen - todo estaba tan bien pensado y cada pequeño detalle hizo la experiencia. 2 de nosotros somos veganos y sin gluten y nos atendieron completamente. El té de la tarde era delicioso y mucho!

Great fun on a Wednesday evening. Loved the use of a code word to get in and the acting of the staff upon welcoming us. Once you enter the main bar area, it's like being transported to the time of speakeasy's and cigar rooms with the decor and the music. The gentleman at the bar who led our case's was incredibly attentive, and helped counter our lowering the IQ of the entire street (IYKYK)🤣 and the prize we got for completing the case's was delicious. I would go again in a heartbeat, and looking forward to trying their escape rooms.

We wanted to drop a heartfelt thank you for making our special day even more amazing at your wonderful venue. The staff went above and beyond, and we truly appreciate their warmth and attention to detail. The venue itself is absolutely amazing and unique– it's gorgeous and unlike anything we've ever seen. Our guests were raving about it, and we couldn't agree more. And the escape room totally stole the show! It was a great surprize for our friends and family and made our party unique and unforgettable. A big shoutout to the manager and the entire staff for helping us kick off our journey as Mr. and Mrs. Your dedication and care meant the world to us. And those cocktails? Absolutely mind-blowing! We will definitely come again just so we can enjoy them one more time. Thanks again for everything. This venue is amazing to have a night out with your friends or family, have a party or just come and have some fun with your partner. It is definitely one of the most unique and fun places in London.

We had a lot of trouble finding this place but once we were inside it was a good time. We had plenty to eat and drink. We attended a mystery afternoon tea and the mystery was not much, just a word problem to solve. My family had fun though.

Booked Tickets on glitchy app. Given tickets with the wrong date. Unable to get exchanged. Explained the situation and was given a generic response. Also, no upfront and clear information stating that the tickets were non refundable or transferable. Completely ignored about error. Which by the way was not my own as I also made sure it was checked by others before booking to avoid mistake. Have asked for it to be escalated and have been ignored. During a cost of living crisis £98 is a huge amount of money. I saved for this and now have nothing in return. Apart from worse mental health, a lighter bank balance and a huge feeling of hopelessness. Copying and pasting Terms and Conditions instead of dealing with or attempting to resolve an issue was abysmal service. I feel that not only my rights as a consumer have been regarded but also as a vulnerable human being. No one should have to go through this. Where is the care?! Now after sending this through to the email address this still has not been resolved. Absolutely crushed. This was a birthday surprise for my partner and I now can't even rebook (due to the extra expense) I was looking forward to us experiencing this but now after over a week of trying to find a resolution and being ignored, sent terms and conditions, a completely inhuman and generic response and finally a thanks for my feedback (more of a kick in the teeth which to be honest felt like they just found the whole situation hilarious). No experience booked. No resolution found. Loss of money. Ill health due to the stress. It's a real shame that this is what is representing this business.

Matt and his whole team were just amazing from start to finish! We booked afternoon tea for 13 for a Hen do and they made the experience so fun! Started out in a different shop with the code words and Matt and his team led us through and gave us the mini mystery to start with while they brought the high tea platters and took tea orders. They were very accommodating and even allowed our party to add additional cocktail and mock tail orders after the tea - which all tasted out of this world by the way! I definitely recommend 221B cocktail - simply a must! Really enjoyed our time here and will definitely come back again!

My wife and I took part in the Mind Palaces new 'table top' mystery experience which has been introduced to combat the difficulties with doing a fully immersive experience during the social distancing guidelines. We were sat down, given drinks and presented with a locked briefcase, a padlocked box and a tablet which had 'case files' required to solve the various puzzles. We had a great time drinking and solving the various puzzles. It was a great way of keeping the experience and feel while obeying the safety guidelines. Well done!

We had booked this after seeing reviews for a birthday treat. The entrance and beginning actors were all very promising and gained our confidence that this will be a lovely experience as read in the some reviews. Lets say that it all ended there, from the minute we entered the place was ice cold (no heating was working). We were seated at our table and our drinks orders were taken. Once these arrived the sandwiches followed, we had in time requested a non meat selection which they said hadn't been requested as were had been past our cut off. (No messaged back to say this was the case). We were then told that as the sandwiches are ordered and not made on site, these can't be swapped out for the veg ones. Once the sandwiches arrived it was noticeable that they had been sitting around for a long time. Very dry sandwiches which tasted of ones that has been left out for a while. The same can be said about the sweet treats which to be honest we didn't even try. We know 'experience' afternoon teas are just that but we didn't expect it to be this terrible. The mini mystery was just that, mini print out sheet of A4 paper with a puzzle. Not what I expected with the actors in the beginning, I assumed this would follow through to the whole afternoon tea. The staff serving were hardly there and it meant we had to stand around waiting for them to come and only after asking did they come and check our puzzle. We were very disappointed with this as the food and experience were both not to the mark and a total waste of money as we left hungry. Would not recommend this to anyone.

