Marzano's in Carmarthenshire

Had lunch here with my aunt a few weeks ago. Hadn't been there before. Really enjoyed the cawl- a massive portion. The staff are really friendly and good to support a local independent family business. Will return on my next visit to Llanelli.

Had best of welcomes from Sarah and staff coffee was so nice had to buy there packet to bring home , shall definitely call back . Also service with smokes to each and everyone , thank you

Ordered eggs Benedict’s on the 27th March, it appeared to be a cooked meal, but after starting our meals, it became evident that the eggs were raw… No apologise given, money refunded or discounted on the meal. Apparently we should have asked for the eggs to be cooked “well done” the eggs weren’t cooked properly to begin with. If ordering meals which contain eggs, please be mindful of the above, check the meal prior to eating it or eat elsewhere as the cost of the meal didn’t justify the meal at all

Always friendly great service. The owners make you feel like family, they are so lovely and welcoming. Its a delightful family run business all staff are great and professional. Real asset to the town centre.

A bit expensive but worth it I think. The staff bent over backwards to accommodate me one day when I went in late (after they officially stopped cooking). The food was really nice too. Nicely decorated inside. This doesn't feel like your average caff.

We have eaten here before but thought I would add this to my scrambled egg tour! So I had scrambled egg and brown toast which was lovely, nice change not to have sourdough. Eggs a little form for me, but food was quick and mine was delicious. Hubby had Chorizo, which he found a bit bitter, but there was loads of it! Coffee was great, friendly service, would recommend if you are in Llanelli!! 🤩

Great cafe/bar with wonderful coffee, cakes and wide choice of delicious food. Atmosphere is great and the surroundings are comfortable and quirky. The service is friendly and professional and all the staff have great personalities. I highly recommend this place and just wish that the surrounding properties and buildings could be brought up to the same high standards found at Marzanos'

Second time we planned to visit, advertised closing at 4pm, closed before 3pm. Such a shame as the one time we made it in the food was great. You have to wonder how business' such as this can / will survive, although I genuinely wish them all the best.

Dropped in for a couple of drinks. Menu looks good though, fairly extensive. Maybe try the tapas next time!

This place is a delight to visit. They are usually quite busy for a very good reason. The food is excellent! Whether it is something as simple as a coffee and a piece of delicious cake or a light lunch that you will certainly remember then you are pretty much certain to be satisfied. They are licensed so if you are a decadent mood and fancy a cocktail or a nice glass of wine with your meal then you are well catered for.

A little dark inside, lighting could be better, but that's the only problem. Other than that, 1st class.

If you need a quality coffee and food whilst in Llanelli town centre. Then this could be a place to try. Has option of seating outside if it is not raining. Inside decor is good and place has a good ambience. The coffee, cakes, snacks and range of food options are good. Staff are friendly and helpful and you will not be disappointed. Pop in and give it a try.

An absolutely amazing find, through family recommendations 👍 I can honestly say, hand on heart, I went here for a family Christmas gathering, the food was absolutely amazing, the service was great, staff both polite and friendly, the saxophonist playing, was a truly great guy and played songs on request 🎷 cannot praise this venue enough, I would highly recommend to everyone, but please book not to be disappointed, I will say it again, the food was absolutely amazing, and I ain't kidding you ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Had breakfast with my daughter. In the end we bith couldnt eat it. Cheap runny beans, anaemic toast using cheap bread, cheap white sausages, wafer thin bacon...it all added up to an experience we could definitely forget...and we wont return. We go to all cafes in Llanelli and this is by far the worst. Very disappointed...

Great food prepared by the great people.

Cake here for lunch with friends on a Saturday afternoon and had an absolutely lush coronation Chicken sandwich served with crisps, a side salad and coleslaw. The menu had such a wide choice and the prices were also really decent! The staff were friendly and I love the way the place is decorated. I would definitely come here again.

I was booked to go here on a family meal, me and my partner couldn’t make the evening due to unforeseen circumstances but still had to pay for our meals, I can understand a deposit but not paying our entire meal.

Good diner. Similar to others in category. Food ok, big portions, but nothing outstanding from similar places. Restaurant has nice character and good vibe.

Disappointed with the breakfast produce when the market is literally across the road. Id rather you put the breakfast up £1 and use fresh sausages etc.

We visited Marzano's for a Christmas meal .... there were 9 in our party. All social distancing measures were in place and we were made to feel really safe. The welcome was superb, the service was excellent and the meal was absolutely fantastic!!! I would highly recommend Marzano's for one of the best dining experiences I have had in years.Louise Lloyd

Different menu served on different nights which I think that staff should inform you of when making your booking as my boyfriend and I preferred the grill menu to the tapas menu. The cocktails and tapas were very nice, although the portion sizes seem to vary a lot between different plates (one tiny slice of bread with the meat platter). Staff were very friendly and helpful, although they did seem to lose interest in us after the main course even though we wanted to order dessert and more drinks. Didn't bother in the end as we'd been sitting and waiting for service for half an hour.

Have eaten in for tapas on a couple of occasions with friends. The food, cocktails and service were all excellent. I have also had tapas to takeaway on 3 occasions this year and the food has been well packaged, piping hot, fresh and lovely. Highly recommended!

Call in weekly very friendly atmosphere, food is great and reasonably priced. Coffee is good, even though it got served hot 😂. Delivery driver is excellent, well mannered, punctual and good looking. Greet beer on tap never tried the cocktail, but the blue vodka 👌

Delicious Afternoon Tea delivered for a very special man on his 80th birthday. Marzano's you never fail, exceptional customer service.

