Top chef in the house !!always looks after us above and beyond and makes us feel very welcome each and every time we visit . exceptional staff all round always helpful but in particular Alex who served us tonight was very attentive helpful and friendly!! We all Had the best meal and the best night !! 👍best waggas in London!!!

My wife and I stopped in for cocktails on a Saturday afternoon. We were the only people in the bar and there was no background music or atmosphere, which wasn’t helped by some awful programme on Channel 5 playing on the TV (Police Interceptors/Can’t Pay We’ll Take It Away/Slum Landlords etc.) The bar staff were chatting loudly and filling up the ice. The cocktails tasted terrible, like they were made with cheap spirits. We left them unfinished and moved on.

Acabo de tomar un desayuno muy sabroso aquí. Missus es vegana y la atendieron muy bien. Los niños lo disfrutaron. Era caro, pero estamos en Londres, así que es de esperar. La señora que trabajaba allí era muy agradable. Definitivamente recomendaría (siempre y cuando no seas un comedor exigente o no esperes comida inglesa tradicional)

We came several times during our staying London. Stuff is very friendly and attentive. We were ordering sushi and they were very tasty each time. Plenty of salmon, rice was well cooked.

We visited for afternoon tea and had one of the worst afternoon teas we have had in London. From a small selection of Twinnings tea to very obviously frozen and then defrosted pastries which we subsequently found out had been brought in from a 3rd party supplier. It was certainly not the experience you expect from a 5* hotel and I would absolutely not go back

Mi hijo y yo fuimos a Winter Wonderland en Hyde Park, pero decidimos comer en McDonalds. Estaba ocupado pero nos sirvieron rápidamente. La comida estaba caliente y sabrosa.

We were in London for four days and had breakfast here every day, incredibly good food, good service and nice place. He even opened half an hour earlier so we could eat before traveling home. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to try a real English breakfast. You also have to try their toast.🤍

Arrived in May for a gifted aftrenoon tea which had been booked since December and found the hotel and restuarmt closed for rework. No phone call prior to these works to let us know there would be no booking. Wasted days holiday and wasted funds spent on journey there plus having to find else where to eat. Have contactd direct, got a couple of emails backk and now has gone quiet with no resolution. Awful customer service and disspointing communuction. Would not recommend

We were there with a baby and management was very rude and unfriendly. Would definitely not go back. They complained baby was making too much noise he was not even crying

Decepcionante restaurante. Nada realmente merece ir allí. Mal servicio, nada especial y no se relaciona con ningún tipo de comida. La sopa de verduras estaba hecha de sopa simple lista para mezclar. No recomendado en absoluto.
