I have been into this branch on a few occasions hoping that it may improve but unfortunately it just gets worse. Today at 16:20 there was one member of staff on duty. Tables were dirty, empty cups everywhere and the bin overflowing. Another customer came and notified the staff member that the toilet needed cleaning and there was no toilet paper. There was no regular drinks menu on display only one advertising the specials. It took approximately 15 minutes to get my coffee. Shortly after I was served another member of staff appeared however she was too busy texting on her phone to do any work.

If zero stars were an option you'd get it - manager is the king of his very small kingdom, so likes to go on power trips. If it's in black and white that you offer a promotion, and even specifically shows your establishment on the map, then you're to abide by it. I look forward to you still serving coffee in 30 years time.

Product range was limited due to stock outages. Service was really slow (almost 15 mins for two drinks) and the drink quality was poor. Tables were dirty and not cleared in the 40 mins we were in store. Staff stood round on phones and were completely disinterested.

Slow service, staff seems like they can't be bothered, the place is always untidy which is a shame after it has recently been opened with new decor. Ordered caramel Frappucino without whipped cream, once received there was cream. The Frappucino was tasteless, feels as though they separated the caramel to the whole drink by drizzling the sauce around the cup. Have been to many different starbucks and it has to be one of the worst drink I've had, feels like they don't follow the company's spec. Have given this branch many chances but don't seem to ever improve. Such a shame!

Disappointed I was turned away for only having cash they wanted card only....I went to Costas coffee they had no concerns great

Don’t order a Macha Latte. Half the cup is froth (and that’s no exaggeration, I am being completely honest). You get very little Macha drink inside. Feel the weight of the cup before purchasing from them and make sure your drink doesn’t contain half a cup of froth.

Hi all decided to turn up for Sheila's first day after getting sacked from burger king for shagging the manager that's my girl lol anyway I turned up after a night on the binge with my son's Benson and hedges after being released from prison let's just say it was a dirty sesh oi oi anyhow we ended up getting kicked out after we stole all a bald mans wig all round good trip

Very slow service, they got the drinks wrong and also ended up waiting 25 minutes in the end just for two drinks when it wasn’t even that busy.

I am not a Starbucks regular but was really impressed with the quality of the coffee here. Noticing that I was not familiar with where things were the lady who served me showed me where I could help myself to milk and kindly took my drink to my table for me

1.long delay as no staff making drinks 2.3 people served before me as they lost my order 3.flat white was awful. Too hot so coffee was burnt. Milk too hot also. Got the impression the only lady serving didnt really care or had had enough. Wont come again. No customer service. No staff. No pride in their products. Oh and nearly all the tables were full of dirty crocks :-(

Starbucks never disappoints.. lovely coffee, lovely helpful staff and it’s always clean and tidy. Yes a little pricey for “a coffee” but it’s not your average coffee!

Not the greatest star bucks this one and I’ve visited many times. I only come back because we like star bucks coffee. The place never seems clean to us and the service is not exactly with a smile. Come on guys you can do better than this!

We visited this Starbucks last Saturday when we were in Wolverhampton. It was raining and cold. We wanted to sit in a cosy and warm cafe. We bought some drinks & cakes and went to upstairs. The dust was everywhere, the floor was not clean and the tea was in a broken cup though the staff were very friendly. We had to finish our coffee and tea quickly and left for a different cafe.

Thie place is just your average coffee shop, nothing amazing, okay coffee and snacks, could do with some improvement,

I never normally write a bad review, but after my visit today I have to write this. It started out great, me and my nan decided to have a drink, as we normally do and Starbucks was a change. THEN after we had finished our (cold) drinks... I asked a female member of staff where I could get rid of a cup of ice and she just held her hand out... I thought ok maybe English isn’t her first language... so she walks away and talks to her pal whilst she’s meant to be cleaning - and actually she’s English. AND THEN she walks back past me and I said thank you and she gave me the dirtiest look I have ever received. Disappointed. Rude staff let the whole place down.

Visited for a drink - stairs and upstairs needed the floor and tables cleaning, covered in crumbs and dust - the toilets were disgusting - smelly and covered in dust and dirt. Won't be visiting again!

