Absolutely beautiful. Staff and food were superb. Food was absolutely delicious and all very reasonable prices. Will definitely going back to try everything on the menu.

Great addition to Prestwich. Great food, good value and BYOB. Watch the powdered chilli, it's got one hell of a kick! Had the duck noodle soup main which was massive and really tasty. Recommended but you must book, limited tables.

Just fantastic. Superb food and lovely venue with warm, attentive service. This is some of the best Thai food I’ve ever eaten and I’ve travelled all around the country itself. My girlfriend and I are going to eat our way through the whole menu!

Myself and 3 friends came for dinner last night, every one of us completely LOVED our meals. I had the Duck noodle soup and it was totally delicious. The broth was so good and warming, proper yummy! Beautifully cooked dishes, great friendly service and great prices too. Would 100% come back as want to try the Red Curry next as it looked amazing. Great New Spot in Prestwich, highly recommend

Finally! An authentic Thai restaurant in Prestwich! Used to have to trek all the way into Bury town centre for this, delighted to find out they've now moved closer! Tried their Pow Moo Sub, hands down the best in UK! Their Green Curry is also on point! Can't wait to go through the rest of the menu! 😋

Used to visit a few years ago when the restaurant was in bury so very happy to see it moving to Prestwich, closer to home. Even more happy to see the food was just as good as I remember with the pork dumplings and prawn Lad Nah being exceptional. Absolutely my go to with excellent food and excellent service.

We’d just come back from a 3 week honeymoon in Thailand and had been craving Thai food since. We were told that this is the most authentic Thai food in the area and they weren’t wrong! The Larb Moo is superb, really flavourful. And the Tom Yum noodle soup is delicious too. Portion sizes are good, food always arrives piping hot. We’ve been back multiple times and recommend ordering direct - it’s cheaper and portion sizes are larger this way.

Had the spicy chicken salad for lunch, was flavourful and you get plenty of chicken.

Have been eating at the Thai corner restaurant for many years.the standard of the food is absolutely delicious.we all enjoyed it too unfortunately it's moving to Prestwich soon but I will still be using the new restaurant good luck with your move see you very soon

Thai cuisine feels authentic, and the yellow curry is quite spicy. I will try other curries next time. The price is affordable and worth a try.

Really delicious Thai food. the green curry, jasmine rice was lovely with a good kick which you often don’t get with English they food.

I rarely give a bad review, but I have to do this time. I ordered a Thai milk tea with less sugar, and I highlight “less” three times. The staff said yes, but I got a extremely extremely extremely sweet drink. Also, veg and chicken were not fresh. Me and my wife both got a diarrhoea at night. About the taste, the only thing I need to say is, it is below most Thai food I have ever tried at this country.

Don't eat there!!! Lured by decent overall rating on Google Maps and authentic dishes on the menu like green papaya salad I decided to give it a go, especially as place was packed at 1pm on Saturday. £8 for a chicken pad thai, a bit pricey but quality food isn't cheap. Well, it turned out to be the opposite of quality. The dish had no flavour, just some cooked chicken, noodles and few veggies. All I could taste was overwhelming sweetness and tiny bit of soy sauce. The portion was really small too, in this case it wasn't an issue as I considered throwing it away, but hate wasting food.

Best Thai food ever. Even better than Manchester and at a fraction of the price. Order ‘English’ style Thai or ‘Thai spice’ as it it’s super spicy. I love really spicy food, so if you do too - go for it! The red curry, green curry and pad kra pow are amazing, but try a little something different too as it’s all fantastic! The staff are friendly, chatty, and from Thailand, so a ‘sà-wàt-dii (pronounced sawadee) on arrival or leaving is always met with a smile.

I was looking forward to eating there, but it's closed without any notice although supposed to be open Maybe it doesn't exist anymore which would be a shame Anyway important update that information online as I walked specifically to eat there

Food is really dry and tastes like plastic the only good thing about the place is the drinks would recommend not going there.

The sitting place outside is dirty and is quite disturbing by by-pass people, even one person tried to sell us casino ticket and a lady touched and kissed my dog without asking, do not suggest people come with dog. We ordered Tom Yum Kung, pad Thai and fish cake. Not recommended Pad Thai, look messy, taste too sweet and the noodle is too wet, not the authentic taste. Tom Yum Kung and fish cake are ok. It was my first time to try and probably my last time.

I don’t really like leaving bad reviews but this is the third time I’ve visited here and been very disappointed by the attitude of the member of staff there. She is just the most unpleasant person I’ve ever met in my entire life and makes the atmosphere uncomfortable. Stands there with her arms crossed and a scowl on her face. Looks like she absolutely hates the place, and took my order like she was being held at gunpoint. (Please blink twice next time if you need help) Only positive thing was that the food was nice, but I’m not sure I’d visit again.

