Eravamo in visita da Leroy Merlin Romanina a Roma ed essendo le 13 ci siamo recati al bar interno gestito da Makers caffè. Cibo discreto ma una delle due ragazze che erano in servizio in data 24 maggio 2024, scortese ed arrogante! Scegliendo una piadina, abbiamo chiesto se anziché prendere la prima esposta, ci poteva usare la cortesia di prenderci la seconda, si e’ rifiutata. Anzi, prima ha detto di sì, poi ha preso tutto il piatto di portata e si e’ girata di spalle portandosi il piatto dietro per non farci vedere, mi sono spostata e le ho fatto notare che stava facendo l’opposto di ciò che avevo chiesto. Mi ha risposto in tono arrogante che lei prendeva quella che voleva perché a suo avviso sono tutte uguali. Ha smesso di servirmi lasciando che terminasse la sua collega. Pessimo

The BEST scones I've ever tasted, full of fruit. Great coffee and the breakfast is fantastic. Staff very pleasant, service quick. I could go on and on. Wonderful place to eat and very reasonably priced.

The best ice cream in Clackmannanshire, Delicious! I love to treat myself to an Orlandi’s from time to time, either a tub of ice cream or a double nougat.

I love Laura's Tilly Tearoom. A great full cooked breakfast in a cozy atmosphere with friendly service.

First visit for lunch usually in at breakfast time. Lovely soup with a toasted wrap. Excellent service as always. Homemade cakes to take away. Nothing too much for Alison and the team. Wee treasure with a friendly atmosphere what's not to love!!!

Super cafe, easy to find on the main drive through Alva. Great food from an extensive menu and unmatched Lucaffe coffee with other beverages available. Ambience just right. Fast service and very friendly staff all contribute to this very popular cafe. We will be back.

Afternoon tea provided for 10 elderly people… beautiful food all ready for us when we arrived. Friendly service and cosy environment

Really impressed with this small cafe. The soups and sandwiches were delicious and the cakes were amazing. If you're visiting the gardens don't miss out on the cafe.

Could not find a review for the Hillington branch so I have to leave it here. Visited a few times now since it has opened, never a let down, food alway‘s first class, staff excellent, great choices. Freshness all the way, if you’ve not tried it yet, get yourself to it you won’t be disappointed.

Arrived this morning for breakfast with my partner as we were staying in the village overnight.we sat down had a look at the menu and decided what we wanted.then we waited and waited and waited! We then asked a member of staff who was clearing the only dirty table in the place whilst 3 tables were patiently waiting to be served. I must also add there were at least 5 staff standing at the kitchen area at this time. The waitress nodded as if she was coming to take our order but then returned to finish clearing her table. Myself and my partner decided we would go somewhere who actually wanted out business and actually had some decent customer service. Will not be back.

What a fabulous find. We were delighted that this lovely place is dog friendly and with so many beautiful walks around. Spotlessly clean, friendly staff and good prices. At last, a place to return too !

Great food and service and priced very well.

This is a favourite of ours, a bit out of the way but well worth a visit. Food is cooked really well, not small portions either. Simple food done so well and with excellent ale on draught, Devon Ales, all good. Friendly staff and locals, humans and dogs. Nice relaxed atmosphere. We have never had a bad meal or pint, staff are very warm and the service is good. It's very good value, we've paid a lot more for a lot less. We'll be back soon.
