Amazing vegan food - that you'd never know is vegan. The moz sticks were delicious, and the GF pasta dishes were stand-out. Lovely services and great reggae music. Good value too. Recommended.

It’s a cocktail bar more than a pub. The cocktails are good, not too sweet, and fairly priced, plus the staff are lovely. It’s noisy and dark so you have to be after that atmosphere.

We travelled to the bar on purpose, to see how the hype and reputation for ourselves. Amazing job taking what must have been a far out disused shop into such a highly ranked cocktail bar. That story I would like to hear more about. But.... The bar has a daily menu, a blend of house specials and classics. Almost 30min total. Hint: less is more. The menu is hard to read and hard to chose from. Simply having 12 seasonal drinks (or monthly if you m ust would be more than enough. And this long menu mens the cocktails end up being not that special. The room is nice, eclectic, without any particular style. Would we come back? No.

Atienden a dietas estrictas, opciones saludables, e incluso ofrecen una mezcla de dulce y salado si no puede decidir! No he experimentado mejor personal en ningún lugar y encuentro el ambiente que crean para ser tan acogedor. Son profesionales, amables y cálidos. No puedo recomendar este café lo suficiente a cualquiera que tenga hambre y en la zona.

Visité Love Shack para un evento de terceros en la habitación oculta. Necesitaba mostrar mi boleto en línea, pero la habitación oculta tiene poco o ningún servicio y no hay Wi-Fi disponible, por lo que no fue posible hacer esto sin volver a la zona principal del bar. Una vez ordenado, me informaron que el lugar era corto, con personal y luchando bajo el peso del evento. Nos dirigieron a la orden a través de un código QR en las mesas / menús, pero como ya se mencionó, no hay servicio para hacer esto. Cuando finalmente encontré el único lugar en la habitación donde podía recibir una ligera señal, encontré que hacer pedidos en línea incurrió en una tarifa no opcional en comparación con hacer pedidos en persona, así que como muchas personas, opté por no hacer esto. Al tratar de ordenar en el bar, al principio fui ignorado. Después de un tiempo, una funcionaria claramente harta explicó que tenía un retraso de pedidos móviles que necesitaba atender primero. Creo en las segundas oportunidades, así que le daría otra oportunidad a Love Shack para ver si les va mejor en circunstancias menos estresantes (y actualizaré mi calificación), pero mi primera impresión ciertamente no fue genial.

The service, coffee, and food were all brilliant. We had a variety of fresh pastries and filled croissants. Excellent service from a very friendly and funny Scottish guy, didn’t catch his name to mention it. If you’re in the area you must stop here

Pleasent and efficient. This establishment is on Cambridge Heath Road and a stones throw from Bethnal Green Tube.I would rather come here than McDonald's that is a short walk away.

Great food, lovely staff, good price! Cafe was very busy, many customers seemed local and everyone was welcomed by the staff.

Todos disfrutamos de un excelente y amable servicio al cliente, el menú del desayuno es excelente, la comida es fresca, casera y extremadamente sabrosa y nos encantó el tema de San Valentín. Volveremos la próxima vez que estemos en la zona?

Solid coffee shop to go to. The environment is nice and friendly and it’s a good place to chill for some time. The 8.0 coffee was pretty good as well, just a little bitter on the aftertaste but overall a good cup.

I booked the private outdoor area with food at The Old George for 45 people, including 3 children, on the 28th of September from 14:30. What began as a lovely afternoon was absolutely ruined by the disgraceful treatment of myself and my guests by a member of staff named Joshua. Firstly, the food I ordered was of substandard quality and served lukewarm or cold. It also was in no way labelled or organised, so there was no way of knowing what was suitable for the vegetarians in our party. However, the food was not my main complaint. At approximately 18:30, Joshua informed us that in line with the pubs policy, the children had to leave the premises by 18:30. We explained to him that I had checked upon booking the policy on children and was informed that they were welcome on premise until 20:00, and that this policy is clearly stated on the Old George website. However, he was adamant that the children had to leave, we stood our ground and explained we would not be leaving as per policy and also as we do not live in London and had a minibus booked for 20:00 to take the children home to Surrey. Joshua’s response was then to threaten us with the police. By this time, the weather was turning cold and the 20 of our party that were waiting for our transport sat in the heated booths outside. I was then astounded when Joshua turned the heating and televisions in the back garden off and left us out in the cold. We could not enter the premises inside as we were not allowed to bring the children inside. Consequently, we sat out in the cold with two elderly guests and three very distressed children who were in tears and frightened because they thought that the police were going to come. I cannot believe that we were treated in such a disgusting and spiteful manner by this establishment - especially considering their policy on their own website contradicts what we were being told when Joshua was trying to drive us out. We paid over £1,100 upfront to the Old George for food, drinks and an area for us to say our farewells to our family and friends as we are leaving the country soon. I, and my family, have complained to the Old George on the matter via email and their official feedback form, yet they have not had the decency to respond to anyone. Shame on you, the Old George. I regret that a pub that I and my party had frequented often over the years has treated us so badly. Neither I, nor my guests, will ever be coming back.

I can not recommend this restaurant. Terrible lunch, poor service and super expensive. The worse ceaser salad I ever had. Don’t waste your money in mediocre food

Great cheap breakfast in London. The portions are huge, food is great and the staff are very friendly! The food was also served really fast! Definitely recommend.

Incredibly rude woman: sighing, tutting and eye-rolling. Made for an unpleasant experience, which is a shame as the location is good.
