The best restaurants serving Other cuisines food in Pendle North West

None of your pre-cooked meals here, seems like the chef has traveled the Pacific and it’s the best dessert island cooking ever! If you are a beer fan this is for you but if you are into wine these too are some of the best choices I have come across and surprisingly it’s not £100 a bottle! - all highly affordable and punches way above it’s weight. If you are staying you’re in for another comfortable treat too. A lot of thought and TLC has gone into making this a great experience!!

We went and enjoyed the Christmas Afternoon Tea. There was a delicious array of food on our plates and plenty of it, all homemade. A lovely Festive Treat. The staff are so friendly and helpful. (Even though I knocked over a glass and broke it, I didn't get told off) We are looking forward to going back on the new year and have the regular Afternoon Tea.

Went to Ball Grove Park, Cafe owners really friendly and welcomed our Poodle in the cafe Food very good superb home made cake Nice atmosphere reasonable prices highly recommend

Saw this place a few weeks ago whilst walking on the canal, read some reviews and thought yeah why not . Popped in this morning, first impressions a really welcoming atmosphere, lovely and warm , staff were friendly and helpful. Busy when we were there which is always a good sign but even so our small breakfasts didn’t take too long to arrive . Clearly using butchers meat for our breakfast and despite us opting for small breakfasts there was plenty and it was really nice . For drinks we chose latte and an instant coffee both were really nice and brought just before our meal . £13.00 was the total for 2 breakfast and 2 drinks which considering the quality of the meal is great value . We came here after finding there was no longer a cafe in Wycoller country park. This is nearby and has parking outside. They do breakfast, jacket potatoes, hot and cold sandwiches, gorgeous cakes and ice cream. I had a mug of soup and half a sandwich, my friend a tuna special jacket potato. Both were lovely. Friendly staff, clean and bright surroundings. I’ve deducted a star only because it’s an echoey room and not ideal if you’re hard of hearing. Through a connecting door is a shop selling homeware, jewellery clothing and accessories. Some lovely things. I recommend both!

I’ve frequented the Kabin many times over the past 6 or so months. I always enjoy the food there and also the company of the pleasant staff. I’m currently eating a prawn salad in a box, purchased from the Kabin earlier. It’s very nice indeed 👍 I wholly recommend the Kabin 💯 percent. oZ 😋

This place is just brilliant. Firstly the pies. Big enough to fall into it and a great choice including vegetarian. Lots of other things including a comprehensive specials board. The bar restaurant is cosy and superbly kitted out on a nostalgic music theme. The staff are all very friendly and attentive. Thanks. Below in the basement, a gem of an intimate music venue with top and I mean top bands / artists including international acts. The sound is amazing We watched The Pat Fulgoni Blues Band who are amazing. Go watch them. Just brilliant. Make a night of it like we did. Pies, beers and great entertainment.

Here for Father’s Day again will go for the steak pie I think. Always reliable for great value and friendly staff. Great food and beers got to be the must place to visit in Barlick

Had lunch, a party of 4, great service, given time to look over menu, choose fish dippers as nibbles, lovely light batter lovely fresh fish, only 2 ordered this but 4 enjoyed it, I had amazing cheese pie, partner lamb course, sister burger, b i l chicken breast, all we can say is absolutely fantastic, we did have to tweak menu for dietary needs but it was not a problem, and made us feel so welcome, Great staff great food

My wife had had lunch here with a friend recently, and was keen to share it with me - sadly we were very underwhelmed and unlikely to want to go back. The place wasn't full, but after waiting 30 mins after placing our order for x2 paninis I went to the till to ask on them, and was told they'd check with the kitchen - shortly afterwards, they arrived, seemingly having been microwaved to reheat them after they'd obviously been made up and then forgotten, but with no explanation or apology offered for the delay; it was hard to find the cheese that was supposed to be in both of them; and the 'homemade coleslaw' looked and tasted exactly like shop bought. When I tried to voice concerns as we went to pay, it felt like staff had a "that's just how it is" attitude.

Ordered a sofa from here with oswald & Pablo, it was beautiful, had fault occur so they made another one straight away, then another fault but I guess one of those things, they collected the whole suite and we got full refund, the after sales of both pendle village and oswald & Pablo are second to none! Would buy from pendle village again. 😊
