We come here fairly often, but have never had breakfast before. We chose the "small" breakfast, which was a generous portion and nice touches like sautéed potatoes and a very good sausage. Separate toast and from a decent loaf. I like mustard with bacon and sausage and when I asked, an individual dish of mustard arrived. You may say, "so what" but it's becoming even harder to get mustard now and it is touches like this that lifts an eatery along with loose-leaf tea and really good coffee. The Clock Cafe is in the middle of town beside the A40 so very easy to get to. Service was friendly and professional.

Lovely little cafe with great food. I had the beef lasagne, which was absolutely gorgeous - the food equivalent of a hug! Chips were great too.

The chilli was probably the best I’ve ever eaten. Service was spot on. We’ll be back as I really want to try the scones… I was too full today!

After committing to cycling to Llyn Brianne Dams and the weather deciding to turn in to a tsunami we headed to Llandovery for a well deserved break from the rain wind and thunder….we stumbled across this little gem…. The food was amazing and the cakes to die for…. All washed down with a sweet pot of tea which turned in to two…..I don’t really write reviews but this was one of them times where it really hit the mark…

Appaling !! After seeing the two 5* reviews, myself & my Daughter went in for a late breakfast / brunch. The breakfast mushrooms were absolutely dripping in fat, eggs were overcooked & extremely greasy, the sauteed potatoes had obviously been cooked a few times befoe, they were inedible. When asked how was our food, i pointed out that it was all far too greasy, the guy just looked bemused & walked off !!! No apology, no offer to re-do the food, no price reduction - nothing !!! This was an awful experience, hopefully it was just an off day, but no excuse for very poor customer satisfaction & care !

We’ve been here several times and it is always excellent. Great choice on the menu-lots of homemade cakes and biscuits, main meals, sandwiches, toasted etc gorgeous chips, bubble and squeak (hubby’s favourite), jacket potatoes, homemade crumpets-lovely with smoked salmon and poached egg, homemade quiche. Definitely one of our favourites.

Excellent, delicious food and atmosphere. Tasty cakes, coked breakfasts in the morning. Caters for most, if not all, dietary needs. Also some lovely shops in the Craft Centre.

After getting fish & chips opposite the lady advised us to go & have a drink... £2.50 a pint she said. So we went and yes it was £3.90 for a pint & a half! What amazingly great value together with a warm welcome from the barmaid. Sat outside with a glimpse of the sea. Highly recommend.

Stopped off at this oasis on our way to Tenby. My wife and I both ordered bacon sandwiches and coffee lattes. Beautiful “home baked “ bread (probably from a bakery but looked and tasted home baked) a generous helping of thick cut bacon and a delightful cup of coffee. Staff were busy but friendly and attentive.

Not suitable for gluten free options despite menu description. We stayed locally and this restaurant had good reviews and described having gluten-free options available which was cinic red when we phoned to book a a table. The reality however was very different. Unless I wanted a vegan red Thai curry there were no options for me on the menu. The items described as gluten free in the menu weren't available and we were told the menu was out of date. Very disappointing and not suitable for anyone wanting gluten free options.
