If what you want from a cafe is honest food made from local produce well cooked by local people, then you will find much to like about Tudor's. Some may find the menu limited, but this is a cafe that doesn't pretend to be something else. The lack of pretence is endearing and admirable. Long-standing and family-run with Tudor's comes with a feeling of community. Inside it is well kept and characterful. The helpful staff are friendly and experienced enough to cope well during busy times of the day. The toilet is for customers only and accessed via a key which you have to ask for. Long live Tudor's!

By far the best place in Llandovery for value, quality and service. It has a large local clientele which is always a good sign! The portions are generous and the waiting time is usually very short. The beef lunch is particularly good and reasonably priced. A thoroughly recommended establishment!

Basic Sunday lunch - no frills, but absolutely delicious. The beef melts in your mouth and the cost is reasonable and the portion good. They are open daily and do get v busy. no frills or fancy bells and whistles - but we thoroughly enjoyed and will be back, sorry to hear the news about Tudor. Staff friendly and efficient - food hot and quickly served - Fabulous.

Having been to llandovery hundreds of times and never been to tudors I thought I'd better give it a go after it being recommended by quite a few of my friends.I turned up at 2.25 and not realising they closed at 2.30 so was expecting some tutting and eye rolling but I was greeted by very pleasant staff . As I didn't want to waste their time I didn't bother with a menu and opted for a breakfast.I can't remember the last time I had a breakfast like that because I'm getting quite used to being served poor food on a regular basis.I will be making this place a regular stop in future so I can sample some of their other meals.👍👍.

Breakfast here was a real treat. Huge choice of items - lovely fried bread (I know, unhealthy but delicious once in a while) or toast, hash brows or fried potatoes, tomatoes or beans, bacon, sausage, egg etc. served with tea or coffee. All was cooked to perfection with lovely crispy bacon. It was not too fatty either and we will definitely visit again for this breakfast.

Stumbled across this little cafe accidently but very glad we did. Calm atmosphere, extremely lovely staff and amazing coffee. We had a quick stop with 3 homemade cakes all yummy and had a friendly chat with the staff.