I can't comment on the atmosphere as I had my food delivered but the noodle dish I ordered was disgusting! The chicken was sharp and stringy so god knows what it was but it was awful and bland I ordered a dish similar to pad Thai that said it was spicy it wasn't it's a shame because the food here used to be lovely

Order chicken wings, but come out only “drumsticks”, & the food is toooo dry!! Spicy minced pork with holy basil, menu showing photo including an Egg lying on top of the rice (as attached photo), but come out NO EGG!

Amazing little hidden gem of Bury.!! This small intimate resturant offers a True orthentic tatse of Thai land!!!.. All food is made fresh too order. Great for a light bite or a good feed!!. Take away option available. Probably on our 20th visit now an pretty much completed menu, so many flavoursome dishes don't know which recommend first!!. -- KOEW TEAW NUM TOK is an amazing beef broth noodle soup dish.!! Different from a beef noodle soup more flavour 😋 Rely recommend giving this place a try!! This is not my first vist an will not be my last!! thats for sure!!! 🥣🥢😋..

Rudely refused service despite place being open and taking orders online! The woman told me to get out because they have a “private party” - if that’s a case put a sign up and update the website! Probably saved myself from food poisoning though - seeing what had been served up on the table - looked awful! Almost as bad as the ignorant employee!

The food is very delicious and the price is very cheap,I would recommend everyone to try it.

Not sure where the bad reviews came from, but our dinners were just lovely plentiful and very reasonable. Good recommendations, kids loved the food and it was very tasty!! Will be back.

Amazing, authentic Thai food in Bury! Right by the bus station, this little cafe doesn't look like much from the outside. Inside however it's cozy and well decorated. Best of all - the food! There's an extensive authentic menu - so much to choose from, and at really great prices. This is definitely my new favourite place to eat in Bury!

Love the food here! I’ve been eating at Thai Corner for years and always enjoyed the food. Been working through the curry’s over my past few visits and all were delicious. I’d eat here over any other Thai and any other food outlet in the town.

Lovely small Thai cafe next to the bus station and market in Bury. Very reasonably priced. Recommend fish cakes to start and red Thai curry (medium hot). Good for people watching!

On arrival to the restaurant we were told to just take a seat and sort out ourselves moving tables as we came in a group of 5. We were handed menus and we then went up to order our food at the counter. The woman who was putting our order through was a newly employed member of staff and so was taking a little long than expected but this was no issue to us as i work in the restaurant buisness myself and I understand how stressful it can be. However this lady, not her fault, had been thrown into the job untrained and unaware of how to use the till. Another lady then approached who seemed to be more experienced and helper her, however she then turned to us and told us in a very rude manner how we needed to order properly as the first lady didn’t understand. It was very off putting how she spoke to us and she came across as very rude. The food arrived in a very strange order and we all ended up eating separately to one another. The food itself was absolutely disgusting and so disappointing. Me and my friend shared a crispy chicken chow mien and it arrived hot (probably the only good thing about it). The noodles were unflavoured and stodgy and the chicken tasted very similarly to rubber. It had clearly been recooked about 4 times as it was chewy and honestly i was mostly concerned about my teeth after eating a piece. Me and my friends have been looking forward to trying this place for the last year or so however i am greatly disappointed and would not recommend to anyone. The staff were rude, the restaurant was dirty and the food was absolutely disgusting!!

Almost street food but in a cafe environment. The food is brilliant and the atmosphere simple. The staff are always pleasant and happy to help. Inexpensive authentic Thai food. I highly recommend Thai Corner.

There aren't many Thai restaurants nearby and this had been in my radar for some time I was shocked when the salt and pepper tofu turned up, and it was stone cold and in tiny containers. Usually, the standard is to put them in a large container but it was tiny. It had about 5 prices of tofu in and it was so cold I had to reheat it which turned it rubbery. The standard of it wasn't even great. The chips were the same and expensive, they were just warm ups thrown with some onions and carrots. The Thai yellow curry went straight in the bin, as it had about 5 tablespoons of salt in it. This is the worst curry I've ever had, and I have no idea how on earth that much salt ends up inside a dish. Is there no tasting of the food before it's slopped into a container? There's zero love and passion in the food and it shows. Shocking, avoid at all costs. What a waste of 34 quid. Overpriced isn't even the word. I'm angry I've wasted so much on absolute rubbish. Seems to be the standard these days.

It's nice coming for a treat now and then with my daughter and when we do we are always happy with the food and friendly service x

We have a friend that has been recommening this place to us and we finally got around to visiting today. The lovely lady let us no she's was working alone and there would be a 30-40 min wait for our food which wasn't an issue for us as we had gone out to enjoy the day. Food came and it was delicious , great portion size and very friendly lady working hard alone doing online orders aswell as the dine in . Will be back to try out something new next time

When I first moved to Bury a few years ago I stumbled on this place and loved the authentic cuisine as I love Thai food. It was a hidden gem and I treated myself whenever I was in Bury. Unfortunately the quality of the food has gone down hill and I'm hoping it's a one off but I'm not sure. It's always been quirky - order from counter, pay in cash, mismatched cutlery & toilet paper serviettes but the food more than made up for it (in the past). My husband and I had the chicken satay and the vegetable spring rolls to start and both were burnt and nothing special. Very disappointing. I had the Thai Basil & Chilli Minced Pork with steamed rice and a fried egg which was the best of the food we had and although I thought the portion was smaller it was still quite tasty. My husband's Chicken Massaman curry with egg fried rice he said was disappointing and not up to the usual standard (it was always his favourite). All in all a real shame and expensive for what we got. Hopefully I'll read some good reviews again soon and try again in a few months but I feel I can't recommend to my friends like I used to. I wish we had more Thai restaurants in Bury!

