Palm Court Pavilion in Worthing

We hosted an afternoon tea with 30+ ladies at Palm Court Pavilions. Seamus and Rachel were amazing from the very first email and were always on the end of the phone on the lead up to the event. The weather was not on our side that day, however being sheltered in the fully purposed marquee and given our own area was great. All of the staff were brilliant and helped us to set up and made sure we were fully catered for throughout. We had a couple of dietary requirements, which were fully catered for. Feedback on the gluten free option "best gluten free sandwiches and cake selection!". This place is a hidden gem - great just to enjoy in your own time and fantastic for a event / party!

Great venue for a party. Fab food & service. A great night was enjoyed by all. Staff were very polite & helpful. Lovely location.

The food was nice and the waitress was nice. However, one meal was forgotten about therefore arrived 15 mins after everyone elses which we received no apology. Advertised NHS discount was refused. There was a discrepancy with deposits paid for which we had proof of payment and the older lady who seemed to be in charge was very rude throughout our visit. Would not go here again.

What a beautiful setting - love the walk to the entrance with all the plants & flowers. We came for Sunday lunch, and sat inside, the atmosphere was great, the staff were very attentive and very jovial. They all had a smile and were enjoying their day. Even when I dropped my glass of wine!! 🤦‍♀️ We had a lovely roast and the veg was just how I like it. I didn’t think I had room for dessert but would definitely recommend the sticky toffee sponge!! with hot custard too. Will return when the weather warmer and can sit outside. Thank you , we hadn’t had a family meal for ages and had a lovely afternoon together.

We went for Mother’s Day afternoon tea and it was very yummy! The staff were really friendly. The toilets were very clean. Impressed and will visit again soon.

We have been before and Sarah is always amazing, she always greats us with a smile. She remembers my Mums name and let's Mum talk. The owners always say hi, and make us feel welcome. My goodness the food was delicious, everything was very tasty and huge portions. Would highly recommend coming here.

Chose this restaurant to use a voucher for afternoon tea. On a wet windy March day this was superb. Homemade beautifully presented food, lovely tea, friendly helpful staff. It is small and unique which adds to the charm. Will definitely be revisiting in warmer weather.

After booking a table for Mother’s Day breakfast, unfortunately we were left disappointed. We had waited over an hour for our food to arrive, and only upon enquiring, we had been informed our order hadn’t even made it to the kitchen. Food arrived was fine, but not particularly hot, presuming they were rushing to get it out. The staff didn’t mitigate the situation by offering complementary drinks or anything, but actually proceeded to add 10% gratuity onto the bill! Maybe too many tables were booked…

Here for afternoon tea on Mother’s Day cost £124 for 4 of us what can I say! Sitting in a tent with a few sandwiches and some “homemade cake” very disappointed and terribly expensive. Did mention it but didn’t get any decent response

Had an afternoon tea here in February, booking was easy by phone. Parking was easy in nearby pay and display. The building and setting were very nice. The staff were absolutely lovely, very attentive but not over bearing. The food was wonderful, and there was certainly enough for two of us. The sandwiches were on soft fresh bread, the scones looked and tasted home made as were the selection of cakes. Really high quality food and service. If we are back in the area I'm sure we will return.

I visited Palm Court today for their January Jingles cream tea. The atmosphere was lovely. The food was delicious and all freshly made. The cakes especially were delicious. Staff were all lovely and attentive. I would definitely go again.
