Plenty of choices, from clothing to furniture, household goods, and a small garden center, didn't use the Cafe but there's one on site.

Great cafe, lovely food, good selection of houseware

Amazing place to visit . A bit like an Aladdin's cave . Every corner you go round opens up into a new area . The furniture and other goods of high quality. Restaurant was clean and staff attentive.

Ordered a sofa from here with oswald & Pablo, it was beautiful, had fault occur so they made another one straight away, then another fault but I guess one of those things, they collected the whole suite and we got full refund, the after sales of both pendle village and oswald & Pablo are second to none! Would buy from pendle village again. 😊

Visited the cafe for lunch with a friend. Food was delicious and reasonably priced. All the staff are lovely. The cafe was really busy. The wonderful staff do a brilliant job at getting the food out in time and making sure tables are cleaned. I felt so sorry for them as they were all rushing about. Went into the store after to find staff stood about chatting. Surely at busy times in the cafe they could help out? Will defiantly recommend the cafe.

Was disappointed with the experience, found hair in napkin that cutlery was wrapped in, staff behind counter did change the cutlery on request but food was lukewarm at best and very basic. Price of the poached eggs on a muffin and beans on toast is rather expensive for what you receive.

Lot of work Ben done inside, but lost Bon Marche and Windsors. Cafe was good. Car park now needs sorting

Fantastic experience ordering and fitting carpets for our home. Nothing was too much trouble for the team. Jules in the shop was very knowledgable and experienced, and Ahmed and his team were a delight and have fitted the carpet perfectly. Couldn't be more thrilled or reccommend enough. Booked for a Xmas lunch in December. Arrived and promptly was shown our table. A lady named Nadia introduced herself and stated she would be looking after us throughout our meal. She was a lovely friendly person and a credit to the restaurant. Our first course was prawn cocktail with more prawns than I’ve ever seen. It was served with lettuce, tomatoes and a bread slice and was so tasty. The main course was a turkey dinner. A lot of real turkey slices, mashed potatoes, roast potatoes, Brussels, pigs in blankets, stuffing, gravy and cranberry sauce. It was piping hot and very well cooked. Our dessert was sticky toffee pudding and custard. It was absolutely delicious. We didn’t have to wait for any of our meals and Nadia checked that everything was suitable. Hats off to the chefs who cooked the meal. We visit the tearooms regularly and have never had a complaint to make. All the staff are friendly, polite and professional. Keep up the good work.

Friendly staff and a great cafe inside. Only downside Is the lack of space in the cafe too many reserved spots.

Went to see the Christmas displays, which were fantastic, free, and a great photo opportunity. I had never been there before, what a place, full of hidden surprises. Something for everyone

Having spent £6,500 on bedroom furniture, we certainly didn't expect it to take 4 months for the order to be fully fulfilled and installed. The quality of the furniture is great, however, having to wait so long for the finished product after initially being advised it would be 8 weeks isn't great...and having to correct the professional plans drawn up to prevent disaster at fitting doesn't scream great customer service.

Recommend by my mother in law and our first Visit. The staff were absolutely brilliant, with some great banter and very helpful with table selection. It was very busy but we managed to get a table straight away. The menu is quite varied with a good choice of snack and meals, all at very reasonable prices. The only issue I found was we didn't know you had to go up some steps to the counter to order your food, a sign near tables might be a good idea. I ordered the plate mince and onion pie with veg and I have to say it was brilliant. Lots of veg and a jug of gravy for £9.95. we only had to wait about 25 mins even though it was packed. The wife had a toasted sandwich and as she didn't want any salad, they gave her some chips instead. We will definitely return and seeing as there is a dog friendly area, we will bring our two dogs as well.

Found a mattress topper, great place to shop. Plenty of parking easy access from the motorway.

It is mainly under cover, with the exception of the garden centre, which would have been nice to walk round had the weather been better when we were there. However, there are looks to look at and a good choice of food to choose from in the restaurant, well worth a visit.

Could easily spend the day browsing. Lots of furniture /suites etc. Clothing, shoes, books, household, a massive area all well set out, clean with friendly staff. Lovely cafe/restaurant, good portions reasonably priced. Good selection of cakes. Large free car park

I bought a bed from Pendle village mill I'm so pleased with it it's second to none the service was excellent the lads were great the staff are so helpful they can't do enough for you in fact my whole bungalow is kitted out with furniture from Pendle village mill I would not go any where else you are just great all of you been going for years even though they have changed hands it's no problem to them see you soon with something else

Not as well stocked with items as it used to be prior to it's current makeover! Cashier left security tag on trousers that was bought! Had to go back following day to get removed! Another cashier i seen burst out laughing at the situation! Sorry but i don't find it amusing with having to waste my time and petrol money having to go back due to their incompetence! Should be more on the ball ! What if they do the same to someone on a coach trip? They going to find that funny as well are they?

Bought 2 new single beds from here. The young lady who served us was friendly and helpful and went out of her way to advise us on the different quality of beds and the headboard types. Thank you Sumera, you are an asset to Pendle Mill.

