Love Shack in Tower Hamlets

Visité Love Shack para un evento de terceros en la habitación oculta. Necesitaba mostrar mi boleto en línea, pero la habitación oculta tiene poco o ningún servicio y no hay Wi-Fi disponible, por lo que no fue posible hacer esto sin volver a la zona principal del bar. Una vez ordenado, me informaron que el lugar era corto, con personal y luchando bajo el peso del evento. Nos dirigieron a la orden a través de un código QR en las mesas / menús, pero como ya se mencionó, no hay servicio para hacer esto. Cuando finalmente encontré el único lugar en la habitación donde podía recibir una ligera señal, encontré que hacer pedidos en línea incurrió en una tarifa no opcional en comparación con hacer pedidos en persona, así que como muchas personas, opté por no hacer esto. Al tratar de ordenar en el bar, al principio fui ignorado. Después de un tiempo, una funcionaria claramente harta explicó que tenía un retraso de pedidos móviles que necesitaba atender primero. Respondo que estaba bien y que no había prisa. Esto fue recibido con una cara miserable y no hubo más interacción. Entiendo que este miembro del personal probablemente estaba cansado, pero la grosería no era necesaria. Afortunadamente, otros miembros del personal eran mucho mejores. La primera bebida que seleccioné estaba agotada, lo que resultó ser el caso de muchos de los refrescos más populares. Finalmente me decidí por algo a medida y el funcionario que entonces prestaba servicios no solo estaba feliz de agradecer, sino que se esforzó por garantizar un buen precio. El servicio continuó siendo lento durante toda la tarde, pero estaba claro que el equipo estaba haciendo todo lo posible y todos excepto ese primer funcionario fueron serviciales y se disculparon. La habitación escondida en sí es un espacio bastante fresco, pero muy caliente ese día (que no era uno particularmente caliente). Esto se ayudó con algunos fans a mitad de la visita, pero realmente podría hacer con aire acondicionado si la habitación se alquila en la capacidad que era. Creo en las segundas oportunidades, así que le daría otra oportunidad a Love Shack para ver si les va mejor en circunstancias menos estresantes (y actualizaré mi calificación), pero mi primera impresión ciertamente no fue genial.

Adresse incontournable de Londres pour manger de bonnes choses dans un très beau cadre et un personnel très accueillant. Nous y avons mangé trois soirs de suite et à chaque fois c'était délicieux 😋. Un grand bravo aux cuisiniers et serveurs . Merci à James pour son accueil. Nous vous recommanderons vivement.

Este es un gran lugar para conocer a un grupo de personas, diseño único, gran menú variado, sabrosa comida y bebidas que no encontrará en ningún otro lugar! Interesantes variaciones en hot toddies y cocktails.

Me encanta este lugar, Love Shack fue recientemente descubierto durante nuestra reciente estancia en Londres. La comida vegana es una locura, especialmente sus alitas de hongos y tofu. La elección de cervezas y cócteles son algunos de los mejores si no los mejores que he probado en Londres. El Love Shack estaba tan ocupado y definitivamente te sientes como parte de una cálida comunidad de personas de ideas afines que son tan compasivas. Recomiendo encarecidamente este lugar, gracias especialmente a James y su equipo de personal por hacer de nuestra noche una de las mejores. No puedo esperar a volver la próxima vez que estemos en Londres 💚🌱

Tan feliz que encontramos el Love Shack ❤️ Muy buena comida, servicio fantástico y el estilo peculiar simplemente establece el escenario perfecto para un gran tiempo. Teníamos las hamburguesas de queso, tacos de fruta Jack y una hamburguesa kimchi, con una porción de las alas para compartir - un montón de comida también si realmente tienes hambre, todo súper sabroso y bellamente decorado. También nos tomamos unas copas, me tomé el mejor negroni que he tomado, saben cómo mezclar un cóctel 😍 Así que solo puedo recomendar la Love Shack❤️

Probably the best vegan food I've ever eaten. I came here with my sister for a birthday meal before the theatre and will definitely be back next time I'm in London. Our food was absolutely delicious. Hot, perfectly seasoned and wonderfully crispy chips. Some of the best hoisin 'duck' (mushroom) pancakes I've had in a long time and the most amazing kimchi! Generous portions, a great variety of food and really good prices for what you get. The staff were all incredibly friendly and inviting and my sister got a free shot as a little birthday treat. Their earl grey tea and coconut Mocha were also delicious. I'm just sad we're all the way down in Plymouth so can't come regularly! We'll be back in October for our next visit!

This is my absolute favourite cafe in London (and I’m a Londoner). Super quirky, wholesome and relaxed, amazing staff and the best vegan breakfast I’ve ever had. I’ve also come on other occasions for evening events eg live music and love the vibe then too. Would highly recommend.