Staff seem nice, they don't have any diet drinks so not great for the diabetic in the group who also dosent drink hot drinks, drinks are also really expensive £4 for a small bottle of soft drink nothing on draft soft drink wise so 4 drinks came to £17 just 2 coffees and 2 soft drinks, surrounding are fun but drinks prices need to be cheaper .

This place started with afternoon tea which was nice and the staff were pleasent. Then we moved on to the escape room that was challenging and a lot of fun. This led to a drink and a further crime solving experience in the bar that was also fun to do. The service that we received later on in the day was not as good. We were told to go back to the table and someone would be straight with us but no one came over. Once our orders were made for drinks we had to keep chasing them up. The big downside, do not order food. Basically ordering pizza express and by the time it got to us it is cold, starters and main all turn up at the same time and that is if it all turns up. Overall fun was had but better food can be found in other places.

Cocktail making with a Sherlock Holmes themed mystery. Solve the case and find the ingredients to make your own cocktail creation. Succeed and drink to your success. Arrive exactly at your time to Doyle's Opticians in the W12 Centre, Shepherd's Bush. You will not be allowed entry early. Ring the buzzer at Doyle's and you will be met and escorted through to the private member's club to begin your mission. The Sherlock Holmes themed bar was small but cosy. We were seated at a table with stools, so slight room for improvement here to upgrade to comfier chairs. There was nowhere to put our coats either, so we asked for an extra stool to pile them on. The staff were excellent, all very attentive and all in character. We received our small welcome cocktails and then gradually throughout the evening 3 different boxes of clues where brought to our table. We had to examine the evidence using the props provided in order to gain the ingredients needed to make our cocktail at the end. We really struggled with a few of the clues, which is why we ended up spending over 3 hours there! But the staff very kindly didn’t rush us and only provided hints when we went to them for advice. The fact that it was so challenging though just added to all of the fun! We absolutely loved it!! After solving all the puzzles and getting all the ingredients, they were all mixed in the glass skull bottle and the final cocktail was presented to us with a bit of a show – I won’t spoil it for you! We bought drinks throughout the night and service from the bar was slow, but we weren’t in a rush. Beer at £5.50. Nibbles are £4 each, they are tiny but we were there for 3 hours so needed something to tide us over! The olives were delicious and probably the best value. Cocktails around £10 but all delightfully themed around Sherlock Holmes stories (see photos of menu). Paid £27.50 each, plus extra drinks/snacks. Experience includes a welcome drink and your own Crystal Head Vodka cocktail creation. Expected to last around 90minutes, but we spent over 3 hours here! Nearest tube station is Shepherd’s Bush. One of my favourite activities from our recent trip to London! We highly recommend, just don’t be in a rush to leave as it takes longer than you would think! And there are lots of other activities, games and puzzles here you could try out too.

It was great finishing the (excellent) escape room and coming out into this bar. It's a super secret speakeasy style bar with a great atmosphere. We ordered mulled wine, which, although delicious, was in tiny glasses and some of the glasses were barely even half full - and found later that we had been charged £6 a glass! It wasn't much more than a shot of wine in some cases. Not acceptable.

After we completed our mission for the Network, it was nice to get some drinks and have a chat. The place and the setting was just amazing, full of pictures of the best scenes of the show. The atmosphere was perfect and the staff was super nice. Perfect closing of an intense adventure!

Was bought tickets for Fathers Day to The Case of the Poisoned Chalice - An Immersive Cocktail Experience. A unique way of entering the place as you go through Doyles Opticians to go into the Sherlock themed bar. After receiving a welcome cocktail and choosing a team name we then proceeded to receive boxes full of evidence clues and props the help us try to solve puzzles to gain further ingredients for the final cocktail. Needless to say my Wife and myself struggled a little, and from hearing the help bell being struck on all other tables , we were not the only ones. Im not saying they were impossible but very cryptic and well put together. Staff there were very helpful guiding us towards the solutions without actually telling us which we thought was terrific. After solving all the puzzles and getting all the ingredients, they were all mixed in the glass skull bottle and the final cocktail was presented to us. The bar staff were also very helpful, polite and all very smartly dressed. All in all a prefect gift and well themed bar, had a fantastic time and would recommend this to anyone looking for a brain work out. Well done guys keep up the good work

Came out from the escape room (successfully in 57 minutes) and walked straight into this private bar. Delightful ambience filled bar. Fabulous cocktails and cheerful staff. Great lighting and plenty of space. Great visit
