Long wait, poor service and terrible food. May have been down to stress of Fringe but poor attitude from staff did not help

Increíble pequeño Café sin gluten! Como celíaco es tan difícil conseguir un gran pan (& pizza! ). Me detuve a tomar un tazón de sopa, sentado bajo el sol en los prados y descubrí que hacen su propia mezcla de pizza GF para la pizza. Mi sopa fue servida con una Focaccia casera, usando la misma masa, que era TAN bueno! Volveré por la pizza. Brownies y pasteles se ven divinos también y el ambiente es relajado y agradable. Recomiendo encarecidamente esta pequeña joya.

A consistently well-poured pint of Theakstons, regardless of the member of staff serving it. Wine wasn't too bad either. Good atmosphere with views of the Forth Road Bridge.

This is my favourite place in Edinburgh to get bubble tea. Some of the other places are really hit or miss, but this one is always consistently good. Reasonable prices too. I’d recommend the Lychee Fruit Tea with Mango balls!

Food was amazing! Fresh and very well made, coffee excellent too 🍎☕️ came on a Sunday with my girlfriend, carrot cake was excellent as well 🥕

Welcomed warmly by charming young staff and offered a choice of seats. The cheese lounge has a french/mediterranean bistro vibe to it with tiled walls and smoozy cuban lounge music playing gently in the background. Walk in customers to the shop take priority, so be prepared to wait. We wanted to take advantage of the excellent deal of a cheese board for two with a bottle of house white or red (£20), but were refused a taste of either,albeit most politely. We went for the white, Gran Cerdo which unfortunately wasn't to our taste. They had ice buckets, but no ice, though did offer to keep it in their fridge between glasses. The cheese board was kindly made up of some requested favourites and some new ones to try, all accommodating my cow's milk intolerance, presented with a low-down on each, evidencing where their expertise lies. Some delicious cheeses, though for some odd reason they toasted the lovely crusty bread that accompanied them. We would have preferred the option of plain bread as by the time we were ending our selection the toast was brick hard. The quince was a welcomed sweet addition alongside all the savoury tastes. My husband gave up on the Cerdo wine and requested two different reds. First was delicious but second was served from a very cold fridge, coming colder than the whit, which although have experienced in some lands, disappointingly prevented the rich flavours to come through. Shame. So despite a relaxing ambiance, charming staff and delicious cheeses, we feel the lack of wine knowledge prevented this from being an 'excellent' review.

Stellar service, food was incredible and just as rich as Turkish food should be. The ambiance was amazing, big fan of the low light situation going on and the tinted glass lamps, all so beautiful. Perfect place for a big special meal. Had the leftovers the next day - just perfect. 10/10! (Halal too)

I think is proper gem 💎 close to the West Norwood station! Fantastic place and food, proper Italian 🇮🇹 cuisine. Staff is always friendly and lovely. Highly recommend!

I love the vibe of this relaxed cafe. The staff were great, the food was delicious and we all enjoyed the decorations and ambience. The menu has great breakfast options (I had the Scottish one) and also wide choice for lunch. I particularly like my big mug of turmeric latte too!!

A bit cramped and few tables. But the best scones I've had in Edinburgh

Food was fantastic, family had everything on the menu and there wasnt anything left after. Heard this place is closing down due to renewal of the lease and we were genuinely upset.... best of luck to the future staff and owner.

This place was incredible! Every seat offers a magical view. Champagne menu that offers any level of cost and celebration. We ordered a couple small plates that were both divine in taste and presentation. It was March, so too cold to sit outside, but they had blankets on the seats for those who wanted the outdoor experience. Our server was most lovely! Really wish I had gotten his name to give him due credit! It was our favorite drink experience of our trip. Highly recommend this lounge. Even the restrooms were top notch with a large vanity area and private sinks in each toilet.

A cosy and cute LQBTQ+ bar with a friendly neighborhood feeling. Really laid back and chilled vibe.
