La comida era absolutamente delicioso, Joe el chef es un crédito a este hotel. El bistec fue cocinado a la perfección y fue el mejor Iv tenido en mucho tiempo. El tamaño de la porción era bueno, especialmente el pudín de toffee pegajoso con natillas que era delicioso.

This place is permanently closed so do not book, we found that out in March for our anniversary dinner... Contacted the reservation company too but seems they are still letting people reserve... Poor form all round

El personal pakistaní grosero no dice gracias o pregunta lo que quieres en sus patatas fritas también fueron fritos , te mira en blanco cuando entras . . no puedo ayudarle no sonríe no acuse de recibo horrible... refrito pequeña porción cuestionable higiene

Was directed to a table ... but the bench we were sitting on was sticky and disgusting. Didn't stay as this was as good enough indication to me of their attitude to hygiene. Lots of staff standing around chatting, but obviously not enough people cleaning.Shame as we used to like Nandos and were hopeful after a failed attempt to eat at the branch in Finchley Road a week or so ago where the staff were not quite sure whether they were actually open to visiting diners!

Paid £30 to reserve a table, told to sit anywhere , when questioned why we didn't have a reserved table the person serving asked if we had a problem! ,very hostile attitude. we sat the same person threw the menus on the table , not a word spoken and then walked off. The place was dead - no atmosphere a couple of people sitting with laptops and no one eating, so didn't understand why they charged £30 to reserve a table ! we ordered food and drink at the bar, after looking at the delicious pictures online of the massive homemade Yorkshire puddings and lashings of gravy very much looked forward to it. What came back where 3 stone cold plates - even the gravy was cold, a bit of brown unidentifiable meat, slice of burnt cabbage, a couple of roasts and 2 obviously Aunt Bessie's Yorkshires, still frozen , we immediately sent all 3 plates back , and because of the attitude of the server said we had decided to leave , could we have a refund please? Went over to the till, upon we where asked what we had ordered and how much it was, I offered my card to receive the refund ( again as we had paid when we ordered ) and was snapped at for not understanding it doesn't work like that , after apologizing for not understanding the till arrangements in the establishment ! I was then told to leave you have your money back ! checked my account, no we don't so just told to email and it will be sorted, Not one word of an apology ! and ruining our day out - Avoid at all costs - Never been anywhere like it the staff are the rudest you could begin to imagine - they really should go and work on a doctors reception or something instead of contributing to why hospitality is on its knees !

The first impression is sad,... ;((( there is no atmosphere like in the old previous place, a place that was warm and cozy, it's a pity that the tables are very close to each other and you have to be careful not to disturb those next to the table. The place is mixed in with the crowd of other places, the menu is already in the form of a plastic cardboard box, previous dumpling sets he doesn't exist anymore !!!! ,you have to go to pick up the bill because the staff forgets to take an interest, ;(( generally it's not as nice as it used to be.

The place may have changed owners as it’s not the same. It’s really off putting when the man serving the food constantly touches his face, doesn’t wash his hands after or wear gloves. The salad portions are about half of what they were previously and I won’t be returning.

We held my mother-in-laws wake at E Eighteen for 40people and my four grandchildren. Sian and her mum could not have been nicer or more welcoming even cooking the children a proper meal. The buffet food was excellent and plenty to go round with some left over. Amazing as I had to increase the numbers by 10 at very short notice. We have eaten there many times and would highly recommend E Eighteen for meals and now also for any functions. Thank you all at E Eighteen. Loraine

So we arrived around 5pm tonight, one young lady at the bar - clearly under staffed but she done her best to cope. We then went through to the restaurant for a meal, the special was a lamb stew, you could see to the bottom of the dish like a concentrartion camp soup, seriously for £28! My burger arrived and was burnt on the oustise and luke warm in the middle, TBH Mcdonalds is better. Whilst eating the meal we we kept having to slap off the flies and its not even summer, I counted 11 on the beams over my head. Despite all this negativity the staff were very good. Less than impressed and well over priced for this poor meal.

Turned from a decent place into Turkish people taking the mickey with their version of vegetable pizza with a can of pineapple included. avoid at all costs if you have had a beer! Up yours at @ Tonys Kirkcaldy, that includes you Addy! Btw my name is Mark,, n case I meet you again!

Extremely bad customer service. Very rude manager who scolds customers with foul language. At the request of my friend to put the salad in a separate dish, the manager started yelling like a psychopath, he shouted at us that he was not going to put the salad separately from the burger. He insulted my friend so terribly that we were all in shock! I have never seen such rudeness in my entire life. I will never order food from this horrible place again and would not recommend to anyone unless you want to be insulted and yelled in your face!

They were so so rude to us. We order delivery and they said we orders pickup which we did not do then they recited our address (which was not correct btw) and we were like how do you know our address if we ordered pick up? We told them there was something wrong with their system and they just kept shouting at us. It was very unprofessional, then they told us to cancel our delivery so we could get refunded but then they purposely cancelled it on their end so we couldn’t get refunded. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour

Absolutamente auténtica comida griega, me sentí como si estuviera de vuelta en Skiathos! El encantador ambiente, la cerveza y los cócteles servidos en vasos de acero y "vasos", y Sofía, nuestra encantadora camarera, fue un placer servirnos, todo el personal parecía muy amable. ¡Llevé a mi madre anciana allí y ella realmente lo disfrutó! Volveremos pronto espero!
