We enjoyed a delicious Lamb Sunday Roast with the best homemade Yorkshire Puddings we’ve ever tasted. A lovely atmosphere in this cosy and historic “inn” located in a special place on the Gower Peninsula with spectacular views of Carmarthen Bay: The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The homemade desserts are strongly recommended..our favourites: The Sticky Toffee Pudding and the Vanilla Cheesecake with Mango Sorbet. Thank you for an unforgettable experience…we will be back!!

Popped in for the pub quiz,which was well organised. Cheap drinks, fantastic food menu and well priced. I very much enjoyed my pepperoni pizza. Staff were very friendly and was a very nice place to be. Even cancelled my bowling plans to stay there longer!!!

A lovely welcoming pub. Manages to be both a traditional pub and to do it with a bit of a young and contemporary vibe. Mind you, I am nearly 60, so anything with a pulse seems young and contemporary to me. Beer garden and generous food portions. Didn't try the food but everyone else in my party said it was good. The pub welcomes dogs.

Had Sunday roast takeaway today for 5 of us what a smashing meal plenty of it absolutely great this was our first time but won't be the last

Amazing place! The food was lovely, the staff were incredible and overall a really welcoming and warm environment. It’s a great place for all of the family. Parking is really convenient too. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. I think this is going to be my new regular pub!

A nice quiet coffee shop in a busy road of Cardiff. Reasonably priced.

No había nadie alrededor y las únicas personas allí estaban bebiendo y no podían ver ninguna mesa que hubiera sido para una comida sentada. Sorprendido de que esto consiga un 4. Reseña de 5 estrellas, ya que no habría comido aquí si hubiera habido comida debido a lo sucio que parecía y olía.

Excellent Americano and a hot, fresh toasted teacake with a generous serving of butter. Quick, friendly service and great eavesdropping - a table of retired gents discussing conspiracy theories.

Very nice staff and food nice big portions

Emailed the pub requesting a table a few weeks in advance. Got a reply a week later to say they couldn't guarantee a table as but will book us in anyway. On the day the weather was on the cool side for June, & the pub on a Friday evening had hardly any customers, staff were arrogant and the meals took ages to arrive. Can't recommend and the team need to up their game.

Popped in for lunch whilst in Monmouth visiting family.Very friendly staff...lovely lunch.My husband and son had sandwiches whilst I had a lovely quiche and salad.We took cake away with us to have in our hotel later on.Would Definately visit again.

WORST FOOD I HAVE EVER EATEN HAD 2 PANINIS THAT WERE GROSS CHICKEN WAS CHEWWY SAUCE WAS RANCID THE SADDEST LOOKING BURGERS IVE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE BUN WAS 3X THE SIZE OF PATTY CHIPS WERE SOMEHOW WETTER THAN OUR COUNTRY 10 OUT OF 10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND PLZ SORT YASELVES OUT

Had a coffee with breakfast thought lovely then a young girl with curly hair shocking so loud swearing loudly and customer services none training maybe should bee work on with a few staff there what a eye opener breakfast nice but a bit saltely myself and my other work colleague drink loads of water.

Staff are very friendly. Food is beautiful and is a good size portion, reasonably priced. We'll done Gossip! 10 out of 10 xxxx
