The best restaurants serving Other european-cuisines food in South East

After out 4th visit I decided to add this cafe into Tripadvisor. We have a son and his family living in Sweden and so are familiar with the Swedish love of 'fika' - coffee and cakes. This cafe is run be a Swedish lady, resident in England, who bakes in-house the most delectable Swedish (and occasional English) sweet delights (and the coffee is excellent also). You can also but to take home.

Bei unserer Reise in Südengland haben wir einige Tage in Bognor Regis verbracht. Dort haben wir 359 Bistro Bar im Zentrum entdeckt. Wir waren überrascht von der gemütlichen Atmosphäre und der folkloristischen Dekoration, typisch für die Balkanregion. Auch einen Biergarten gibt es. Die Bar bietet verschiedene lokale und internationale Getränke und läßt keine Wünsche offen. Das Angebot der Menükarte kennt man aus Urlaubsreisen in die Mittelmeerregion und Bulgarien. Die Küche bietet Suppen, Salate, Grillgerichte aus frischen Produkten und typischen Gewürzen. Das Personal ist professionell, kompetent und nett. Die Preise finden wir günstig. Das Lokal ist bei vielen Londonern bekannt durch Wochenendetrips an die südenglische Küste. Hier werden auch viele Familienfeste gefeiert. Deswegen empfehlen wir eine Tischreservierung. Wir können 359 Bistro Bar nur weiterempfehlen.

I. Love. Fish , & discovered this restaurant l with sea bass& bream on their menu along with many other choices ,but I’m biased to fish . The service was good. The meal too a very nicely presented cooked etc , not too expensive you can sit in the outside garden area too , seemed popular and I can see why , top choice when I visit. Brighton again which will be soon . Gethin

We had heard of this new Romanian restaurant in Reading and took our chance. It was a delight. The place has recently moved to be able to offer seating as well as take-away and deliveries. The small six-table dining area is tastefully decorated and the staff just wonderful. And the best part? The food is almost entirely home-made and genuinely Romanian. The prices are very reasonable, so this is good value for money. This was a loverly discovery, and we will be back.

Everything was perfect, from the food to the service! And the owners are very nice! If you want to be sure and eat a delicious meal this place is the best choice! ✨

We had the best Francezinha we’ve had in a while and will be going back to Tasca’s regularly from now on!

We were travelling to France the following day, so decided to book the Hide & Fox for a pre holiday treat. It did not disappoint, one of the best Michelin dining experiences we have had. Food, ambience and service were out of this world, and the wine pairing excellent!! We’ll look forward to returning the next time we are in the area :-)

Had a great evening last night at the cellar. My son held his 50th birthday celebrations here. Staff were fantastic, food was excellent couldn't fault anything. Thank you all for making it a memorable for him, bless you all

Great welcome and service by staff to this cosy family run restaurant. Enjoyed La familia and Estrella Galicia beer on draught whilst the mrs enjoyed Sangria. Had quite a nice selection of tapas- standouts were Chorizitos, Plato de pescado mixtas, Albondigas & arroz con vegetales. Prompt service & tasty food- warmly recommended!

Visited Galleria on Saturday evening and was totally wowed!! A very inviting small restaurant with attractive lighting & a lovely buzz. We started our meal with a bowl of steaming hot mussels which were divine, & beautiful Rye Bay scallops on a pea purée….delicate & beautifully executed. This was followed by a stunning Fritto Misto with calamari, whitebait & large, juicy prawns & locally caught crispy sea bass with cauliflower purée, broccoli & kale…..both as good as it gets!! Wine by the glass was excellent….we tried a glass of Italian Pecorino & also had a superb Aperol aperitif. Overall, a superb experience….fantastic food, very friendly service, a very relaxing environment & good vale for money. 10/10

We chanced upon this restaurant during a brief stay in Cranbrook and found an absolute delight! The relaxed atmosphere with wonderful hosting from Beverley immediately put us in the mood for the superbly balanced menu. Highlights were the pumpkin soup with coriander oil, small rabbit stew starter, pork belly main course and delicious panna cotta for pudding. We would recommend it wholeheartedly!

What a great welcome. Stop for a refuel bacon bab was prefect top class bacon nice soft bab and perfectly cooked. The cafe was spotless. It’s a place not to be missed.
