What an amazing restaurant. My top favourite food experience in Edinburgh, wish i knew about it in my first day. Mark was such an amazing person who was kind in help us to choose the right food. Definitely will visit it again whenever i come to Edinburgh.

We came down from Dundee, visiting. I’m from Glasgow myself but I brought down some friends and the food was amazing! The staff were so kind and did as much as possible to accommodate us and find somewhere to place us. The food was delicious and the cupcakes were stunning!!! The iced lattes were amazing my niece had even said that they were better than the big name coffee shops!!!

We had dinner last night at Vim and Vigour with a big group of friends. What a fabulous night we had, all sharing and enjoying every single tapas dish we ordered for the table. The food was so tasty and every dish came to the table piping hot. Lovely atmosphere and very friendly and helpful staff, especially as some of our group eat Gluten free…even the chef came out to check everything was going to be okay. Bravo!! Five stars.

The food was so incredible, they give other "more experienced" restaurants a run for their money. The menu changes every week as it's primarily a training restaurant. They also book up really quick are are only open for short amounts of times but they are it is so worth going out of your way for. We visited for lunch and it was an Indian inspired meal (I was initially skeptical being Indian myself). However, I was blown away by all the flavours and the skill that every element was cooked with. The food is fresh and everything was homemade since the students are learning to make everything from scratch. The dishes were all incredible and were the perfect portion sizes. Well done to all the students and staff. Some constructive feedback would be that maybe they could have little feedback cards on the tables for students so they can get both positive and constructive feedback about all their hard work! I can't wait to be back!

Such a lovely couple (?) that runs this place. The food was fantastic and the atmosphere was amazing. I got the Pasta with Pesto Trapanese (was expecting green pesto, it was not LOL). Also loved the garlic bread as a starter.

We had early breakfast in this small deli with our family of 5. Menu and the whole experience were something out of the ordinary. Everything was made to order and really good, for example the wonderful toasted strawberry and brie filled croissant. We enjoyed also the thoughtful service as we ordered even something outside of the menu. Prices reasonable.

Sehr leckere Sandwiches, die frisch zubereitet und getoasted werden. Es gibt auch vegane Optionen. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert als Frühstück oder Snack zwischendurch.

Spur of the moment decision proved a great choice as we enjoyed a lovely fresh, tasty lunch at Clarets in the Paul Lawrie Golf Centre. Excellent views over the golf course and the River Dee. Service was first class, food excellent. All in all a really above par choice to visit. Won’t be the last time!

This place is AMAZING. Their chicken wings are the best I've ever tasted. The staff are so courteous and friendly. Service was fast & efficient and the food was all cooked to perfection. Prices were very reasonable for the quality and quantity. I can really recommend them, and we will definitely be back.

From the same premises with a similar style of cuisine, Bistro Coco continues to serve high quality food and is already building on its renewed 5* review rating via TripAdvisor. The King is Dead; Long Live The King!

We love coming here for breakfast, lunch or just a coffee. The breakfast bowl is delicious and I think they do the best coffee in Kelso. The owners couldn't be nicer. You need to book for lunch as it's very popular.
