Very good salad bar options, suits vegan, veggie, gluten free or meat eaters. Everything clean and under cover. Recommended for healthy lunch on the go.

The cafe was clean we ordered the breakfast the sausage was not cooked very well nor was the bacon I think for the price it was not good value the rest of the food was ok but when you look at the sausages that had strips of cooked bits on them I think anyone would not be happy

This is now our favourite cafe for a traditional cooked breakfast, and a vegetarian option is also available. Excellent value for the quality and quantity of the food. Staff very helpfull, friendly and accommodating, in order to serve the choice of food you ask for.

Great service and value for money. Super Sunday lunches I call a couple of hours before and they are always on time

Ordered a box of 6 personalised ales for my husband's birthday. The beer arrived quickly and was brilliantly packaged so no chance of breakages! The photo on the bottle was well reproduced, and most importantly, I'm reliably informed that the beer itself was delicious! I would highly recommend the Bang On Brewery!

5⭐️ coffee and cake but it was too busy to try any food. Went back in another day and it was the same again. It must mean it’s very popular but not so good if you struggle with crowds. The staff were very apologetic so no reflection on the service, just been unlucky I think.

I don't know whether history can make food taste better but it certainly did at the Prince of Wales. The quality was excellent and the service first class. Really busy from noon onwards but still didn't feel rushed. Will call again.

Great cafe right in the center of Maesteg, friendly staff, and good food.

Very lovely barista style coffee, very well made and milk was done perfectly. Food also seemed nice and had a variety of options, but I did not try this myself. Be warned, cash only.

Great music and atmosphere, I love the lounges. Great place to relax or catch up with a friend. Festive mulled wine spot too 🍷
