Food is excellent with a wide choice to choose from. Parking is a bit naff but other than that,,, great place

Popular little corner cafe, quirky decor inside and the 2 ladies were very friendly who served us. Food was decent and prices were ok

Discovered this gorgeous little cafe last week - food is great, price is great, decor is great, and the staff are very friendly and helpful (aka great!). They do a cracking good sausage and bacon butty - and I'm a Yorkshireman, so this kind of stuff is sacred to me. It's absolutely worth your time to drop in and catch some food on the go, or just chill out in the sunshine with some great food.

I visit here often and I have never had a bad meal. Whether I have breakfast, lunch or just a snack. Food is always gorgeous and the breakfast are never greasy. They will always provide exactly what you ask for and if its not on the menu they will always try to accommodate if they can. Sandwiches are always freshly made and always stuffed full of filling, as are the salads. I love how they do "Old School" Deserts too. I mean who doesn't want a good old slice of cake with thick icing and sprinkles :o) You must also try the brownie! Its famous in there! Service is always with a smile and the girls are all lovely and friendly! Homemade at its best!!

I sometimes pop into this little cafe for breakfast on the go. Staff always friendly. Food always cooked to high standards. There is a eating in option too.

Me and my sister had a lovely ham and cheese toastie here with some chips. Got quite a lot for value for money and it was as nice as you can get for a ham and cheese toastie lol we all love a good toastie. Will definitely visit again as a little pit stop after a shopping spree. Thanks

What a lovely interlude into what could've so easily turned out to be a really tough day… I was very fortunate enough to pass by "Coffee and Cream"… I discovered this little gem by total accident on my way to Fairfield hospital.. I called in for a quick sandwich to gulp down inbetween training, and was met with a lovely smile and welcome! I was very undecided about what I should choose, indecisiveness is my weakness! I was talked through the options available settling for a delicious full breakfast in a tray (no time for brekkie that morning!) on paying for my order, I was informed that my coffee was on the house, as I was NHS staff, and this woud always mean a free cuppa, regardless of whether I had placed an order or not! In such a "dog eat dog" world, this lovely thoughtful gesture meant a lot. Any other healthcare worker would totally understand what this meant to me. Going back on my day off for my lunch, the cakes looked scrummy!! Thankyou you lovely ladies for a lovely bit of sunlight in my stressful day :

Called in for breakfast was greeted by a smile and a welcome wide range of breakfast options . Large spam and bacon £2.50 belly buster £4.00 full breakfast from £4.50.Many specials on offer if passing again will always call in. Place was spotlessly clean with a 5 star hygiene rating leading to it being so busy. We'll done to the staff they are a credit to the business

Staff are funny friendy and do what they can to help you. Food is really nice and all for good prices can't fault this place

What a treat to,go,to,such a welcoming and friendly place to eat. Couldn't fault the food, service or cleanliness of Coffee and Cream. They have a fabulous tantalising menu that caters for everyone's taste or dietry requirements. But most of all each customer gets treated with warmth, care and respect. I can't pass this place without going in. Everything is so fresh. The place is immaculate inside, and the staff are really helpful. They have something to cater for everyone. If your passing you need to go in!

Best butty shop is Bury was told so I went to check it out on a visit to the hospital. I queued for a while as it was very busy, but the girl behind the till reassured me I would be served soon and offered me a free brew. It was totally worth the wait the chicken salad muffin I had was the freshest, filling butty I have had, will definitely be visiting again on my next visit

This place is by far the best sandwich bar in bury, it is absolutely spotless, the people who run it are very friendly and welcoming, the ingredients used are top quality and very fresh! The home made brownies are delicious, I won't honestly go anywhere else for sandwiches, breakfasts, cakes. I would highly recommend anyone to go there!

delicious fry up and cup of tea took the children all ginger bread home aswell... eat in and take out its not in bury town centre just on willow street which is just off the moterway at bury ..to the right then right turn after the bp garage give it a go its yummy

This is by far one of the best cafes in bury! There is always so much food to choose from, the food is always delicious and the customer service is always lovely. And not to mention the home made desserts!!!

I am a regular at Coffee and Cream for lunch on the go! The menu is varied and the owners are fabulous nothing is too much trouble!