Fine for a quick drink and it is dog friendly, but I wouldn’t want to eat here. The whole place is a bit dark and grubby, it doesn’t feel like the sort of location where you should be eating food.

Unconventional vegan restaurant and cocktail bar under the railway arches at Cambridge Heath Station. Innovative menu of locally sourced and attractively presented vegan dishes. Service is welcoming, cheerful and swift.

Tables were sticky, and the floors looked like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks. As I observed the kitchen area, I couldn't help but notice the lack of basic hygiene practices. It left me questioning the overall cleanliness of the establishment and the safety of the food being served.

Food wasn't bad for vegan food, but trying to pretend it's meat with fake names is annoying. Mushroom coco was pretty disgusting, but the normal drinks were okay. 1* for service charges added automatically and not asked or reminded at payment. Small print at the bottom of the page we noticed after. If you want to add a service charge as standard, please add it on the line, ie.. Mushroom Breakfast 10 (+1.25) 11.25 Or better yet, pay your properly staff to offer good service and let us choose to add an extra tip if we have received exceptional service.

Lovely spot for some late night drinks. Interesting drinks menu. Our waitress Tegan was so excellent and helpful.

We were really hyped to go here after seeing the menu. It seemed really interesting, open-minded, and full of great vegan things to try. Unfortunately, the service was a challenge. It took almost half an hour for us to get us drinks and we had to remind about them. We were served the starter even later without being given any cutlery and had to ask for it twice. It was very hard to get the employees' attention, let alone to get stuff, and the waiting time made things quite disappointing. The tofu starter was really delicious, but the mushroom tacos were cold and underwhelming.

This is the most wonderful place! Amazing vegan food for breakfast, dinner, and tea (or breakfast, lunch, and dinner!) Delicious beers and cocktails, and all manner of wonderous mushroom drinks!! Plus a delightfully quirky indoor space, and a totally awesome outdoor space! Along with having the most lovely and attentive of staff, and the bestest music all day long, it all adds up to being a glorious vegan paradise. Me and my friend came for brunch and stayed all day, the came back for breakfast in the morning! If it were possible, I think we'd never have left!!😂🍄🌿💪🧘‍♀️💚🍄

Love Shack is the perfect spot hidden below Cambridge Heath station for drinks, food, and an all-round wonderful experience. I hosted an event there in May and was welcomed with the most kind staff. They are flexible, accommodating and such great vibes! Their menu of plant-based food and drinks is so creative and special. The venue is cosy, unique and perfect for any occasion. I could not recommend Love Shack more for both larger or smaller social events or just an evening out. Not a bad word to say about the place or the staff!

Really good vegan/vegetarian menu in a nice quirky venue (a bridge archway) with decent drinks. Prices reasonable too.

We work just next door and use to come here for dinner after but apparently now they don’t serve food if you don’t make a reservation. Very bummed out because we like the place but if we can’t just go and eat like we used to we will just find another place.

First the downside: LOTS of things off the menu. On a Saturday that’s not good. So why 5 stars? The food; simply that. I’m flexitarian so I need to be wowed to try vegan and this did just that. I had Hummus with basil oil and flatbread. This would usually struggle to be remarkable but this was something else. The flavours were so well blended and the oft-levelled criticism of vegan food of blandness OR eye-watering heat wasn’t here. It was just expertly cooked food. The fruit crumble was a lovely little finish and just hit the spot (and was on the house which was a kind gesture for the number of things I couldn’t have). My partner had the kimchi chicken burger and was just as wowed by it too. We’ll be back here: if they can do that with hummus and flatbread I can only imagine what they can do with the dishes we’d have really liked to have tried.

Came here with my partner for some lunch, we’re both not vegan but, the food we ate was. It was so delicious, we recommend the Cheese and Heritage tomato toastie! Will definitely visit here again when I’m the area!

I've been going to dinner, taking different friends each time and I've been for some daytime food and drinks with my partner. I LOVE LOVE SHACK. I love the staff that make you feel as though you are their dearest friends. I love the Oyster Mushroom and Hoisin Sauce Pancakes. I love the tequila. I love the holiday vibes decor and I love the affordable, I'm not gonna rip you off just because there's been a pandemic pricing.

I am absolutely obsessed with their breakfasts, and have spent too much of my money on them. I am also such a fan of their weekday lunch plates - such a great way to reduce food waste, and such great value for such delicious food. The staff are always so kind and up for a chat, and their mushroom drinks (sounds weird) are honestly to die for!!!! Never been on an evening but imagine a dinner and a drink there would be fantastic. You also get a free shot on your birthday! Which is such a sweet touch.
