The best restaurants serving Other european-cuisines food in Bassetlaw East Midlands

I came to BaRnby’s for a Greek bistro night with my family and we all loved it. The service was fantastic, Cary and family were all so lovely and welcoming, they couldn’t do enough for us. They cater brilliantly for different dietary requirements, I’m vegan and my family are pescetarian, which was no problem for Cary who went above and beyond to provide us with our own fantastic menus. I really appreciate the amount of effort put into the vegan menu (see photo), all of the dishes were delicious and the flavours were amazing! We will definitely be returning for another bistro night soon. Thank you for a lovely night and delicious food.

This used to be the best place in Worksop with the best food and an incredible atmosphere. Unfortunately it's been ruined since the new management took over and the food is now like everywhere else, it's deafeningly loud to the level where the young staff can't even hear themselves and the atmosphere has gone. It could have been brilliantly updated and instead it's now a no go. A massive shame - the family have been regulars. We have shared feedback and they are not interested in it. Unfortunately what has happened to Miss Poppies is now word of mouth not in a good way. Really sad. I adored this place and now have to go elsewhere since it reopened.

Came for a family breakfast. We had a range of full English breakfasts, pancakes and waffles. All were delicious. The full English is one of the best we've had locally. The coffee here is also good. The cafe itself is decorated very nice and the staff are very friendly. We will be back soon.

5 lovely tasty food, we had a vegetarian meal and bangers and mash. So tasty freshly made, lovely and hot, the surroundings were calm nice music didn’t have to wait long.

Usual friendly service. The place is in serious need of a polish/ revamp in certain areas. Looking a bit jaded. Obviously being squeezed on profit margins as the portion sizes reflect this. Not so in more affluent areas. Prices up, portions down. If they don't sort this, people will vote with their feet.

Waited an hour for Sunday lunch which is too long based on a very small menu Food was ok but not hot and veg hard, gravy dreadful but it was poured all over so no option to refuse. We were told a 45 minute wait is normal but because we had starters you go to the back of the queue???! Also I don’t need to see the waitress knickers due to skirts being ridiculously short! Won’t return

I had not finished my last review, we had to wait to long, there was only us and another couple in who came after us and were series before , the food was very basic and not much of it.

Walked from the Caravan and Camping site, couldn’t do enough for us. Did are welcome. Really enjoyed our visit and a nice walk from the caravan site.
