Great coffee and beautiful custard doughnut. I will 100% come back to try a nata. Great location, easy to find. The queues go down quickly which is a bonus.

We enjoyed a set course pre-theatre meal. Our server Lana along with her colleagues were fabulous. Our dinner was wonderful and we highly recommend The Restaurant at St Martins Lane.

I visited your shop at 15 Broadway St James, London SW1H on the morning of Thursday 23rd December 2021. I went to buy 3 boxes of mixed butter creams for my wife, our daughter and my wife’s sister. These were to be Christmas presents. This is a tradition that has been going on for around 2 decades. The three ladies concerned love your chocolates and would be very disappointed if I broke with the tradition. For my part, buying Leonidas chocolates keeps me in everyone’s good books, plus I get to enjoy the occasional delightful chocolate. When I first started buying Leonidas as presents I would visit your outlet at Selfridges on Oxford Street. When that outlet closed I would go to your Liverpool Street shop, then to the one at Bond Street. To be honest, the journey to St James Park from where I live in East London is a bit of a trek but it’s worth it. Over all those years, at all those venues, I have always been treated courteously. That said, the service this year at your St James shop, was special. I was served by two young ladies, Estelle and Rebecca. They were wonderful. They were professional, efficient, helpful and charming. I don’t know if they were taking pity on a pensioner as I told them my tale of loyalty to Leonidas, but I suspect it was just in their nature to be especially kind. They offered me a free chocolate while I waited as my boxes were gift-wrapped for Christmas. And when I returned to buy an additional box, I was offered a cup of coffee. To be sure, the reason for going to Leonidas outlets is because they make the best chocolates in the world, unlike any other, anywhere. But the service provided by Estelle and Rebecca, in this mad rush, slap happy, make-do world was truly special. If it were possible to distill their warmth and friendly service and give a large dose of it to others working in the retail and hospitality industries then shopping would be a far better experience than it often is these days.

Wow what service - went on a rainy afternoon and therefore received the best ever service. Sorry didn’t catch the name of the main server but his recommendations and knowledge was superb - at the end he said see you again soon to try x off the menu - what a touch. Decor is unreal as is location. This is fine dining so just bear that in mind when you get the bill. I really enjoyed the cuisine but I couldn’t say that for my partner who is new to Scandinavian food. I would recommend a visit for definite and thank you for the lovely touch for my birthday and the amuse bouche.

La Perla Cora había venido muy recomendable: porciones generosas, servido al estilo familiar y carne bellamente picada... . Erm... No es exactamente la experiencia que esperábamos o fue prometido por las fotos en su sitio web. La comida llegó en platos más grandes que un plato lateral, pero no cerca del tamaño de un plato de cena. El pudín tradicional de Yorkshire descansaba precariamente sobre la comida pre-plateada, escondiendo la cucharada de repollo; pequeñas papas asadas; y rodajas demasiado dulces de zanahorias “glaseadas con miel”. ¡Sin embargo, el queso de coliflor se sirvió como acompañamiento! ¿Sí? ¡No...! La coliflor tristemente le faltaba la salsa de queso, pero se estaba bañando generosamente en un charco de agua tibia! Para terminar en una nota positiva - la carne asada era bastante bueno!

Retrocede en el tiempo y disfruta de una tarde tranquila. Esto es después del té del mediodía como debería ser. Una buena selección de tés una encantadora selección de pasteles y sándwiches de dedos y bollos recién horneados y crema extra coagulada si lo pide. Un pequeño toque agradable es proporcionar a la tetera un soporte de tetera y el mango se calienta bastante. Este fue un té especial de Navidad para que los pasteles tuvieran un aspecto navideño. Me encantó el guiño a los hoteles famoso huésped de la casa el ratón blanco . . . demasiado lindo para comer (Pero delicioso si lo haces). Como era domingo algunas mesas también tenían asado de domingo y eso se veía increíble así que quiero volver para esto.

Pasé por un par de vasos una tarde. Pequeño lugar encantador, gran selección de vino, incluso si es un poco caro. Gran servicio, la camarera incluso comprobó que el espumoso tenía suficiente efervescencia y abrió una botella nueva para nosotros. Disfrutamos de unas patatas fritas encantadoras también! Recomendaría

Love the Brixton venue, but this one paled in comparison. Wait staff was disinterested and forgot our wine. Food was so-so, and took SO long to arrive, we mostly filled up on bread (which was yum at least). Not worth the price or travel time.

An amazing cafe, can't recommend enough. The staff are fantastic, so polite, friendly and helpful. The cafe is very clean. We had two ciabatta sandwiches which were delicious and freshly made. Prices are reasonable too. The selection of fillings caters to all. Will definitely be back.

Visitado durante el receso de Pascua para el té de la tarde en el Comedor de Pares. La experiencia comenzó con controles de seguridad al estilo del aeropuerto, seguido de un paseo por el impresionante Gran Salón y la calle Stephen’s Room, que culminaron en el salón principal donde fuimos recibidos por el maître d’. Después de confirmar nuestra reserva, se nos mostró rápidamente a nuestra mesa a la hora asignada. Los huéspedes tuvieron la opción de visitar el bar antes de cenar, aunque elegimos proceder directamente al comedor. El interior es clásico y elegante, muy acorde con el entorno histórico. La selección de té fue extensa, con algunas opciones interesantes y menos comunes como Golden Monkey. Nos recomendaron comenzar con la mezcla de la Cámara de los Lores, que fue una introducción agradable. La comida era buena en general: los sándwiches estaban por encima de la media y se ofrecían recambios, que era un toque considerado. Los postres eran decentes pero no especialmente memorables. El champán era aceptable, aunque no destacaba. El servicio fue excelente — cálido, amable y atento sin ser dominante. Un bonito gesto era que le ofrecieran una caja para llevar para las sobras. Salimos por una ruta diferente, lo que permitió echar un vistazo a la zona del bar, una forma encantadora de terminar la visita. En general, una experiencia única en un entorno impresionante, elevado por un servicio atento y una fuerte oferta de té.

Simple, delicioso pastel de nata. También sirven bebidas calientes. El cacao caliente era como beber una barra de chocolate derretido (rico y chocolate!). No pude encontrar mi otro café portugués, ¡me alegro de haber encontrado este lugar!

El té de la tarde de jazmín fue una excelente experiencia. La comida era deliciosa, el té era exquisito, el ambiente era fabuloso, el servicio, en particular por Arzan, era espléndido. Muy recomendable.

Always a pleasure to dine in such fine comfortable, stylish surroundings and enjoy excellent freshly cooked food. The timber revolving entrance door(s) has the feeling of a bygone era.
