I WOULD LIKE TO THANK THE LOVELY LADY WHO COOKED OUR BREAKFAST FOR US EVEN THOUGH THE CAFE WASN'T OPEN. WE CALLED FOR A BREAKFAST BAGUETTE ON THURSDAY MORNING AND ENJOYED IT SO MUCH WE DECIDED TO GO FOR THE BREAKFAST AS WE HAD BEEN ON HOLIDAY AND WE'RE ON OUR WAY HOME ON FRIDAY 29TH SEPT. SHE PUT HERSELF OUT FOR US AND IT WAS DELICIOUS. WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOVELY LITTLE CAFE.

Visited Butterflies with a friend for lunch after a long walk. I was immediately taken by how cute and cosy the cafe was, and very much enjoyed the food (we had vegetable soup, veg chilli jacket potato, and toffee roulade). You get a good sized meal for your money, and the food was all affordable and just what we needed after a day of exploring. The menu was mostly classic cafe lunches - jacket potatoes, sandwiches, etc. - with plenty of vegetarian and gluten free options available to suit a variety of diets. Cafe owner was very friendly and I'll definitely be popping in again next time I visit Newcastle Emlyn :)

Great food friendly & helpful staff.good choice of products .I’m glad I found it after visiting the castle as it’s a bit hidden away unless you know the area ,not on the main high street & deserves a good review , enjoying the cheese & quiche, chestnut s & cockles but not in the same meal , as they are all so filling on their own , made my visit to Carmarthen enjoyable,top delicatessen.well done ✅

Been here twice now and really enjoyed the burgers , will be back highly recommended to anyone in the area for a decent bite to eat.

Best breakfast in Llanelli by far. Family run business so you always get a warm welcome. Great choice of menu, cooked freshly and reasonably priced. Excellent food every time 👍

Excellent service delicious food and good service

Lovely cafe and have been to visit before when I have been in Llanelli town centre. Enjoyed a good quality cappuccino and sausage bap which the waitress explained rolls had an offer with a hot drink. Toasted teacake lovely but served on chipped plate. Great friendly service.

8 of us had a great evening here, lovely food both the meat and the fish, really good attention to detail and requests AND very good value! Efficient and friendly, Thank you!

Welsh tapas. Delicious, different. A bit on-trend, though, with its array of vegan dishes. Don't hope for a Sunday roast here. Staff very polite and attentive. Building a little bit cold. Great array of wines, sherries, vermouth. Eye-wateringly expensive. Expect £100+ easily for a couple, with drinks.
