Called in for a coffee before catching a train home. We ordered two medium latte at £ 3.95 each and were asked what type of coffee medium or dark. The bill was £8.50. When questioned on the discrepancie in price we were told it was because we made a choice. This is taking the piss. Who ever came up with this ploy has not only lost my future business, but also as many others as I can inform.

I was out as designated driver. Came here with who I was with. Anyways, I asked for a coke. Guy didn't say how much it was. I tapped and drank the drink which want nice in all honesty! I check my bank app to find I've been charged £3.20 for what I believe to be syrup coke! 250ml! Thats daylight robbery on another level that!! Won't be buying that again!

“Greeted” by a trainee barista with a “Yeah?” set the scene nicely. The coffee here is good but for a Manchester City centre coffee shop you get London quality impersonal service. I don’t want fawning, but a bit of pleasantness goes a long way to improving customer experience, costs nothing, and brings people back. Given the number of coffee outlets to choose from, I will go somewhere else next time.

The place is really gloomy overall and stinks of beer with sticky tables. The waitress was really rude and unhelpful and it took far too long to get her to understand I didn’t want baked beans with my breakfast. She also refused to replace the beans with something else. The breakfast itself was underwhelming even for 12£. Best to skip this one and go to a coffee shop upstairs or find somewhere near the station.

Horrible gerente que era tan grosero que pagamos £ 9 y dijo que mis hijos no están permitidos en el área de juego. Entonces, ¿por qué pagué? Visited for the first time when flying from Terminal 2 early on a Thursday morning, sad to say but our first visit will also probably be our last. Despite hardly any customers, staff appeared to be both unmotivated and disinterested, lacking in customer relation skills, felt I was more of an inconvenience than a potential welcomed customer. However to their credit staff member did enquire if either my wife or I had any food allergy, a routine but potential critical process, so credit were credit is due, My wife had a cinnamon bun (£3.75) which she said was quite palatable, I ordered a "Sausage Sarnie" (£7.50!!!!!) and a long regular coffee (£3.30). Sausage was served lukewarm and was tasteless and of poor quality, poor value for money taking in to account the price. Very underwhelming experience, will not be using again.
