I had a booking with yourself Tuesday 3rd april 4pm for Danni Beaton. For 5 people. 2 adults , 3 children. For the kids eat free deal. The service itself was absolutely perfect , really friendly and attentive. We had , Patriot burger £12.75 Buffalo burger £13.95 Two sides for £7.00 3x kids happy meals £7.75 each We had also ordered 3x cokes ( unsure how much they were) And i also had a 10% shares discount. The total bill has came to £65.85 , which seemed quite high? At the time of payment my 3 year old had just woken and not in the best of moods so I was a bit distracted, otherwise I wouldve been able to question there and then. I did try emailing the Inverurie branch, with no reply. And also via Instagram but have heard nothing back, apart from now an email asking how my time was at my booking. I know that the children eat free would only apply for 1 kid per paying adult So adding it all up we'd be paying for the Patriot, buffalo burger , 2 sides, one hoppy meal total £41.45 for food alone. Then whatever the cokes are, then the 10% off the final total. Just wondering if you'd be able to shed some light as I only have the receipt for my card payment , not bill with the items. We visited today and were honestly quite disappointed. There were three staff members behind the counter — one was cleaning, one was just standing in front of the till doing absolutely nothing, and only one person was actually making coffees and serving customers. Meanwhile, there were three more people waiting in the queue. We ended up standing there for 18 minutes just to get three coffees. When we asked the girl standing by the till why she wasn’t helping, she simply said, “I’m the supervisor. She’s the one who’ll make your coffees.” Honestly, it was frustrating to see such poor management and lack of efficiency.

Esta cafetería era realmente increíble! Positivos: -gran comida -personal increíble - ambiente acogedor Negativos: - incómodo asiento del sofá (creo que estaba ligeramente roto) - extraño y un poco sucio inodoro (no es tan malo) En general, este era un gran café, y estaba increíblemente cerca de ser una calificación de 5 / 5 estrellas Lo recomendaría a cualquiera que viva o visite aberdeen!

If you’re in the mood for a cold, unappetising baked potato with bizarre toppings, Anderson’s Café is the place to go. I was expecting something hearty,maybe a warm pulled beef topping,but instead got what looked and tasted like processed supermarket beef slices. The Brie was fridge-cold, the bacon wasn’t even warm, and to top it off, there wasn’t a trace of butter on the potato itself. The whole thing was just bland and sad. The soup? Absolutely overloaded with vegetables to the point of being unpleasant, and the overall pricing is a joke,£36 for two soups, a panini, and that sorry excuse for a baked potato. Not exactly value for money. To make matters worse, not one member of staff asked how the meal was,even though they could clearly see it had barely been touched. And while the shop itself is nice to look at, the staff seem more interested in avoiding customers than helping them. I browsed the furniture section for a while, looking at sofas and dining tables, and wasn’t approached once. Disappointing experience all around. Wouldn’t recommend

¡Brillante café! El personal era tan amable y genial para ver tantos perros también! (Todo bien portado también! ¡Que es más de lo que se puede decir de los niños que estaban allí! ) Genial tener leche sin lácteos y dulces opción! Lo cual es genial porque el establecimiento al otro lado de la carretera no hace tanto como una opción de pastel sin lácteos pre-envasado! ¡Gracias por volver!

Sobre precio café £ 2. 50 por la olla de té más pequeña que he visto Sé que tienen gastos generales pero cuánto cuesta hacer una taza

Visited recently and was able to get a table for a large group at short notice. Staff were friendly, and the food was great - very large portions. Perfect place to go for some top notch pub grub.

Food was good, really busy place

Service is terrible, stood waiting for food, they lied about my food saying was a backlog but they had forgotten to put it in the oven. I politely reminded them about my food but they were very rude in responding. Awful customer service.

Super choice on menu with specials on the board. I had the leek and potato soup with a Brie, bacon and mango chutney toastie. The soup was delicious, I didn’t like the sandwich though, I didn’t think the mango chutney went with there’s too filling. They also did big chunky chips, they were absolutely outstanding, crispy on the outside and fluffy in the middle, delicious, we both had a home baked cake, me the strawberry tart that they made up fresh and a chocolate brownie. Lovely staff and great service. Will be back for sure.😀

Popped in for lunch. What I'm always impressed by is the consistently good service across the board. Every member of staff knows their stuff and provide an excellent customer experience. Not only that, the coffee is fabulous and the food is exceptionally good. We don't live very locally but plan to make the effort to get there more often! Thank you.
