On the 21st April 2023 I had the best service from Iolanda! I should have done this review ages ago , I’ve been busy but need to do this review before 2024… Iolanda showed amazing customer service and made me feel special on my birthday! They deserve a pay raise for their amazing service and I will definitely be coming back! All the best for 2024 and please share my apologies for posting a late review, pass my review to Iolanda because we need more workers like her as her service is outstanding!

I brought my mom to k west restaurant for dinner and we came out absolutely fascinated. The food was really good and the atmosphere was excellent. The team is so friendly and efficient. I will definitely go back again. Thank you!

I can’t understand why the reviews are so low… we just stayed and the evening meal and cooked breakfast were pure perfection. Creative, perfectly cooked and presented and absolutely delicious. Flawless… and the staff were just incredible. So friendly, kind and genuine. Made a very special occasion perfect, thank you.

They only have food at meal times, not in between. I found it pricey for what it was.

Breakfast was absolutely delicious!! Highly recommend, atmosphere was really calm and relaxing, staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.

Very good food and friendly service - I had the Korean chicken burger - very tasty and really enjoyed my meal. Lovely finish to my spa day.

The Food was lovely. Mini burgers were delicious with a side of fries. The cocktails were nice.The fire place next to the bar completed the scenery and made it cosy.

Appalling service, terrible food and miserable experience. The menu had a 'vegan burger' which came with cheese, coleslaw with mayonnaise and pesto! i sent it back and it came back AGAIN with pesto! the afternoon tea (which we'd called ahead to request a vegan option) comprised of cheese and butter sandwiches, and buttery cakes. The facial I booked was average and I had to wait an hour to be seen as they were running so late. The duty manager was unhelpful and offered me not even a partial refund. Would not recommend.

The worst afternoon tea I've ever had! You get the tiniest amount of food, the cakes and sandwiches are stale and despite having booked weeks in advance, the gluten free afternoon tea only included 4 tiny sandwiches and a minuscule slice of cake, and was told the gluten free options advertised were not available. A complete rip off!

The quality of food is really poor. The food seemed to be re-heated . Really disappointed.

Had lunch here after going to the K Spa as a day guest. There was no one else in the restaurant at 2.30 when we went, which actually worked fine for my Mum and I. We both went for burgers and they were among the best burgers I've ever had! Medium rare, with a lovely brioche bun and great seasoning! Mine was the green chilli burger and my Mum went for a burger with salt beef and gherkins. Amazingly good. The environment itself was quite bland, but imagine it'd be far nicer with more than 2 diners in!
