32 minutes ago NEW If I could give 0 stars I would, but seeing as 1 is the lowest it will have to do. This lady has caused nothing but upset and stress for my family. She was booked and paid on time to provide a cake for my brothers wedding, however on the day turned up over an hour late, with a cake which was literally slanted. It was noticed by everyone how the cake was tilted to one side, she ruined the schedule for the DJ, who just before she decided to turn up, advised not to even bother with the cake anymore as it had already pushed the day back too much. Taste wise, it was mediocre, no one commented on it saying it was nice, just how it was slanted (what a lovely memory for someone’s wedding day). After the wedding she was contacted on multiple occasions by my sister in law and was literally ignored , she only replied once my brother messaged off his own page. She then agreed to a refund of £100, this has then had to be chased up with her. On two occasions she advised the refund was going to be sent, only for it not to be sent and again had to be chased up. Now that we have explained to her we will contact trading standards, she has taken it as a ‘threat’, as a business owner she should understand that customers have the right to use that service, which is provided for customers who don’t receive the service they have paid for and is not a threat at all. I mean you only have to look at previous reviews to see how awful the company and its products are. Please do yourself a favour, save the upset and stress, do not use this company. The owners attitude is also shocking for someone who should have a good level of customer service, maybe she needs some training to learn how to deal with customers appropriately.

We've just ordered our subway using just eat, we've done this a few times now and every time the food is exactly to order. Still hot and comes before the order time. I wish I knew the man's name who delivers to us, because he always gives service with a smile and always asks how my partner is (Martin). So here's a well deserved 5 stars. Keep up the amazing work

Always find Waitrose in Wolverhampton a very pleasant shop.The store is spacious and well laid out and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Love the cafe too!

Precioso desayuno, porciones de tamaño decente. Personal amable y servicial. Limpio. Servicio rápido. Delicioso café. Gran, pequeño café para un comienzo amigable del día. TV para ver.

Visitamos Starbucks Bentley Bridge al menos una o dos veces por semana . . el personal es encantador y nos gusta el ambiente y los asientos exteriores, pero la calidad del café es tan inconsistente que nos vuelve locos. El capuchino de hoy estaba lleno hasta el borde de leche, sin espuma y casi sin sabor a café. La chica joven que hacía el café me miraba como si fuera un alienígena porque lo cuestionaba y luego lo ponía cuando le pedía que echara un poco para que yo pudiera poner una inyección extra. Claramente ella necesitaba más entrenamiento ya que cuando pagas casi £ 4 por un café debería ser bueno.

They didn’t have nachos but I respect we did visit at 3am. The girl made sure to give me a nice spread of cheese on my nacho chicken bites and was very patient when I came back 5 minutes later for more. Even gave me a little pot of sauce. nom nom. What a queen. <3

Siobhan y Tina eran muy amables y fueron más allá. La comida en sí era deliciosa y el café estaba limpio. Lo volvería a visitar 👍🏽
