Turned from a decent place into Turkish people taking the mickey with their version of vegetable pizza with a can of pineapple included. avoid at all costs if you have had a beer! Up yours at @ Tonys Kirkcaldy, that includes you Addy! Btw my name is Mark,, n case I meet you again!

Ordered our food @ 18:00 for delivery. We’re told it will be close to an hour. Time came and went. Got a text saying that our buzzer was on silent and they tried to call. I went to get delivery but no one was there also that tried to call and that wasn’t the case. They brought it back for next delivery. Our food arrived at 19:50, needless to say it was lukewarm. It’s been a steady downhill descent, this was the last straw, we won’t be back.

The annoying thing is that the food is excellent but it shows you that it’s not everything. I used to love the place and never even considered anywhere else. Problem is they don’t like ANY criticism at all. When I say that, I don’t mean bad at all, the only thing I ever moaned at was the price. Even that it was only because a pizza one week went up 50p, no moan at all but then the following week it went up by £1. Even then, not really a moan just brought it up in conversation. They were not happy. Now remember I went there EVERY week. I got on with the guys and enjoyed going there for both the food and the banter. But after that , no banter whatsoever. Also I think they actually have decent food and better food which they give out to their preferred customers, mainly because there was a major dip in the quality of the food since then. Basically the guy who runs it is extremely petty. I can’t wait for him to get moved on (which he will). The guy who ran it before was a great guy (Ali) this guy is a complete clown. There are some good guys in there they could run rings round him (again, Ali but a different guy). If the person who actually owns this is reading this, please realise this guy is running your business into the ground and the only reason you might be doing ok is because of the location. You could be doing a lot better but this guy is holding it back. He knows nothing about customer care. I am actually losing weight due to this idiot because I’d rather go home hungry than eat there now. I’m not alone in this so please reevaluate your staff as your current standing of being the best takeaway in Kirkcaldy is on the brink of being lowered. Just so you know, there was no other takeaway to me at one point. Loved the place, loved the staff and looked forward to seeing them. Treated them with the upmost respect especially compared to others which i usually sorted out when i was there which I didn’t have to do, but I respected them a lot so didn’t mind. But since my ‘incident’ of one slight moaning about the price increase, I’ve been basically ostracised and treated like a piece of s**t. I basically ignored the place for a while but got the courage last night to go in and ask what the problem was. The boss guy pretended there was no problem. He’s a complete idiot and very very petty. I actually love the food, but it shows you that’s not what it’s all about. Nowadays I’d rather go hungry than go there

Not sure why the lower ratings. The food is great, the staff is friendly and entertaining. Going to go back again soon, and try other items. Love this place!!!

One star because I couldn’t put 0. Bought a pizza, some piece of metal or stone in it, broke tooth, workers blamed chicken. Got money back now left with broken teeth, hundreds at dentist to fix, not be back.

Having moved away from Kirkcaldy 14 years ago we had a Tony's for the first time in a long time and it was just as good as it was then. Mixed calzone, mixed pakora and chips for us, chips with doner meat for eldest and chips with cheese for youngest. A feast and a half which was thoroughly enjoyed. Won't leave it so long next time.

Usually end up here after a night out and always get a nice big kebab to take home. Good service and good food.

honestly the nicest kebabs i have had. Tender lamb, just the right amount of herbs and spices and proper kebab salad. Yummy.

Placed order online arrived as expected minus one of the dishes. Phoned up and they delivered not long after. So the negatives, luke warm food, extremely poor quality, mixed pakoras dry and tasteless, kebabs chewy and bland chips cold, sauce thick and sickly. I live quite near the shop could have walked to it I wish I had because then the food might have been hot. Not impressed! Too many faults to give it another go would not recommend to anyone.

Our house have always ordered here but last night was really disappointing. The chicken was very dry and it wasn't as it usually tastes. The meal was very quickly delivered which makes me think the chicken had been it had been sitting out for a while - I was very disappointed.

Paid for sauce, never got it. Meal was dry.

This is the only kebab/pizza shop we use now. We always get the meal deal, which is great value for money. Pizzas were spicy which is exactly what we were after. The pakora is amazing too!. It’s always hot and fresh and we would recommend!

Great shop for kebabs and pizzas. Never been disappointed or had a bad meal from them. They are reasonably priced, always busy which is a giveaway that they are good.

Very long time to wait, especially as it was a Wednesday night.

Chicken calzone our all time favourite. Never disappoints and definitely be back in the future for this. Chips could be better alright if you get them fresh but not so good when they have been sitting a while.

