Sin atmósfera. Los asientos son muy baratos e incómodos. La comida no era auténtica y no parecía fresca. Mala relación calidad-precio y sobreprecio. Solo había una bebida fría para elegir, que era una pequeña botella de jugo de pomelo por el gran precio de £ 4. 50 ! ! !

My husband and I visited this beautiful shop when we were on our honeymoon in London. It is a cute space that offer pastries, teas, and lunch all with the taste of Levant infused into it. We ate fatteh, one with chicken and one with ground beef which were delicious! The flavors were incredible, I highly recommend this dish! The owner, Tamara, was there. She was very kind and gave us a warm welcome. I highly recommend this spot if you are in the central part of London 🤍 we will be back!

Wow este lugar es realmente una experiencia. El menú es fantástico, la comida es deliciosa y no mal de precio, pero las bebidas son muy marcadas de aquí. El servicio era bueno, atento, sin exagerar.

43 Edgware Road W2 2JE, London W2 2JE EnglandBeen going to this place since mid 2000's but a recent visit has highlighted that this place has gone stale in all aspects. Spent nearly £50 on 4 chicken schwarma, plate of humous with naan, plate of chips and 3 cokes. Schwarma's were bare, dry and bland, chips used to be chunky but now MacDonald size and over fried, cokes were £2.50 a can (need I say more) and finally humous was nice but the naan were stale and hardened like cement. This establishment is now resting on it laurels and old goodwill. Old customers, like me, will leave knowing how good it used to be. Customer service from a prison canteen, overpriced drinks and state of the toilets downstairs recently was overlooked but now, crucially, food quality has left the building. Sadly for me, time for me to move on from this establishment.

105A Edgware Road, PaddingtonLove the food here. Came here a few days ago and they wouldn't do the shwarma wrap! Apparently, they can make a normal shwarma but not a wrap because they are too busy! If you want a wrap, you have to go to their takeaway next door!? What a load of nonsense!!!!!! Rubbish customer service!! Went to a different shwarma place a couple of doors down. They were even busier and had even more seating but they did shwarma wraps! Very disappointed. They have lost a loyal long standing customer! Their customer service is appalling! Won't be going back!

361 Harrow Road, London W9 3NA EnglandOrdered online delivery from the website. All day meal, which stated to order upto 8 items. Ordered only 4 as it seemed a lot for the price. Delivery time stated 22:00. Waited until 22:30 then phoned to cancel as this too late. Restaurant first said was no delivery,so I asked for refund, then told delivery was on the way. Delivery rider phoned at 22:35, said he couldn't find house number. I sent location again. Then waited another 10 mins. Rider told me he had entered wrong address. Food was nearly cold and only contained 2 out of 4 items. I was too tired for a phone argument. Very disappointing as we had drove past earlier, restaurant looked great and friends we were staying with said they had enjoyed a meal there. Falafels were ok, a little cold, mince kebab was same.
