Tiny portions, pretentious and OTT decor. Pricey. Argentinian steakhouse this might be, but not a very good one! The only saving grace are the staff - polite, helpful and attentive.

Alex and Prince were amazing hosts they made our time at Cottons very enjoyable. Amazing service and food! The brunch with the chocolate men is one to attend! Would deffo recommend! Sasha X

Shocking toxic atmosphere, purposefully overcharged - management didn't care, and we extremely rude. Constantly brings anti social behaviour to the hotel.

In a world of uniformity this cafe was very pleasantly not. A great team and work ethic. Very nice coffee. Great service and a great environment and ambiance. Well done.

The authentic Caribbean cuisine is incredible, with a goat curry like no other and a range of soft drinks that transport you instantly to the area in which the food is from. The service is also authentic, if a little casual, and the fact that they only took cash was a pain - but really the only downside to an otherwise amazing dining experience.

El viaje a la estación de metro de Liverpool Street definitivamente vale la pena para llegar aquí. Excelente comida y cócteles caribeños. Realmente disfruté los buñuelos de bacalao y las costillas jerk que estaban encendidas cuando visité. Servicio muy eficiente y sin duda volveré!

Excelente comida brasileira e atendimento super acolhedor! Para quem quer matar a saudade do Brasil é parada obrigatória. Caipirinha, cerveja brasileira, feijoada, picanha, feijão... tdo mto bem servido em um ambiente descontraído.

Encontré este restaurante casualmente caminando en Shoreditch. Desde el exterior la habitación parecía cómoda y llena de mesas libres, una vez en el interior el camarero nos dijo que solo había una mesa disponible y obviamente era la peor. Como la carne a la parrilla del caribe es famosa, la pedimos, pero parecía carbón, ¡era demasiado a la parrilla! El precio hubiera sido correcto si la carne era buena, pero no lo era

I went here for my birthday and honestly had a terrible time - the food was over an hour and a half late and when it arrived it was inedible (when we complained the kitchen was shut), the ice skating was full despite us having tickets which meant we had very minimal time on the ice and also had to ice skate separately, the staff had no clue what was going on and we constantly had to go back and forth between staff members to sort vouchers/drinks/food out with them. Finally I was promised a refund by staff and then was ignored via email and so still have no received my money back!! Do not recommend!

I love Caribbean food... not just the basic jerk chicken but goat and famous roti and pretty much anything made with plantains... and as everyone else has pointed out, the staff are SOOO nice, trying to be friendly, etc. Unfortunately the management seems to have not a single business bone in their body, and the kitchen turns over chefs as often as I change my socks, so how can they establish demselves? The meat still has bones in (cheapest cuts?) and the chicken is dry, and the rice is cold.... and the flavours come from a bottle. But I keep coming back because I want you to be better.Please up your game, serve proper food, lay out the tables like you care, turn the music down, put the food into the roti rather than beside it (once you've used cubed meat rather than butchered carcass) and you may be able to build up a customer base! You're the only one in the area, so we need you!

La peor residencia que he conocido... Mi experiencia ha sido PÉSIMA! Lo contraté desde España con la agencia Langua4you.. otros sinverguenzas! y cuando llego allí mi sorpresa es que mi habitación eran 4 metros cuadrados y dentro de ella hacia una temperatura de 20 grados! aquello era inhumano.. imposible dormir por las noches, ataques de ansiedad y claustrofobia.. Al igual que en los pasillos.. había que pasar corriendo porq no se aguantaba el calor que hacía. Lo contraté para dos meses, y no he podido estar ni una semana. Las imágenes que aparecen en las página, no corresponden a la realidad.. osea un timo de los buenos!! Lo que se suponía que era una residencia de lujo a resultado ser una carcel.. Los sinverguenzas de ellos no me devuelven el dinero, y me siento súper frustrada. Por lo tanto.. NO OS RECOMIENDO PARA NADA ESTA RESIDENCIA., ES UNA ESTAFA!! . gracias a ellos mi experiencia en Londres ha sido catastrófica y he regresado a casa porq era imposible aguantar en esas condiciones durante 2 meses! Ni siquiera aguante 6 días.. Espero que os sirva mi testimonio.. Gracias
