Delectations in Leeds

Habiendo hecho recientemente algunas cajas de catering, aunque para una ocasión muy sombría, quedamos encantados con la calidad de los productos y la cantidad que contenían. Los sándwiches, pasteles, bollos con mermelada y crema fueron excepcionales, sin embargo, siendo una persona sabrosa, los pasteles de cerdo lo hicieron por mí. . Las tartas de hoy en general son insípidas y blandas, sin embargo estas tartas estaban muy sabrosas, de hecho, me comuniqué con la tienda de delicatessen para hablar con la dueña para informarle lo contentos que estábamos con la comida. Recomendaría mucho (especialmente los pasteles)

Domingo por la mañana, no hay comida, poco antes de la noche obsoletos, así que decidí probar el café deli en Thorner. Hemos pasado antes y ha sido cruzamos profundamente tentados por el paso de cocinar tocino. Se oía por Qué lugar tan encantador pequeño. Hay un fabuloso jardín de la parte trasera para relajarse y disfrutar de la buena comida también. Entre nosotros disfrutamos de una salchichas y bacon y salchichas roll butty con mermelada de chile y tenía un pavo, tocino, aguacate y sándwich a la parrilla. pesto Mesa de interior para un día de lluvia. Las empresas locales de apoyo y dar este café excelente, una prueba. La gente que trabaja allí también encantador. Volveremos sin duda alguna.

Mientras este café/deli tiene un pequeño interior tiene una encantadora, soleado jardín en la parte trasera que permiten perros. Teníamos un perro café a pie de correos en el sol y sin duda volveremos para almorzar muy pronto.

Fantástico servicio de comida maravillosa. Situado en un pueblo precioso. Asientos fuera. Asistir a eventos hermoso lugar

Had a lovely lunch and nothing is too much trouble, just ask and the staff will oblige. Good value and extremely tempting cakes

Tiny and really only seating 6 or so inside this deli but a garden at the back and a couple of tables on the street, and all the lovely stuff made in the deli can be had for lunch or tea. We really enjoyed our lunch very much and I'm hoping to go again soon

EXcellent lunch after our walk , we had sandwiches and Cornish pasties and tea and was all very nice and quick service and very friendly

This cafe has been opened over a year now and as a Thorner resident I'm in here all the time. Great coffee and cakes, excellent made to order sandwiches and other savouries like cornish pasties and quiche. The deli also offers a range of sauces, oils, snacks, meats, cheeses, and other ingredients. Hampers offered at festive times are great. On occasion wines are sold via local merchants and tastings are available. All in all the best thing in Thorner and the surrounding area food-wise!

Great cakes and fresh breads too. Coffee is good and a great place to stop for a break while on a bike ride.

Love this place always service with a smile and the food is awesome I can highly recommend the New York Rubén on poppy seed bread mmmmm great cakes & coffee too and a very nice range of other quality items like marmalade & chutney

We stopped at Delectations on a Saturday afternoon mid-cycle hoping to get a cup of tea and some cake. We were fairly abruptly told that the drinks machine had been switched off and cleaned because they were closing at 16:00, so we left empty handed. I wouldn’t have minded, but this was at 15:20 and a cup of tea only requires a bit of hot water! It was pretty clear that the staff did not particularly value our business. Not very welcoming...

Small village DELI to eat in or takeaway. Open all day 7 days a week. Breakfast choice include croissants, very tasty bacon sandwiches, toasted tea cakes or thick slabs of toast with pot of jam. Coffee is excellent. Lunches include sandwiches, panninis or salads - all home made. Afternoon nip in for tea, cakes and a chat. They sell a small but select range of steaks and chicken with fabulous sauces to cook at home along with home cooked carved ham, turkey, pastrami, salami and cheeses. Great range of homemade bread, quiches and cakes. They will also cater for parties which I can testify was excellent. Newly opened garden with tables at the rear is very pretty, DELECTATIONS is a great asset to the village!!!!

Delectations is a smashing little deli and cafe situated in the heart of Thorner. When I say little I mean little in that there is only space inside for about 8/9 people to sit down. However, the trick up the sleeve is the "Secret Garden' hidden around the back which is a real sun trap and a place to while away sunny afternoons (when summer arrives). The food is continental cafe style - my favourite is the Taste of Spain panini. The coffee is good and there is an excellent selection of breads/meats/cheeses to take away. A couple of weeks ago they have started opening on Sunday mornings -ideal for croissants and fresh bread!
