The best restaurants serving Other cuisines food in East Bury North West

When I was a rep I travelled round the country. I knew all the butty shops in the north. Now they are almost gone. However, here is a stunning butty shop. Whether it’s breakfast, lunch or general takeaway they do everything. Fab food, lovely girls, all so clean and tidy. Breakfast, burgers, wraps, steak, salt and pepper chicken, just about anything. The girls obviously have their regulars, first name terms and orders recalled but there was a steady stream of, mostly trades people, all personally addressed and catered for. I am retired and am lucky enough to eat in all sorts of places, usually without reviewing. On this occasion I just had to put fingertip to keyboard. Well done girls, I’ll be back.

Visited The Bank Pub while the women enjoyed some shopping in the nearby Bury Market and can highly recommend this place after spending an enjoyable afternoon here.Drinks are very reasonable with promotions also on offer and the young lady serving is a credit to the place,so friendly and welcoming.The bar is spacious with comfortable seating,nice decor and plenty of screens for music and sport.

Very rarely will I give any eatery 5 stars, but this one certainly breaks the rules. My wife and I had finished shopping and were looking for somewhere for lunch...kids were on "Half Term" and all the usual places were noisy and really hammered. I have to be honest, as we approached the "Pro Power Health Bar." we weren't sure what to make of it.....it didn't really look like a place for food, but more like one of those "Smoothie" bars, that are so often, there one minute and gone the next. But as we decided to venture in and talk to the young lady about what kind of food was on offer, we became more and more interested. She explained how the meals were put together and she impressed us that much with her enthusiasm, that we readily ordered a chicken and a steak burrito, respectively, with a side order of sweet potato wedges and two teas. When the orders arrived, it looked really great, served on a wooden platter and the food spoke for itself..beautifully cooked, fresh, fabulously tasty and just full of goodness. With "Fast Food" numbers,worryingly at their highest for all time, Pro Power Health Bar, is a huge contrast and truly a breath of fresh air....simple, fresh, nutritious food, cooked and presented really well, with a "Super Value" bonus. I do hope they are here to stay, 'cause, "We'll be back !"

We had a great experience at Central Cafe! The food was delicious and the portions were generous — definitely great value for money. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the atmosphere even more enjoyable. A special mention to the new owner, a gentleman from Ukraine, who has truly breathed new life into the place. Overall, a very positive experience and we’d happily come back again!

What an amazing coffee shop and bistro this is , the food is 1st class with a great choice and you won't find nicer staff than Number 10 anywhere else

What a fantastic little bar in Bury. We all had a fantastic time and the staff are very helpful and friendly. We will definitely be back next time we arr in Bury.

Lovely little Thai place a great addition to the village . And fab that it's taken your own alcohol.. 4 of us went for food and we enjoyed it .. we ordered the Pow moo sub - spicy minced pork and it does have a lovely kick and I loved it. Hubby had the pad Thai and loved it (as he's fussy with veg and onions and luckily this had none! . Was quite sweet .. The Beef Massaman curry was enjoyed by our friend .. the only criticism we have and by no way would it stop us going back she just said she would try another dish .. my friend ordered the Thai chicken salad and she didn't realise the chicken would be cold .. but it was also a little dry and a little too crispy .. no dressing was offered so she wouldn't order the Thai salad again. .. But we will go back for sure 😊

This is the 3rd time we have been to Bury market. But the first time we have been to this tea room it is well worth a visit. friendly staff, clean, the food was great to. I do not know why we did not go to this cafe before because it is near the bus/tram station. We will go again

Really impressed, the interior was much larger than expected with plenty of tables. The whole area was very clean, the staff were really pleasant. Food was very good and reasonably priced. There is plenty of parking space along the front. Will definitely be using this place again

Posh cakes by far has the best highest quality cakes in bury service is on point can’t fault them for anything, highly recommend

Didn't eat. Proper pub with real people drinking and open friendly conversation. The ales are particularly good and served by experienced staff. It is likely the oldest pub in Bury and parts date from the 1600s. Photos of the fusiliers and historical pics around the place.
