Food was excellent, great service, good.porion size and great friendly staff. Animal friendly for those with dogs and a perfect stop for a meal or night out. Will definitely be returning to this family run pub.

This is a very cosy and traditional pub. It has a wonderful warm atmosphere. It's a favourite of ours and I'd highly recommend it.

What a lovely place with charming and kind people, stunning views, they supplied me with free ice to take back to the B&B and then tried to give me free drinks on Christmas and I am not a local, what lovely people, we will go back again, highly recommended!

Best pub I’ve ever been to! I’ve never been to a pub anywhere in the world where the locals have been so friendly & chilled. The bartender who served me was helluva nice too!

We were very lucky to get the last two roast beef Sunday dinners. Absolutely delicious everything was cooked to perfection - the best roast we have had in wales (and we travel here a lot). Thanks for such a friendly welcome and delicious food.

A fine local pub, serving local cask ales. Busy with darts teams, well frequented by the locals on a Thursday evening.

Great pub, good beer and friendly staff. They don't serve food at the weekends however did say I could bring my take out in and eat with a pint.

We were on holiday nearby and popped in here for an evening drink and a meal and it was lovely. Fab atmosphere in the pub which was really welcoming, and hubby really enjoyed his pint. There was a limited menu but the food was wonderful.. I had asked for my food to be 'well cooked' and it was perfect - they were so accommodating I wouldn't hesitate to recommend and would definitely go back again when in the area.. Special thank you to the lady who cooked our food and was so welcoming 😊

This is a lovely pub in the town centre offering well kept beers from the local Mantle brewery. Food includes very good pizzas and the service is friendly and welcoming. The pub has a number of rooms and a small outside drinking area.

The Whitehall hosted a group of just over 20 of us in a lovely separate room in this friendly pub. Great beer, prompt service and very tasty food! We are already looking forward to a visit next year.

Called with friends for a lunchtime drink. The barman ignored us for a few minutes on arrival and when we ordered our drinks said nothing but just huffed and puffed that we made him do something. His attitude certainly put the beer off. Avoid until the learn some customer service skills

Really good value - and good - food! Very friendly and welcoming staff. Ate here twice during 3 night stay in Llandovery - wish we’d discovered it on the first night!

We stopped off en route to Cardigan bay area with family. Called first and there was no need to book. Great service from friendly staff, excellent good value food. Husband said it was one of the best burgers he'd ever eaten!! We will most likely return on our return journey. Thank you! Keep up the good work!

Menu offers a really good selection, including vegetarian. Food was delicious and quite quick to arrive. Lovely friendly service. Would definitely recommend.

Four of us went to The Whitehall for lunch, the food was nicely presented and very tasty. There is a good menu and comfortable surroundings, you can either eat in the pub itself or the dining room, I also understand they have a garden to eat out in on a nice day. Would highly recommend.

Broke our journey home from Tenby to Cardiff and stopped here for lunch. I ordered coffee and my wife and I both ordered meals. The coffee took twenty minutes to arrive and the meals a further thirty minutes. Both meals were luke-warm. My wife had to wander around the pub looking for someone to hand her bowl of cool chilli to for them to heat it up. We were told there was only one person in the kitchen - but we were no told there were any problems on ordering.

First visit to this pub, called without reservation. Busy little pub with a good atmosphere and a wide age range of customers. Separate dining room or you can eat in the bar area. Meal was tasty and nicely presented. Staff pleasant and eager to please. Will definitely return.

We had a group dinner booked as part of a school reunion. They could not have done more to help us and the food and service was excellent. If you are visiting Llandovery then you should visit the White Hall, you will not be disappointed.

A family run restaurant which is centrally placed near the Town Clock. It caters for all tastes, with open spaces with tables and umbrellas back and front. Good food and service at reasonable prices. What a wonderful Pub, good food, plenty of excellent beers,friendly staff, lovely log fire in the winter and the locals give the visitors a great welcome with plenty of chat

Limited menu, but good quality well cooked food in a lovely dining room. Also available for the solo travellers were small bottles of wine.

Stopped for lunch here. Super friendly people, great lunch grub: ham/cheese ciabatta/panini/toasties with salad & crisps, or fried Camembert wedges with chips & salad. Superb Welsh beer on draught: Coles, Llandarogg. Interior is really nice, cosy with board games for the kids - nice touch. Thanks

Called in to watch the rugby. Did not know anybody , we had our welsh and Scottish rugby tops on and made to feel very welcome. Good ale on tap even fancy gins Lovely pub. Recommend

My partner and I tried the Whitehall hotel on Friday lunchtime, having just arrived for a weekend break in Llandovery.

Excellent friendly pub, lovely log burner, candles on table. Great atmosphere with the locals. Would definitely recommend. Lovely menu too although we did not eat there.

Had lunch here on a weekday; really cosy and warm with log fire roaring away.