If Wton can have a Costa Coffee on every corner and department concession stand, surely Starbucks can run for a better plot. Starbucks Wton is half on the main high street, half into the Mander Centre where there is heavy footfall making it loud and drafty. It is like a corridor for seating downstairs and upstairs is ok but lacking a warm inviting atmosphere.Recommend you take your coffee out and sit at St Peters Park with it

I had ordered Almond Latte and Carrot Cake and as I immediately went up on the 2nd floor to sit down 2 customers (2 girls ) sat on the sofa across me and started staring at me continuously for no reason and made me feel very uncomfortable so I had to approach Starbucks staff for advice and the lady who kindly assist me her name was Demi she adviced me to sit down stairs and due to the problem solved. Demi kindly awarded me with "free Starbucks" voucher which I kindly appreciate but at the same time I felt intimidated by the whole experience. I am very thankful for Demi who made me feel comfortable for me to be able to enjoy my drink and cake before my take off. Thank you so much. Kindly appreciate it. Very good customer service :)

The service, staff and coffee are all fine.

With the new limited edition Vampire frappuccino drink out. I asked if it was vegetarian friendly. The server asked those around her and one said to her just tell her yeah, it's not got real blood in. He was slim, brown hair and a bit of facial hair. The one asking did go above and beyond to help me, did not appreciate her co-worker's cheek and arrogance. Will not return for some time.

Very long winded to get a cup of coffee . I find it needs a really good clean infact a complete refurbishment to the whole premises. With the prices they charge they can well afford it.

Popped in before work. There was 2 on tills and one who was making drinks. Busy time at 4pm. The line was backed up. I ordered a black ice tea and received a black ice coffee. I told the man who was making the drinks he got it wrong, he soon sorted the issue. I went to the girl who served me first but she ignored me and carries on serving. This isn't the staffs fault this is because they are understaffed.

We came to go up the stairs but unfortunately was closed the second floor The coffee was good but with cinnamon can be better The table was dirty

Always good coffee and good service but this place is just way too cold, particularly downstairs. Upstairs is better but don't go trying to carry too much on a tray up those stairs...

Was on my way to work pop in Starbucks as it was quiet, usually there is a queue so generally gave it a miss. Had Chai Latte as tried it before. Similar to an Indian tea. Loved it. Used my giftcard which still had some credits. Service went smoothly.

I went to the city centre for some shopping and a later I had a take away coffee. The filter coffee was good as usual, however I wasn't able to find a table as all of them were full of uncleaned mugs etc.

Rude staff who mixed up our order and then proceeded to make our drinks wrong since they were more focused on rushing through the orders terrible experience and service i do not recommend at all im disgraced!!!! Would not even give it one star

Anyone there? Visited with my wife and children last weekend and the service though helpful in many ways, was a bit hit and miss.

Needed to do some work and have a drink. The team were great, finding a nice power plug and preparing a warm drink. Had a nice relaxing session here.

I drink latte but starbucks just dont do it hot luke warm big let down on many occastions sorry lost a customer

its ok but a bit crowded no room to swing a cat.coffee a bit too strong for my liking made me feel unwell after,if you like it strong it should be ok for you

Popped into Starbucks Wolverhampton and had a great cappuccino and a fresh slice of cake. Good service and place was clean. Sat down and watched the people of Wolverhampton walk on by which reminded me of Michael Jacksons Thriller video.

friendly staff, saw this advertised on a TV, thought it looked nice. so went to go and check it out, lived up to my expectations. would go again the toilets smelt

Not visited this Starbucks for a while so thought I'd treat my Mum and son to a coffee and a snack....all good....food nice, coffee even nicer - as you'd expect....but when my young son needed the toilet we found the ladies out of order so were forced to use the men's! Well....I was disgusted....the floor was soaked, it smelt strongly of urine, there was blood on the seat, no toilet paper and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time! Even my son refused to use it....! It was worse than a free public toilet. I informed staff but they didn't seem bothered and just said 'ok!' Don't think I'll be going in there again for a long time!! Huge disappointment!

After making a last minute decision to come into town, for my son, I decided to have breakfast in town rather than at home.

I received excellent service here. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Thanks Wolverhampton, I will be back.

Nothing wrong with it..and nothing bad.. The food is mediocre to nice..like all their stock globally. The upstairs area is nice to sit in but the toilets are small and not very nice.. fits your expectation

The coffee is fine and the chaps behind the counter are friendly but the lady supervisor (?) was more interested in tidying shelves and watching the long queue rather than mucking in and serving... not great Starbucks.

Visited on two occasions recently and the quality if customer service is very poor.Disinterested staff who do not pay enough attention to order and on both occasions got the drinks order wrong.
