Just ordered broccoli and stilton soup looked absolutely disgusting , full of oil and wasn’t able to eat wouldn’t even feed it to my dog looks nothing like facebook photos wouldn’t waste money on the soup on the other hand sausage sandwhich was nice

Ordered 2 pastrami bagles and 2 coffees. Coffee were great, content of bagles are delicious but the bagle itself was sooo unbelievablely stale. Tried to power through a couple of bites as I was so hungry but in the end just had to eat the filling and throw the rest. Such a shame.

A little gem of a place, their upstairs space is perfect for a party of people. My baby shower was held here and was an easy process from start to finish. The staff can't do enough for you and the food is fresh and delicious, not to mention great value. We had the afternoon tea and it was amazing. Thanks so much Josh & team! 🖤

Afternoon tea for a baby shower couldn't fault it, it was beautiful. Lovely selection of sandwiches and cakes, vegan and vegetarian were catered for, fabulous. The staff were lovely even though we kept them a little late.

Also grabbed a takeaway baguette for my travels. Top notch, quick, tasty grub. One of a few jewels left in Bridgend Town. Definitely recommend!!

I go to Il panino at least 2 times a week. some how they cafe is so good, full of flavours, and She does best Baked Potatoes as well

Absolutely wonderful place. Popped in for a bacon butty and a cuppa one morning and then headed back for lunch too....with the kids in tow. Service was impeccable and had a lovely chat with the owners about this difficult time. Please support local, these guys are amazing. We will be back....and soon. In fact, feeling peckish just thinking about the ham and cheese panini we had....lovely.

There are many cafes in Bridgend but this is the best. The staff are very friendly and eager to please. There are a couple of tables on the ground floor with the main seating area being upstairs. The cafe is busy and those stairs certainly keep the staff fit. The cafe is nicely situated on a corner of the Cenotaph square in the centre of town where you can sit when weather allows. It looks lovely from outside and is equally nice inside. The bay windows are fully utilised giving customers the chance of watching the world go by on the street below. Last but by no means least, the food and drink is very good. Good coffee and tea and, as you might expect from its name, very tasty sandwiches. Their bacon roll is simple but not to be beaten. The cafe also seems to have a good regular take away trade with local business people. Always a good sign.

Visit Il Panino and enjoy being with friends even if you are on your own .It is situated in town centre and easy access to transport links and many other amenities .

popped in here for a lamb and mint panini for lunch , and sat outside with my daughter in the warm weather and food was very nice and the staff were friendly , would happily visit again :)

I have bought food here many times over the years. The prices of late are extortionate. Given that the staff miserable as well I think I'll take my business elsewhere.

This is a lovely place to go. It's close to work and we regularly call in for lunch. My fave is the chicken, chorizo and mayo panini. Staff are polite and service is quick. A bit pricey but worth the money.

Great service from the staff at Il Panino!! As a new business to the town (Devonalds) we today had bacon rolls all round and by far were the most amazing rolls we have all ever tasted!!! This could be very dangerous with such an outstanding café on our doorstep!! will definitely be back for more!

This is a lovely place for a freshly made continental snack and coffee. There is room to eat downstairs and on terrace on a fine day,but it is worth the little steep climb to the upper level for a relaxing ,comfy lounge feel. Love It!!

Es con pesar escribo esto como he estado yendo a este café por un número de años, y creo que el precio actual aumenta en el último año son abusivos donde la comida no refleja en estos precios. Nunca se ha puesto carteles o letreros para avisar a los clientes de el aumento en los precios, dijeron que uno de los aumentos fue para cubrir el costo del aumento de límite de estar todos los días. Un bacon sandwich era de £2 libras aumentado 2,70, me cobraron un pequeño chocolate caliente en £3,70 sólo el pasado fin! Estamos muy a menudo pagan precios diferentes para tostadas £1.50 por 2 piezas de un día y el siguiente, £1.20 paninis y chaqueta asadas también varían en precios de un día para otro. Parece ser el mismo precio para comer como comer demasiado donde cada otro establecimiento de cargos para comer en bridgend más que sacar. Creo que los precios deberían ser examinados como los clientes empezarán a ir a otro lugar como yo lo haré. Es una pena ya que el personal es amable y la comida normalmente es el 80% del tiempo muy agradable. Entiendo que habrá aumentos de precios, pero para hacerlo 3 veces en el último año es simplemente ridículo.

He pasado esta pequeña joya muchas veces, pero nunca me llamó. Siento decir que bridgend tiene terribles cafés pero es un lugar estupendo para comer. Llamé en primera mitad de la semana y nos sentamos en una mesa abajo. Me quedé sorprendido por la cantidad de gente llamar para tomar un camino sandwich - obviamente, un popular lugar para comer bocadillos para empresas locales. Así que con la competencia disponibles debe ser bueno! También era interactuar encantadora para ver personal con algunos personajes 'locales' que obviamente sentir como en casa en este pequeño lugar fantástico. En mi primera visita tuve un pastel casero - la ensalada servido con fue excepcional! Piña, maíz dulce, hojas mixtas Peppers ¡GUAU!

Si lo que quieres es un muy buen comer bocadillos y una taza de café, este es el lugar para ir, el personal es amable y la comida es estupenda, el panini es para morirse, muy agradable y nos encantaría volver :)

I regularly meet my partner here for a quick lunch. Always efficient service, excellent coffee and the Panini's are perfect. Personal favorite is the bacon, bree & cranberry!

Their paninis are so good we now have Panini Friday in work!! I'm partial to their Mexican chicken with cheese and pineapple!! Yummy!! Lovely and spicy, always hot and fresh. My colleagues favourites are the chicken in pesto with sundried tomato paste and cheese which I hear is also yummy!! Bit of a squeeze inside as downstairs is quite small and it does get very busy but it is worth the wait!!

Went to II Panino a couple of months ago with a friend for coffee and a sandwich at lunchtime and was pleasantly surprised. I didn't realise there was an upstairs and we sat up there (there are quite a lot of steep stairs to get to the lounge). We ordered coffee and sandwiches which were delicious, big sandwiches with a side salad, all very fresh and filling. The upstairs is small but lovely and very homely and if you sit by a window you can watch the world go by whilst enjoying your food. A little gem in the centre of town for a snack so give it a go.

Really enjoy going here for a quick espresso and Heidi and the staff are always so nice! Only wis there was more downstairs seating .
