This cafe is so friendly with tasty Homemade cakes and a wonderful menu with genuine Nepal cuisine. The owners Erish and Gita are so friendly and welcoming. They are a dog friendly cafe, and my dog absolutely loves it in there. They do food and drinks to take away, or eat in Highly recommend this lovely cafe. Coffee is wonderful and the Carrott cake is to die for. Give it a try, you certainly won't be disappointed

Absolutely brilliant cafe, best breakfast by a country mile. Steph and Fliss are both lovely. Everything is cooked fresh to order and delicious. Make your own breakfast or choose 1 from the list.

I have visited this cafe several times. The volunteer staff are always friendly, welcoming and chatty. The cafe is clean and inviting with good decor. I've tried their bacon, bacon and egg sandwiches, burgers, quiche and jacket potatoes. All are tasty and hot. They source their ingredients from a local butcher. Reasonably priced. Although a church they don't preach at you or even talk about religion. Will return and can recommend

Amazing food taste wise and portions. Fab service - staff were friendly, welcoming and attentive. Great choice of food on the menu. We had the calamari to start. The coating was crispy and the calamari was tender. The special of the day was chicken and mushroom risotto. This was delicious. Very flavourful, good ratio of chicken, mushroom to the risotto. Hubby was very happy. The crispy pork belly, sage and butter crushed potatoes and mixed veg (I swapped out the black pudding) with apple and vanilla gravy was amazing. The venue was very clean, tidy and spacious. The staff were dressed smartly. A great venue for any day occasion.

Traveling up North from Cornwall to Lancashire , we wanted somewhere near the M5 to call in for Dinner , and we are so pleased that we found this fabulous family run restaurant. We had a lovely chat with the owner , the service was attentive , and the food was amazing . We really enjoyed the warm bread with olive oil and balsamic, and the starters of halloumi fries with a garlic dip and chorizo were really tasty . We then had an amazing steak meal , beautifully cooked , the chef really knows her craft . The meal was one of the best we’ve had in a long time . Prices were very reasonable for the quality of food. We highly recommend you visit , it’s a shame it’s not a bit nearer home , as we would be regulars !

I go to Coffee #1 in Bridgy fairly often, and have done for years. I don't know anywhere else in town where you can get a really good coffee. I'm surprised at the reviews, as Bridgwater isn't teeming with quality establishments. Take Coffee #1 away, and we're left with Costa a few doors down, which is the McDonald's of coffee. It's also a lovely building and environment, with a good selection of cakes etc and friendly staff.
