The best restaurants serving Other cuisines food in Cheltenham South West

Excellent food, tremendous service, lovely decor and just a little bit different. We’ll definitely go back and would recommend a visit to anyone that enjoys Asian food. Loved it!

Sadly a really disappointing experience. Very expensive for what we got. We went for afternoon tea. The bread in the sandwiches was dry, the lemon drizzle didn’t taste like lemon drizzle, the choux bun was raw and the scones were like bread rolls. The pizza was nice and the lemon tarts were too. We didn’t get asked if we wanted refills or more water and there was no atmosphere. We left feeling very disappointed ☹️

We went in search of a fabulous coffee . Read lovely reviews . We were not disappointed . Lovely welcome . Lovely friendly chat , with I presume the owner . We just had a skinny cappuccino , in an amazing blue cup . which was just the right temperature. So often cafes heat the milk too much which burns the coffee and you get a bitter taste . Menu looked great as well . Small seating area inside but on a nice day seating outside is possible . We will definitely be back and would recommend you try this wonderful secret hidden down a side street .

Recently visited Cheltenham and popped in to lazy graze for lunch. The lunch was delicious, very tasty and the food was very well presented. Really enjoyed the chilled, friendly atmosphere. The couple that run the shop have very good attention to detail everything is so well presented. The cakes are also to die for especially the lemon drizzle cake. Will definitely come back and would recommend anyone in Cheltenham to visit.

Fabulous food - we had the falafel flatbreads and they were packed with freshness, flavours and textures. We had the spicy ones - great flavours and hot without burning. Will definitely go again

Lovely find while looking for a coffee stop. We received a very warm welcome. Coffee was good and ended up having brunch as well which was great. Didn’t have room for any of the tasty looking cakes. We’ll be back!

What a wonderful surprise arrived for my birthday, Afternoon Tea and a mixed salads, meats and cheese selection. Utterly delicious! Highly recommended and sure to order again!

We took a large group to the restaurant and had a delicious Sri Lankan dinner. Indi was so helpful and provided less spicy dishes for some of our guests so that everybody was happy. We took our own wine as the restaurant is waiting for a licence. I also sometimes have a simple lunch with friends at the restaurant and it is always a success. I would recommend it for both the British (lunchtime) and Sri Lankan dishes.

No puedo decir demasiado sobre este pequeño café ya que sólo hemos estado allí dos veces para el café de la mañana y tarta. Es probablemente el mejor café que he probado en Cheltenham y el personal es bueno. Muy pequeño y acogedor, espero que lo hagan bien y encontrar un lugar más cerca. Bien hecho y buena suerte...

Wow. There are few words that can tell you just how great this restaurant is. Atmosphere, food, service.... Perfect.

Booked bottomless cheese and wine for hubby's birthday. Brilliant choice! Cheese board was amazing - good variety of cheeses, lovely fresh breads and crackers. Finished with walnuts, apricots and chutneys. Dietary needs/preferences catered for. Cocktails and wines very good. Service excellent, food and drinks replenished speedily. Great atmosphere. Awful! Terrible service. We ordered the food, and then waited and waited and waited. It took over 35 minutes for food to arrive for the two of us. No idea why it took so long, it was a quiet lunch time, only two other tables there. I have eaten here before, two years ago, and usually the dishes arrive here and there in reasonable time. The staff had plenty of opportunity to update us on what was happening, they did not. I had to ask if there was a problem and was told soon. Finally all the dishes arrived at once, for here that is unusual. The food was surprisingly bland, and just warm. It did not taste fresh and must have been sat on the side getting cold for a long time, as did we at the table. Whilst waiting, the table of one behind us, received her food, had eaten some, left a lot. She told the server that it was not enjoyable. We assumed she could not take the chilli heat. Or perhaps had the same opinion as us. When I asked for the bill, I hoped for an apology and a discount. The bill came to £55, with no discount, and they included a 10% service charge (optional). A tip, should be at the customers discretion if they feel they had good service. Really hate that certain restaurants do that option of making the customer feel uncomfortable to ask for this cost to be removed off the bill. Instead I should have received 10% off the bill for experiencing their bad food and service. Also, why is the music so loud. Neither of us enjoyed our experience here. For a lunch it is expensive and would expect much more. So disappointing, because I remember when it was good. Will not recommend this and won’t be returning here.

This place is a hidden gem! Wow I was here for a retreat in town and stumbled over this amazing spot! So far I went 2 nights in a row- the best food in the UK so far even after London. A must!
