A great friendly club good for a nice round of golf, very nice bar and the food is fantastic. Drop by and try it, the club house is open to non members.

The chef is fairly new to the golf club, but has been a chef for many years as far as I can gather. Four of us visited the Golf Club for an evening meal not long before Christmas last year, after hearing good reports about the food, especially Sunday Lunch. We had a three course meal and it was all extremely good, although my soup could have been a little hotter. I’m sure, however, if I had asked for it to be warmed up, there would have been no problem, as the service was great. We received four vouchers to return at a later date, and although we have not done yet, we will definitely make the effort to return.

Great nine hole course with good greens.

Started attending the Golf club as part of a networking event each Tuesday. The staff are lovely. Great venue with plenty of parking and some excellent food provided each week. Would certainly recommend this place for a social event.

Best 9 hole course in Lancashire

Lovely scenery & Great staff, The joking & Atmosphereic Banter, is so relaxing & Fun.

27 of us visited on a Friday and almost had course to ourselves. Decent test of 9 holes. Course in condition early May and greens tricky with plenty of slopes. Flat course with inline on last 2 holes make it a fairly easy walk. No pro shop. Whilst clubhouse is a little tired the staff and members looked after us well.

Lovely track and very friendly members recommend

Had the unfortunate luck to break down not far from the golf club on a miserable wet day. The AA roadside assistance got my car into the car park whilst waiting for the recovery truck. We called into the clubhouse as we had about 2 hours to wait. Because of the weather, no golf was being played and there were only 3 people in the clubhouse. Nevertheless we were given a warm and friendly welcome by ( I assume) the lady stewardess and we were fed and watered before moving on.

Great little course with some good summer deals

Excellent the whole condition of the course, especially the greens.

Played Colne Golf Course on the 22nd of May 2018 and it was beautiful. Fairways and greens a delight to play on and I particularity liked the use of the rolling land, and fir trees.The bunkers look just right the way they flow out of the ground, very reminiscent of the James Braid style. In fact the hole course looks like his handiwork There is a great selection of superb looking holes that will require all the clubs in the bag and will reward the golfer who plots their way round. There is something special about 9 hole golf courses and Colne is a wonderful example of just how good and enjoyable playing them can be. Let me encourage you to play here if you have not already done so because you will be in for a treat.

Consistently some of the best greens in East Lancashire. They are fast and true during the spring and summer months.

Me invitaron a jugar en una competencia abierta por un amigo que es miembro. Nunca había jugado el campo antes, así que estaba deseando ir, y me quedé muy impresionado por el campo. Es sólo un campo de 9 hoyos con tees diferente para cada hoyo, pero el mismo green. El campo estaba en buenas condiciones y los greens son bastante complicado, con un montón de pendiente sobre ellos. La mayoría de los hoyos son interesantes, con algunas piernas perro. No es demasiado largo, a poco más de 5, 800 metros desde los tees amarillos. Es bastante plana y fácil de caminar. Green Fees son 20 libras. Hay un club con bar y comida disponible. En mi opinión, es un campo merece una visita si estás en la zona.

It might be a nine hole course (two different tee beds makes it an 18 holer) but this is one of the toughest courses I have played, clubhouse is good with decent food and beer too.

Had a great night with Amanda broome for the Colne fc do..The bar staff were great too.