This review is directed at the clothing section only as the rest of retail unit is brilliant including the restaurant, my wife was looking around the clothing section and wasn't sure where the size was on the blouse labels just at this time the female assistant was walking by and my wife asked if she could help her find the size Immediately she replied " there all one size" and continued to walk off, how rude !! We've been going there for years, now my wife will not return to the store, shame.

Great selection of products. Everything you could ever need for your home from Made to Measure Curtains and blinds to flooring, carpets, and furniture. And everything in between. Lovely cafe on site too!

Some items A little bit expensive but you can get a good breakfast there

Went for lunch in cafe. Always excellent food & great service. Tables are ALWAYS wiped down after every customer which is refreshing to see. The staff work really hard to make the customers visit a pleasant one.

I've not been for a few years and it has really been improved in terms of range of goods and overall presentation. The coffee shop is very nice, being to sit outside in the courtyard is a bonus, food and staff there are great.

A pleasant place with a range of items for sale in the various sections clothes, furniture plants, household. Pleasant ambiance and staff. Cafe lovely and a range of offerings. Car parking .

Very nice and food was good ! Dog friendly but difficult if you are on your own as the service area is out of site of the outside area so my dog felt a bit unsure as I couldn't see me ! Will prop understand next time

Food was good, had hot beef baguette & chips. Service was pleasant, visited on a Monday & even though it was busy they served 3 of us quite quickly. Would recommend.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received during my recent visit to Pendle Village Mill. Today, I visited your establishment and was interested in purchasing a lamp. However, when I asked a member of your staff about the price of the lamp, they were unable to provide me with this information. Despite their efforts, no one could locate the price, leaving me unable to make an informed decision about whether to purchase the item. As a result of this experience, I chose not to proceed with the purchase of the lamp. I believe that customers should be able to easily obtain pricing information for products they are interested in buying, and the inability to do so reflects poorly on the level of service provided at your establishment. I hope that you will take this feedback seriously and address any issues within your staff training or inventory management processes to ensure that future customers do not encounter similar frustrations. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

One stop for nearly everything from plants, clothes, shoes to party goods and cards. The cafe does amazing food and cakes too

I bought a carpet for a good price and it was delivered and fitted 2 days later. Can't fault that.

Nice place to visit if you're looking for furniture, carpets or beds etc. Or home furnishings such as curtains, bedding, ornaments. There's even a nice little garden centre to look around with some lovely flowers and plants on display. Nice cafeteria, too, with a good selection of food at very reasonable prices.

Well laid out and organised retail centre in a lovely setting. Keen prices and helpful staff. Nice restaurant and plenty of parking - although the first signs lead you the wrong way.

Plenty of parking. Openly accessible to all but the heavy doors are not easy for wheelchair bound people to get through so they need help and all the freely available wheelchairs have broken brakes and NEED SERVICING ASAP. Very nice place overall and great cafe which is accessible to all and VERY reasonable price wise and food is VERY GOOD. We see repeat customers in their all the time which is great to see and the staff are very helpful and attentive.

Some very nice furniture and soft furnishings. Smallest lighting department I've ever seen, but saying that, we found a light that was both ideal and very reasonably priced.

A plesent Mill to visit with a good variant of Clothes for both sex's, good selection of books, and a good Cafe, only drawback is the Speed Ramps, they are far to Sever and needs looking into.

Good food but not the best quality

Great food. All you could wish for for a lunch out. I cannot find anything wrong with the menu (I'm vegetarian and diabetic) with the cooking or with the service. It's warm inside the café and there is outdoor seating for the summer months. It beats just about everything else in the area for prices and service. (especially Boundary Mill) It's a pleasure to finally be able to put a good review on Google from a happy customer.

Went to meet Father Christmas with my grandsons, and was amazed at the effort that was put into the event! Afterwards we looked round the shopping area and the wide selection and value of goods available and purchased several items. The visit was rounded off with a lovely fish and chip tea great value. We will definitely call again.

Lots of products, very unique. Super staff. Perfect coffee shop in the end when you can have a sweet cake, nice meal in day time or lovely breakfast. I absolutely love this place and many times like come back. Always decorated with such a lovely products. Definitely recommend it!

A hidden gem just off the motorway and next to B&Q. There are some fabulous items in here, home deco, clothes, seasonal items...

Good selection of reasonably priced and quality goods, big enough to justify travelling too but not too big to be overwhelming. Well worth a visit.

Attended Easter pop up event with 7 x 2/3 year olds and parents/grandparents.....Really good, children loved it and not overpriced. Then had lunch in the Chocolate Strawberry, you can imagined the chaos with 7 toddlers but the staff were marvellous and couldn't do enough for us, food excellant .....Thank you to all concerned for a Very pleasant experience...100% happy

Lovely food but toasties well overpriced, only a little bit of salad as an accompaniment but the same price as a full meal of pie, chips and beans.

The food here was wonderful and the staff in the cafe/restaurant were so pleasant and couldn't do enough for you. Like all the Mills had looks tosee if you want a browse. Worth a visit. Plenty of space on the car park.

Ahmed and Ash fitted a carpet this morning, quick efficient job. Would definately use again.
