The best restaurants serving Other cuisines food in Ashburton and Buckfastleigh Teignbridge South West

I bought delicious jam and fair trade ground coffee. Lots of different whole foods and products to discover.

Found this place on the Vegan app. Drove past wondering if was open as it looks small from the outside but when you walk in it opens up😁. Lovely service, food and atmosphere with an approach of serving the community. There were parents playing board games and reading to their children and we had two separate people join us at our table for a quick coffee “hello” and off again. I will stop here when driving past again and if I lived here this would be my local cafe.

Coljans is a wonderful all the quality restaurant with delicious food and particularly friendly and warm atmosphere. I always enjoyed visiting.

We were welcomed by the head bar man, what a gentleman & a legend taking the time to talk to us. We had visited Buckfast Abbey & drove through this quaint little village, parked cheaply in the pay & display & popped into this small village pub. Great little traditional pub, pool table on the right hand side, very clean & throughout. Good selection of beer & ales. We sat in their well tendered gardens. Definitely recommend for a stop off.

A lovely much needed addition to this town! Always greeted with a smile and a chat. Friendly place to grab a bite to eat and drink. You never know what is going to be on the menu, always something a little bit different but usually a safe option for others wanting something more usual. However I would say a set menu is something this place could benefit from. Especially being a mum and wanting to take my child somewhere, it’s not always convenient to just see what’s on the board today, as it’s not always child friendly! But other than that it’s a nice little place that I hope sticks around for a while

Great value for money compared to local competitors but no excuse for the poor steak served recently. Sorry but I really could not risk my dental work! The last time we used your restaurant it was the fish that disappointed; there always seems to be something which stops a 5 star review. First class serving staff and prompt service, albeit on a quiet day. Does diners’ feedback get back to the kitchen? If we comeback we must reluctantly li it our expectations. Shouldn’t do this but you are convenient.

Excellent food. Good coffee. Friendly staff. Served by Maddie who was a star. Homemade tray bakes were delicious. Highly recommended.

The place wasn’t as clean as one would hope to find it, and the food on both visits was utterly awful: tasteless, overpriced, very clearly microwaved, haphazard, thoughtless etc etc. A bacon bap or sausage roll from Spar is significantly more tasty, filling and worthwhile.

A review could hardly do justice to this lovely place.

Unfortunately this is the most unfriendly farm shop I’ve ever visited. People staring and no smiles. It put me off purchasing anything. At least the customers were nice. I wouldn’t go again.