We had visited Bury Market & had read beforehand about the food in this Thai Cafe. We love Thai food & decided to try it. On entering the cafe which wasn't very big we were unsure what to expect as everything looked a bit basic but it looked clean. We were the only customers there sitting in to eat. During our time there a couple of people came in for take outs. We were greeted by a nice pleasant lady who gave us menus to look at. There was a good choice on the menu. My husband ordered the Thai fishcakes which he enjoyed & I ordered the king prawns starter which were coated in lovely crispy breadcrumbs & were delicious served with a sweet chilli sauce. My husband then chose the Katsu chicken curry & I chose the beef with cashew nuts both which were gorgeous. Portions were generous & the bill for both of us for 2 courses & extra chips & 2 cans of coke came to £31. We thought it was good value for money & would certainly return if we ever came back to Bury. I only wish we had a lovely Thai cafe like this near us !!

Authentic Thai street food served in lovely quaint surroundings that resembles a genuine Thai restaurant that wouldn't look out of place on Khoasan Road. Friendly staff, reasonable prices, and well worth a visit!

I had been here before and it was OK. Back again and it was still OK I say that because I only order a thia green curry and Fanta. Service was a bit long during which time two customers left their meal saying it wasn't very nice. Mine came and it was OK, but the place doesn't fill you with pleasure. It's a bit drab to be honest with tables being a bit jaded. Condiments were sparse and not every table had some. Things like knives and forks plus napkins. There's toilets but you have to go beside the kitchen. My meal was really expensive considering the state of the place. The staff were a bit weird and had no repour with their customers either. Anyway when you fancy a curry you buy one. I took a couple of photographs so hopefully they're fine

Don't be fooled by these reviews service was bad sat at a table for 10 mins and was given a menu. Waited another 10 mins and then went to the counter to order. The place is dirty with no staff presence and no atmosphere. I ordered salt and pepper chips, crispy prawns and crisy chicken with fried rice, Well, the dishes came far placed. Salt and Pepper chips first, hard and frozen no sign of the salt and pepper experience just a few random carrot shavings and a bit of onion. Prawns were overcooked and where rubbery. The crisy chicken was dry and overcooked the rice tasted soggy and old with a funny taste. Avoid at all cost. Because you pay before you eat and no one ask you how the food was. could not wait to leave, My mum was very ill awards and had to go home.

The food is really quite good and it does feel like your in Thailand. The issue is the venue is drab and not somewhere you would want to visit other than for a very quick bite. Sadly all things considered the price point is too high for the venue so I will not return.

A great place. Really authentic In Bury ( especially the day time ) it seems a world of bacon sausage chips. Great to actually come to a place that cooks fresh vegetable stir fry meals which are tasty. Although they do offer the typical full English meals as well. I just prefer something cooked in a wok, with fresh Jasmin rice. Yummy. And more healthier. Only gripe is no cards accepted, only cash ...which is a pain for those who don't do cash. Always found that odd when a card reader system is literally £20 to buy and set up...then a small 1% charge, which can be passed on to the customer. Also the fan extraction could be better to reduce the strong food odours, that linger on the clothes two days later.... but when the weather is warm enough to open the windows then it's fine. Overall, a decent place to visit in the day time before three pm. I've often tried to go around 4 /5 mid week; and they have been closed unfortunately. Maybe just bad luck on those specific days. Still.... definitely worth a visit to try. Meals are great.

Me and my husband love Thai Corner, we could eat there every day. The food is amazing, freshly made in front of you and super fast. The staff are lovely, so friendly, polite and caring. A cozy restaurant which I would give 10 stars if I could. P.S I would highly recommend ignoring the negative comment below - some people just love to complain as you can see if you go on to their profile they complain everywhere they go. What a life 🙃

Was looking forward to having a nice authentic Thai meal for some days. I found this place on google and it ranked highly so I thought why not (tho I could tell from the photos, the establishment was like a little hole in the wall type), but the food rating was promising! Arrived to be greeted by billowing smoke that filled the restaurant, and an unfriendly greeting from the staff there. The service did get mildly better as we made our order - they ask you to pay first before you eat. Which is understandable - maybe they had customers in the past that eat and run, or because of the location on which they run their restaurant, I am not sure. But if you're going to ask for pre-payment, be a little more friendly? The food was OK, but to be honest, if I wanted microwaved food for 20 quid, I'd of gone to my local Asda and to purchase a microwave meal - and come out with change. It is authentic when freshly cooked and served but way to bastardise it by heating it up in the microwave and serving it to customers! Won't be going back.