Friendly, prompt service. Very nice food, a cut above a typical cafe/bistro in the area. Thought had been put into the meals with some nice extra touches added. Hearty and filling too. The downside was the price - 2 drinks, 2 mains and 2 deserts cost close to £35.

Received an afternoon tea from marzanos today the second time we have had one and again they have failed to disappoint, it is superb , plenty of choices to eat, in savoury and sweet and the sandwiches are full if filling unlike a lot of afternoon teas you can get , would highly recommend the afternoon tea 10 out of 10 for quality and 10 out of 10 for value

Stumbled across Marzano's in the late evening, we were welcomed with open arms, great social atmosphere, chatting to the locals and the family who run are very accomidating,We were so impressed we went back for Breakfast and that didn't disappoint either!Fantastic food and same great atmosphere!Only a short walk from the Travelodge Llanelli Central where we stayed.Next time we are in the area we will for sure return!

I have been a customer with Marzano's since they reopened after lockdown. What an amazing restaurant! Fantastic food, a friendly atmosphere and fab family hospitality. I wouldn't go anywhere else now !

I would like to thank the staff at marzanos for a beautiful cream tea they made for my parents wedding anniversary. We had it made and I picked it up for us to have in our house. We had beautiful fresh and plenty of choice of sandwiches. We had a selection of dips to go with crisps. We also had lovely rissoles home made quiche. Tasty really nice cakes ,scones and shortbread. Would definitely have this again . Everything was refreshing tasty and freshly made . Also I would like to say that they do excellent cocktails and fantastic bar meals and evening meals . TRY. MARZANOS.

Well what can I say. We booked a table for 6 adults from the time we arrived we were welcomed by very friendly staff ,who gave us our table.we all ordered drinks which were lovely. We had 4 starters ,which were garlic mushrooms, nachos,and chicken wings. All were very tasty and piping hot. We then had our meals.surf turf and air, ribs and chicken, and 4 steaks topped with garlic mushrooms. Amazing . Plenty of lovely garlic bread as a side.Desserts were also breathtaking we had Dan Biggers brownies. You’ve got to try them. Cocktails are 2. For £10 really tasty. Lovely welcoming place to go and have your meal for a night out. Really happy staff always happy to serve.

10 of us went to marzano's last night & had fantastic service from the start, would highly reccomend the tapas it was absolutely amazing food & everyone of us will definitely be returning, thanx Andrew, Sarah & the rest of the team for a great night.

Have been here on Many occasions and often stop in on my way to work for a coffee. The staff are extremely helpful, friendly and the atmosphere is one of a great family run business. Wide ranging menu and the food is brilliant. Have only had afternoon meals but have heard rave reviews about the evening meals and tapas. Very child friendly too and our one year old has been on many occasions. All staff are very attentive and welcome children with open arms. Would highly recommendAndrew and family will give you a lovely warm welcome !

A wonderful little gem in Llanelli. Have visited here on a number of occasions, both day and night. From the moment you walk through the door the staff are nothing but wonderful. They greet you with a smile and welcome you into their family establishment. The food is first class, portion sizes are great, and there is a wide and varied drinks menu. It is wonderful to see all the family working together to produce such a wonderful atmosphere at Morzano’s. Without doubt, the best place to eat out in Llanelli.

Afternoon Tea for 2 delivered for a special couple who were shielding. When restrictions were eased we visited Marzano's to thank them in person. This is the BEST Afternoon Tea in Llanelli and surrounding areas!!! Fresh, homemade, simply scrumptious!!!! Marzano's you have 2 new regulars!

I had the chicken wrap with wedges and it was really tasty. Good portions with reasonable prices. Great selection of vegetarian food for my hubby too. Didnt have dessert as I was too full from food but the brownies on the counter looked beautiful!

Myself and a group of friends attended Marzano's for food and drinks yesterday evening and we had a fantastic time. The service was great and each meal tasted amazing, with one of the group saying it was the best steak they had eaten in a long time! Yet another amazing meal and service at Marzanos Llanelli. I have been meaning to put a post up for a while but after last night's visit felt it was only fair that I share such an amazing experience with you.From the moment we arrived we were waited on hand and foot. Nothing was too much for them. With a great selection of beverages to a great menu. I would usually stay away from steak when I go out as I enjoy my own steak so much more but this steak was on the last 2 occasions was so tasty. Compliments were passed on to the chef. Starters, main course and dessert (Biggar bakes) were top draw. I will definitely been using Marzanos as my go to local place for food. We'll done guys ❤️❤️

I love Marzanos whether I'm with my friend or hubby, I love it here. Friendly staff, amazing food and coffee. Great atmosphere, and I don't mind popping in even when I'm on my own either! This is a hard working family business, we don't get to visit as much as I'd like but when I'm in town I have to call in, there's also a great variety of gins, lagers and beers. Recently while on lockdown we had the most delicious take away tapas, it was gorgeous. Thanks Marzanos. ❤

Marzanos cafe restaurant is our favourite place to go. It is run by such a lovely family who are always smiling, and providing the best service.We have visited for date nights, celebrated big birthdays with family and taken our little girl (aged 3) for breakfast or a treat (cake). We have pretty much tasted most things on the menu. We love the garlic mushrooms, nachos, steak, all the breakfast menu and the lovely coffee. Definitely worth a visit.

A wonderful family business! Andrew, Sarah and the whole family are the kindest, most accommodating of people which certainly reflects within the atmosphere at Marzanos. The food is outstanding and we regularly find ourselves returning for breakfast and evening meals. The relaxed vibe is perfect even if it’s just for a beverage which can be chosen from the vast selection of refreshments, including cocktails! We spent our New Years Eve there last year which was one of our favourites to date with live entertainment being a regular occurrence. We could not recommend Marzanos enough, they have everything to offer and you will not be disappointed!
