Superb and everything well presented, backed up by a fabulous cafe. Great garden centre too at competitive prices to suit all budgets - well worth a visit and would certainly recommend

Worth a wander around. Lots of gifts for birthdays etc. The cafe/restaurant has friendly and helpful staff and great food.

Some very nice furniture and soft furnishings. Smallest lighting department I've ever seen, but saying that, we found a light that was both ideal and very reasonably priced.

A plesent Mill to visit with a good variant of Clothes for both sex's, good selection of books, and a good Cafe, only drawback is the Speed Ramps, they are far to Sever and needs looking into.

Never seems to be any customers in this place. Always more staff than people. Can't go on like that forever. Cafes ok.

Good food but not the best quality

Great food. All you could wish for for a lunch out. I cannot find anything wrong with the menu (I'm vegetarian and diabetic) with the cooking or with the service. It's warm inside the café and there is outdoor seating for the summer months. It beats just about everything else in the area for prices and service. (especially Boundary Mill) It's a pleasure to finally be able to put a good review on Google from a happy customer.

Visited Pendle Village this am for a rug and a mirror. Very helpful girls at the counter couldn’t do enough for you. Helped with advice and measurements and were lovely.

Went to meet Father Christmas with my grandsons, and was amazed at the effort that was put into the event! Afterwards we looked round the shopping area and the wide selection and value of goods available and purchased several items. The visit was rounded off with a lovely fish and chip tea great value. We will definitely call again.

Bistro is lovely, great food and friendly staff.... shop is cold however so wear something warm!

Lots of products, very unique. Super staff. Perfect coffee shop in the end when you can have a sweet cake, nice meal in day time or lovely breakfast. I absolutely love this place and many times like come back. Always decorated with such a lovely products. Definitely recommend it!

A hidden gem just off the motorway and next to B&Q. There are some fabulous items in here, home deco, clothes, seasonal items...

Good selection of reasonably priced and quality goods, big enough to justify travelling too but not too big to be overwhelming. Well worth a visit.

Attended Easter pop up event with 7 x 2/3 year olds and parents/grandparents.....Really good, children loved it and not overpriced. Then had lunch in the Chocolate Strawberry, you can imagined the chaos with 7 toddlers but the staff were marvellous and couldn't do enough for us, food excellant .....Thank you to all concerned for a Very pleasant experience...100% happy

Lovely food but toasties well overpriced, only a little bit of salad as an accompaniment but the same price as a full meal of pie, chips and beans.

The food here was wonderful and the staff in the cafe/restaurant were so pleasant and couldn't do enough for you. Like all the Mills had looks tosee if you want a browse. Worth a visit. Plenty of space on the car park.

Ahmed and Ash fitted a carpet this morning, quick efficient job. Would definately use again.

We have just had a carpet supplied and fitted by Pendle Village Mill and we could not be more pleased with the whole experience. From Ian in Sales, Julian who measured up everything and Ahmed and Ash who fitted the carpet beautifully who were all very professional and friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anybody who is looking to have a new carpet fitted.

Our first visit here today lots of choice of products to browse good disabled access throughout, coffee shop with lovely food and excellent cakes reasonable priced . The downside not very welcoming atmosphere and floor (looks new) doesn't look nice at all needs more Greenery and maybe a sofa or two around to take the edge off (for the men folk) toilets really need an update ,but saying that a pleasant enough place to spend an hour or two would have given 3 * but an extra one for the cafe 😁

Perfect for anything school uniform related. My daughter is at Fishermore & they have everything you need. Just off the motorway, it's so easy to get to.

What a difference from the last time I visited many years ago, bright cheerful a whole variety of products to numerous to name. Had lunch in their Chocolate, strawberry tea room, home made food excellent service, can't wait to go again soon. Highly recommend a visit.

Regular visitor to the mill . It has a lovely selection of furniture,clothes,footwear, bed linen , curtains etc. Also a small garden centre. The tea room is excellent value and has a good range of food and cakes. Toilets are available in store and tea room and are very clean

I always do my children's high school uniform shopping. Sometimes they have the size sometimes they don't but the staff is always very helpful.

Food great. Hasn't got the same same range of clothes etc. Think it's gone down a bit. Sorry.

Was very disappointed when I visited pendle Village recently to find almost all the of the gift department had been replaced with furniture. Fortunately the cafe was just as good as always, but now it will.be ossy Mills or boundary Mill for my gifts. I'll miss the cafe but not worth the trip just for lunch

Food very average in the cafe. Carpet department is ace bought another bedroom carpet from there.

As regular visitors we are disappointed at the change of less clothes and lots more furniture on display. No longer a place to browse round, apart from the fabulous cafe with excellent choice of food and friendly staff.

Pendle Village Mill ticks all the boxes for a morning or afternoon out. Looking for furniture, it's got you covered with a huge selection of sofas to bedroom furniture. Looking to spruce up your interior, it has wonderful department with styles ranging from quirky to the traditional. The rug department is a delight and you can literally spend a couple of hours trying to find the right one, the collection is huge! If you need a break from looking round this huge mill it has the most wonderful tea room and the food is exceptional. And every time I visit its always packed out. Highly recommended

Good place to browse, lots of furniture.

Had e great day out to Pendle mill and everything under one roof. Beautiful furniture and great clothes and boots! All staff lovely !! The cafe was short staffed due to illness but they worked so hard and the food was delicious! I highly recommend the apricot and almond cake would have happily polished off 2 more slices so moist!!! Yum!!

Wrong carpet and poor communication Initially store was great, staff friendly and helpful. Having chosen carpet we booked a measure, staff was punctual and friendly. I expected call that afternoon but received it next day we had 2nd Fitting on sat. morning. I confirmed the colour on sat prior to delivery, as they didn't have it in store and was told yes it was correct.. At 1pm i tel. store was told they had changed their schedule. We were using our front and back door as all rooms were loaded up and did not have access to any cooking facilities or seating. Fitters arrived at 3pm with wrong carpet and suppliers were closed. We went back to store. they didnt have anything close to our size/colour we ordered. we were offered apologises and have to wait 2 days for stockist/fitter to reschedule. I just telephoned and fitter will call later this afternoon.. Communication is poor, we are chasing our order. All staff were polite & friendly sadly you let us down. Hope i can improve stars when job completed!

Busy place. Everything you might need. Plenty of parking and disabled parking, disabled wheelchair access and wheelchair if you need one .

Splendid cafe facilities very popular with locals. Furniture and homeware has taken precedence and there is plenty of choice. Also there is a good carpet rug department. Still selection of clothing handbags giftware and garden section.

Wandered in while doing my 10,000 steps and came out some time later with a large bag of bargains. Well worth the journey. I dropped a star because some, not all, of the staff seemed to resent being there :)

Went looking for a rug. Plenty in stock of varying sizes. Got a good deal and some cushions to match. Staff very friendly and willing to assist. Pay a visit its very good

Very disappointing visit. It seems they are clearing all old stock - shoe ,cushion and clothing areas have been drastically reduced.
