Popped into this nice cafe on Saturday, feeling thirsty. Lovely service from friendly staff. The loose leaf tea selection was a delight for someone who is an avid tea drinker. I chose Darjeeling. It was served in a lovely china teapot with a warmed china tea cup and saucer plus even a warmed lid for the loose leaf paper bag. There was even a timer! Joy!

Pretty little spot, we were made to feel very welcome. Lots of choice of cakes and beautifully freshly baked scones. Will definitely return.

Great pub with great staff and very good food, with live Music on set nights, with a good size garden and parking, have been a few time now and never disappointed with the food or friendliness of the staff.

So this review is for my recent mail order of coffee beans - Celestial and Tiger Stripes blend. I have ordered ground in the past but we’ve now moved to grinding our own beans. Tried both these now and they are absolutely lovely. The tiger stripes in particular is gorgeous! They put commercial supermarket blends to shame and it’s a much better experience than a high st chain. The delivery was swift as well. Thank you.

This is a fantastic destination for cyclists in Petersfield. Food, coffee and service is excellent. I came on a weekday and had sausage sandwich (pic) and a creamy latte to have in. Bike stored safely.

We've taken to lunching here whenever we have a trip up to Petersfield as their Lasagne is delicious. Good Coffee. Service can be a bit chaotic when busy, but it is popular so expect that. We always pick up a couple of extras for a Sunday night treat & the deli has some interesting items to purchase too. Great refill / natural products shop a couple of doors down too.

Great ambience in this bar/cafe. Excellent range of food on the menu. Friendly service. Seemed popular with local regulars.

We dropped by here after a visit to Staunton Country Park. The cafe is dog friendly and really cosy. We enjoyed a huge Belgium waffle with whipped cream and fresh fruit, as well as coffees. The service is very friendly and speedy and the prices very reasonable.

As locals we come here almost weekly with our little dog only to arrive today to be met immediately with utter disdain from a young dark haired woman behind the coffee bar telling us dogs weren’t allowed inside which was odd as less than a week ago ours plus multiple other dogs were very much inside… whilst I totally respect if this was a change in policy it was the disgusting rudeness and utter hostility of the waitress that is the basis of this complaint. It is completely up to the owners as to whether they would allow dogs and we always respect that decision but it felt as though she was looking to shame and embarrass us before we’d even walked through the door. As such we won’t be coming back without our dog. I would suggest finding elsewhere if you would like to avoid this kind of “hospitality”. She has truly let down what is a great establishment, such a shame.

I booked the snug for our book club annual lunch. I had been here before and it was fine. First of all there was no coffee machine so we were offered a weak cafatiere, which later on was awful and spoilt our affogatos. Service was slow and the chips were soggy and looked like sliced jacket potatoes. Sorry to complain but other guests also said they wouldn’t return and neither will I.
