Always worth a stop if you're near Covent Garden. Delicious freshly cooked treats and good coffee & hot chocolate. Perfect for a little pick me up.

We thought we'd try Santa Nata for a change to our usual pastel de nata place. Although tasty, with delicious pastry, the filling was far too sweet and a bit too runny. Good coffee accompanied our natas.

Simple but they do it really well. You can see the guy making the Pastel de Nata and more importantly you can eat the Pastel de Nata 😍. Coffee was very good, two flat whites and two Psdtel de Nata were about £10 which for Covent Garden I thought was good value. The staff were very friendly, clean and presentable (something that seems to be lost on many of the hipster venues). Well done!

Absolutely superb coffee and donut. Seriously, the coffee was as good as any I’ve had and the donut I split with my wife was the perfect accompaniment. Well worth a visit!

Tasty tarts, freshly baked. Only a bit too runny whilst warm, consistency of custard needs tweaking as impossible to eat without making a mess. I have been eating these all my life, so I know how they should be!

Amazing nata, great coffee and a smile. Whenever I am in London I head to this place for the best nata I have ever tasted. Packed with flavour on perfect pastry

Well this place made me put a few kilos with their amazing natas but now they have only gone and turned it into a soft serve ice cream....ice cream is my vice paired with the santa nata flavour...I'm in heaven only reason for four stars is that it was heavy on the cinnamon for my liking.

WOW - this place is incredible. What it lacks in options it makes up for in packed flavours. If I lived in London I would need a rather larger belt!

I am Portuguese, and I really enjoyed this "Pastel de Nata" after having tried so many different ones in the UK. It is very creamy, and I highly recommend adding cinnamon on top of it. There isn't a seating area indoors, so we sat outside, and we were able to watch the Pastel de Nata coming out of the oven. The only downside was staff as I didn't find them friendly, and I think it is a bit overpriced.

The pastel de nata are absolutely delicious. I do not understand those who gave negative reviews. We come here several times on each of our trips to London and always look forward to it.

I happened to pass this little shop in Covent Garden and couldn't resist the pasteis de nata I so loved, and had eaten all over Portugal (they now sometimes appear in UK supermarkets but are nothing like the real thing). These wonderful little custard tarts are the only thing they bake, there are rows upon rows of them. They are tiny, and at GBP2 for one pastel quite expensive but utterly delicious, melt in the mouth.. You can either take them home (if you can desist) or eat them on the hoof, but there are also a couple of small tables where you can devour them with a coffee (the only other item they sell). The Portuguese girl behind the counter was charming.

Of oozy custard. An absolute treat to stumble upon whilst exploring the roads of london (Not cheap but a delightful special treat)

The tarts are freshly baked but we found them way too sweet for traditional natas. Also, they do not bake any variations, e.g. blueberries.

Maybe I ate it too quickly. Or I hadn't seen the text phone notification with the cost of one small tart. Anyway, like others, happened on the place by chance - was eating across the road. Good, expensive, novel. One off.

Went in by accident. Blown away by the quality. I have eaten these portuguese custard tarts many times. The ones at this place are the best. Nice coffee too. The making happens on the premises in full view of the customers, so what you eat is guaranteed fresh. Prices are very reasonable. Good enough to be worth a detour. The owner is Portuguese as is the cook - I asked. It shows.

Let’s face it, if you’re going to open a shop that only really sells one thing, you’ve got to do it well. This place certainly knows what it is doing. We’ll definitely be heading back.

These guys only do pastel de nata so I expected them to be good and I wasn't disappointed. The pastry was thin and very crisp and the custard was light and smooth. At £2 each they are what you would expect to pay in a...

A very simple place which only serves Portugese custard tarts coffee and port, but well worth the visit. A tart and coffee for £3.95. The pastry melts in your mouth and the custard is smooth, creamy and delicious. Addictive!

Delicatessen Very expensive, double the price of others in London. Bought loads of things, one week later went to another Portuguese delicatessen, that's when I realised the difference in price.

Cosy bar went on a Tuesday after work and was a quiet atmosphere. They did not have pina colada on the menu unfortunately

What an amazing place! Perfect for events in any scale. Rooms are very nice and stylish, with a mix of 'the classic brewery look' and modern times feel. Loved being here for an awesome event.

Made the mistake of going into a cafe where there were no other customers. I think I now know why. Visited the premises in the Square. Latte and croissant, paid immediately by card, lukewarm coffee, stale croissant then on leaving was accused of not paying. They made a check of their records and voila, it seems I had. Quite embarrassing and won’t be back.
