The best restaurants serving Other international-cuisines food in South Wales

This place is a real gem in the city centre. There’s a wide array of spices, germs and teas- so many it was hard to choose what to get. The lady who served me was very smiley and helpful so will definitely come back when next in the city.

We’ve been meaning to visit for a while and Bowla did not disappoint. We had the vegan meatballs and vegan cheese, it was delicious. The portion was perfect too, just enough for a nice lunch

Really welcoming, 2 x Sunday roast..really tasty..plenty of gravy..1 doggy dinner to go and 2 Bread puddings and custard for later. Definitely be returning

What an absolute warm, welcoming and authentic Caribbean experience. The host , Barbara, was very attentive, knowledgeable and explained the menu options to us. We had jerk chicken, curry goat, patties, plantain and dumplings. The taste was amazing and portions were plentiful. Imthjs is our number 1 spot for excellent Caribbean food in Swansea!. Keep up the excellent work, Barbara !

Popped in here on my lunch hour as I was in Grangetown with work. Have wanted to try it for ages after noticing it driving past - the Jerk chicken is amazing, you can get freshly made patties too! Can't wait to get stuck into the full menu, as I'm sure it delivers if what I had on my first visit is anything to go by. Can't wait to get back!

That was some of the best Dessert I have ever had, some of the r best in south wales. I highly recommend going here if you’re in the are. The staff are kind and welcoming and I had a relaxing time

Thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon tea here today! Greeted by friendly smiling student staff, the setting was lovely too! Also, a big shout out too for the college students who made the food for us to enjoy - it was delicious 😋 Will definitely visit again

Absolutely wonderful experience. The food is fantastic, and the service is second to none. The owner brings genuine warmth and kindness to everyone who walks through the door. The Buddha Bowl is delicious, and I’m yet to try everything on the menu – but if the turmeric tea is anything to go by, I know I won’t be disappointed!

Great reasonably priced food with quick and friendly service

Appalling. Booked a table because we knew it would be busy on match day. Waited nearly an hour for food. Table next to us got served but we were left waiting and waiting. No apology from the waiter who was really snappy and dismissive. Weak cheap cocktails. Manager on door said it was overwhelming because of the rugby - yet everyone else was getting served. They shouldn’t accept the booking if they can’t serve the food. A basic ask of a restaurant. A simple sorry would have helped but they didn’t care at all. Fed up of giving this place a chance. It’s tacky, toilets are dirty and staff are awful. Please go to one of Cardiff’s lovely places. This isn’t one.

I love turning up on sets and seeing CLCatering. Food is always delicious with fabulous salads and side dishes. Not to mention the friendly service from them. See you all again soon.

We ordered baby back ribs, which weren't on the menu, but after consulting with the supervisor, they very kindly agreed to serve us ribs. It took forever to serve us, and what they brought us were indeed ribs, but not baby back ribs. They were pork ribs, but they were full-grown, and worst of all, they were almost charred. If they had told us they couldn't fulfill our request, we would have ordered something else. For this reason, I gave them a poor rating and I don't recommend them.
