If what you want from a cafe is honest food made from local produce well cooked by local people, then you will find much to like about Tudor's. Some may find the menu limited, but this is a cafe that doesn't pretend to be something else. The lack of pretence is endearing and admirable. Long-standing and family-run with Tudor's comes with a feeling of community. Inside it is well kept and characterful. The helpful staff are friendly and experienced enough to cope well during busy times of the day. The toilet is for customers only and accessed via a key which you have to ask for. Long live Tudor's!

Lovely pint in a friendly and traditional pub. The open wood fire topped it off and we didn’t want to leave! Dogs are welcome.

Decided to visit Llandovery on a cold and wet November weekend , popped into the Bear for lunch as it stood out amongst the towns buildings. We received a warm welcome from the staff who seated us quickly The lunch menu was varied and catered for all tastes and the food served was delicious and the portions were generous, I had the gourmet hot dog and would highly recommended A good selection of local beers were available and also locally produced spirits . The inside decor was cozy and rustic , and the seating was comfortable. I'm so glad we chose to visit as we all had a lovely lunch. Highly recommend

Stopped off at this oasis on our way to Tenby. My wife and I both ordered bacon sandwiches and coffee lattes. Beautiful “home baked “ bread (probably from a bakery but looked and tasted home baked) a generous helping of thick cut bacon and a delightful cup of coffee. Staff were busy but friendly and attentive.

We come here fairly often, but have never had breakfast before. We chose the "small" breakfast, which was a generous portion and nice touches like sautéed potatoes and a very good sausage. Separate toast and from a decent loaf. I like mustard with bacon and sausage and when I asked, an individual dish of mustard arrived. You may say, "so what" but it's becoming even harder to get mustard now and it is touches like this that lifts an eatery along with loose-leaf tea and really good coffee. The Clock Cafe is in the middle of town beside the A40 so very easy to get to. Service was friendly and professional.

Fantastic pub so laid back. There are different areas to the pub depending on the mood you are in. Formalish with wooden floors and tables, bar area, sofas, beer garden out side and two areas under cover. Loved it. There were two dogs wandering around who were so friendly. Lovely atmosphere here. There was a band on the Saturday evening too. Great stuff. Loved it.

We had an evening meal here, we didn’t book a table and rugby was on but they managed to find us a table. Staff were friendly and helpful. We both had the fish and chips which was really tasty. We did have desserts but these were definitely not home made. Very informal and relaxed atmosphere. That garish red pub carpet is certainly something!
