The best restaurants serving Other cuisines food in Forest Hill Lewisham London

I eat here at least three times a week. The staff remember all of my favourites and can usually predict what I'm going to order. They really look after me. As well as your usual cafe menu, they also have a specials board, where you can get roast pork or shepherd's pie or steak pie (or whatever's on, usually multiple options) with all the trimmings, and for a very reasonable price, especially considering the quality of the food. On Fridays they usually do incredible fish and chips with a light and delicate yet crispy batter. But get there early to avoid disappointment, because the fish and chips often sells out by the end of lunch. In fact, I'm off there now...

We have been meaning to visit for a long time, after hearing many great things. It met and exceeded all our expectations! The food was delicious, the service was warm and friendly, and the ambiance was casual, relaxed, and intimate. The wine was excellent, and we were able to try a handful of different wines before making our selections. We will definitely be coming back soon - Sydenham is lucky to have such an incredible place.

Lovely cafe serving breakfast, sandwiches, paninis, cakes etc and great coffee. Service is always very friendly.

This Pub is under new ownership, and it’s certainly improved 10 fold! The service is brilliant, loads of lovely, friendly staff who couldn’t help you more! The best transformation has been the food…! The Sunday Roast is delicious, definitely the best in the local area (Forest Hill/honor oak/East Dulwich!) the only downside is there are so many TVs that if you’re not a sports fan you cannot escape it… my dad is hard of hearing so it was difficult for him to hear over all of the TV noise. But apart from that, honestly this place is great and so happy for the new owners 🙌

This spot is always super cosy. The cakes and brownies are sooo tasty and home made! The staff is always welcoming and the manager is lovley, I always have a good chat with her! Come here for the best brownies.

This is a great sandwich cafe! My friend and I both ordered the Bacon + Brie toasted sandwich and it was so so good. We sat in the outside garden which was enjoyable too. I have since tried to recreate the sandwich haha.

This cafe is the most disgusting I’ve ever seen it might look nice but the rats running up and down the alleyway behind it, where the back entrance is isn’t or the maggots and fox’s poop due to the fact they can not dispose of the rubbish correctly, despite the fact there Bins directly next a line of houses !! If their are rats outside then their must be some getting in too

This is probably one of my favorite go-to spot when traveling to London. Great pies and awesome service. Hassam and Segum are by favorite my favorite bar keepers. They’re friendly and professional.

On my trip in the hill there is a bar staff he name is ted she was extremely rude and I would not recommend you go there when she is working