Went here for fiod after a night out but unfortunately unlike most of the night time clientele i was not drunk, ordered a mixed kebab which was mainly donner with half a dozen pieces of small chicken and was warm at best, a ripoff in my opinion. Would stay away especially if drunk.

Been a loyal costumer for last 11 years and always ordered the same thing. Tonight I got my normal order and was told I had to pay a extra 50p for my chilli sauce or cancel my order. I have never been charged this before so I phoned back to ask about this charge and the attitude I got from girl in charge was shocking. So I cancelled my order. Normally the boys in there are spot on. I will not be ordering from here again. Very disappointed.

The pizza was stuck to the box lid, I phoned the restaurant and there was a no qibble replacement, I would recommend this restaurant to anyone

The spicy chicken pizza was spicier than normal. Too spicy to enjoy.

Great place for a late night takeaway. Ordered chicken pakora and vegetable pakora - both delicious. Chilli sauce is amazing! Spicy chicken pizza was OK but not particularly spicy. Said order would take an hour to come which I kind of expected at the time we ordered it but it came in half an hour. Great service!

The vegetable kebab was awful. It was basically salad covered in sweet corn and pineapple! The donor was cold.

food was great. I ordered super late and they were clearly out of 12” bases. so they just gave me two 10”s!! Best pizza service ever. Also delivered super quick

chips were half cooked and soggy. pizza had hardly any cheese and no chilli sauce on it which it said it come with.

Food was cold got a text message too say food on it way took 25 minutes then to get to my house but it was cold phone shop and girl was very apologetic and offered a free meal on my next order

After ordering a calzone I found delivery time was 1hr 30mins on a Thursday at 7pm which was disappointing, to then be told it would be 30mins late is appalling. When food eventually arrived it was cold and contained very very little meat. Will not order from here again

I order often from Tony’s and it’s always spot on, but tonight there was tomato in my kebab when asked in notes for lettuce and onion only. for medical reasons, I can’t ingest tomato seeds which made it so I couldn’t eat the kebab. Well I could have, but it would have meant picking through it to make sure no seeds. so I threw it in the bin instead.

We odered here last night i ordered a half pound chicken buger supper, chips cheese and donner meat along with onion rings, i was unhappy as my supper didnt come with chips and but changed for the full supper

Good cooked food, prices are pretty high for what i ordered, chips cheese & donner meat bad portion sizes £5.10 for a small chip box of chips cheese & donner meat is crazy. wont be ordering again.

Always order from here but for the first time my large chicken kabab looks tiny.

very happy with my order got a free salad & extra 2 sauces plus I asked for special requests & it was all done which is great as I’ve had it ignored several times from (BBQ KING&had stuff missing from order and told would have to pay delivery again to get it) anyway everything was fresh and delicious. we ordered a pizza deal and it was fab, pizzas were tasty and spicy, pakora and chips were great, would definitely order again as it’s just round the corner, order was made on time , I would like it if there were maybe more drinks to chose from as part of the deal but it’s not a deal breaker.

love Tony’s, it’s usually brilliant. but I think Lewis Hamilton delivered it. fast delivery but my pizza looked more like an omelette when I opened it, I think the driver either needs to stop the hand brake turns or put a seat belt around the pizzas. still tastes awesome but I struggled to get a slice without building my own out of it

order placed at 1905, said it would be here by 2000, didn’t arrive until 2035. food was warm but not piping hot as it has been in the past. food did taste good, pizza was great but disappointed in the delivery time. will order again but possibly for collection rather than delivery.

Food was freezing couldn’t reheat as topped with salad. Called restaurant to say food was ordered 1hr 45mins ago, lady advised its been ‘freshly’ prepared and on its way. 3 mins later food arrives not just called stone cold. Blamed bad weather, I’m sorry I’ve been the length and breadth of the town today, some streets at the top have snow but the main parts of the town had none. ‘Money down the drain

Food is fab in Tony’s - great choice of menu - staff are lovely - prices are very reasonable - definitely recommend this for a very tasty, reasonable takeaway ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

food was cold, needed reheated in microwave presented ok. waited ages which could have coped with the wait but a cold take away!

Food was great but my garlic dip wasn’t delivered....very annoying

order to be delivered at 19:30, was confirmed to be delivered by 19:35 (still okay), then changed to 19:45 (meh), actually arrived at 20:05.

Chips were soggy and kebab was dry

If you want a Doner pizza, then go nowhere other than Tony's. They are the best in the town. I'll even pay for your pizza if you disagree :P
