The best restaurants serving Other cuisines food in England

I have been here many times, had breakfast today, but have eaten at lunch time, today one friend had Sunday lunch(roast) its lovely, proper roast potatoes, so nice, my other friend had pie, mash+liquor, they are freshly cooked, the staff and owner are lovely, polite and prices are great. And you can take photo's of the big tank outside

This is such a lovely local pub with a fabulous atmosphere. Sharon and Rob are so welcoming and friendly. They carry a large range of real ales which are kept well. They don't serve food but you are welcome to bring in a takeaway. It also has a large beer garden at the back.

Knowledgeable staff, great selection of books and an enormous (and reasonably priced) second hand section. The adjoining café is well worth a visit too. A trip to Bookcase is a must whenever I'm in Carlisle!

Great place, great food, busy but nice atmosphere. But gutted no more plant based breakfast ☹️. A lesson in impermanance Will miss you. Thanks for all the coffee grounds 😊

Good selection of real ales, good sandwiches and pie on Friday and Saturday Friendly people and staff.

Nice place clean inside but drinks are expensive and not much choice

Everything from roast chicken, pork with excellent crackling to pheasant breast was superb. An excellent selection of seasonal veg plus lovely homemade yorkshires completed the feast. Staff were lovely and the service was very good especially as they were rushed off their feet. Will definitely come again.

Amazing food in this small gem of a restaurant. All home made (even the sourdough) and very fresh. Highly recommended

Really lovely little spot, lovely waitress. Jacket potato was a little underdone/perhaps microwaved. That’s probably my fault for ordering a spud at 10:15. Chilli was delicious and clearly homemade. My wife had a brie ciabatta and she absolutely loved it. Drinks wise we had cappuccino and orange juice. Cappuccino was too very good. Definitely would come back.

Amazing vegan food. We loved the choice and tasty choices. Staff are friendly and atmosphere at the cafe was very nice. It is a must for veg and vegan lovers. All menu is vegan only.

A great local charity who do their best to help pets find new homes. Has a cafe and shop on site with free parking.

Just had the best breakfast ever… pancakes were absolutely delicious and the family had the full English breakfast… wonderful portion sizes. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. A lovely venue and would highly recommend.

I had the mushrooms with dill yoghurt which was delicious. Lovely little spot. Great service, great atmosphere. Good for vegan and vegetarian and meat eaters.

Loved the Salmon and the Pork Belly on the new Friday/Saturday menu tonight. Every bit the plates we loved at evenings in Brazils!

The Queen’s Arms pub is in a lovely area with a nice garden, but it’s overpriced, and the fish and chips was more batter than fish. Only plays horse racing on the TV. The saving grace? There’s a hotel next door—perfect for escaping the downstairs horse racing on the TV and starting a bit of your own jockeying with the wife. Staff are very nice, 3/5
