We hosted an afternoon tea with 30+ ladies at Palm Court Pavilions. Seamus and Rachel were amazing from the very first email and were always on the end of the phone on the lead up to the event. The weather was not on our side that day, however being sheltered in the fully purposed marquee and given our own area was great. All of the staff were brilliant and helped us to set up and made sure we were fully catered for throughout. We had a couple of dietary requirements, which were fully catered for. Feedback on the gluten free option "best gluten free sandwiches and cake selection!". This place is a hidden gem - great just to enjoy in your own time and fantastic for a event / party!

We reserved seats here for the England Swiss football match, can I just say how brilliant the bar staff were on a very busy bar. Nothing was to much trouble, their attention was focused and made for a lovely evening. Thank you so much for making our experience so enjoyable

Breakfast was OK found sausages very small but the main issue is the price nearly £10 for a small breakfast and nearly £14 for a full English but only 1 small sausage. It cost us over £37 for a small breakfast and full English with drinks plus they put on a service charge which you can ask them to remove but I would not do that would I go back no just because of the prices. Staff very friendly and polite.

We used Ren's Kitchens for the catering for my daughter's wedding, held at Fitzleroi Barns, Fittleworth. From the start to the end we had wonderful treatment from everyone. Molly arranged a tasting session for the bride, groom and myself. We were blown away by the quality and taste of the hot buffet choices we made. Molly also came up with suggestions based on their experience with other functions and these really helped. In the run up and on the actual day, Molly, Lucy and all the other staff we dealt with were fabulous. Inevitably there were dietary changes, number changes etc and all these were handled efficiently. The serving staff went above and beyond on the day too. Thank you Ren and all your amazing staff, you helped to make a wonderful day even better.

I’ve been here once for drinks with work (NHS discount and a good choice of my favourite beers, what could be better!) its a nice pub, friendly staff and a nice beer garden. My colleagues rave about the food, especially the pizza. So I decided to treat myslef today - the Sabotage pizza (mozzarella, pepperoni, Parma ham, Italian sausage, parmesan & hot honey) and a pint of delicious Jamaican Red Stripe beer. Discount was for drink only, but thats ok I expected it to be anyway so no problem. The beer was 100% excelent as always The pizza, TBH I couldn’t understand the hype. The flavour was definatly there, totally delicious. But the base was paper thin and unbelievably greasy! Trying to pick up a slice was hopeless as the base wasn’t able to support the toppings and just flopped down (even the layer of sauce was thicker!) and being so greasy too everything just slid off. I had to get cutlery from the bar to eat it (they gave napkins in that tankard with my table number, but no knife and fork?) I like thin crust pizzas usually but this was insanely thin! I think maybe that is why the pizzas called sabotage, the base sabotaged the pizza? Only the flavour saved it, a solid 3 star. But putting things in perspective, still 1000 times tastier than anything from a takeaway, and cheaper. Fix the base and its 5 stars easily!

Visited this cafe recently with a friend. Ordered the large breakfast which was priced at £11.00. It came with hash browns and fried bread, I asked if I could exchange the fried bread for toast and hash browns for an alternative. The waitress actually offered this exchange and said it wasn’t a problem. I ordered a capuchino as well at £3.50. I was charged £16.50 so obviously I was charged more for exchanging. The quality of the food was poor. The baked beans were sweet(cheap). The sausage wasn’t nice and the portion was more like a child’s portion. My friend and I visit a lot of cafes on the south coast, so I think I am qualified to judge. All I can say is that it was very disappointing and will not visit again

Lovely traditional pub with good food and good choice of drinks from a great pint of old proper beer as well as a choice of larger wines and spirits Food good value for money, very tasty and good portion sizes
