The best restaurants in Forest Hill Lewisham London

I eat here at least three times a week. The staff remember all of my favourites and can usually predict what I'm going to order. They really look after me. As well as your usual cafe menu, they also have a specials board, where you can get roast pork or shepherd's pie or steak pie (or whatever's on, usually multiple options) with all the trimmings, and for a very reasonable price, especially considering the quality of the food. On Fridays they usually do incredible fish and chips with a light and delicate yet crispy batter. But get there early to avoid disappointment, because the fish and chips often sells out by the end of lunch. In fact, I'm off there now...

Amazing night with stunning food and drinks ...we all had the u course tasting menu with the lobster and beef supplement which is 100percent worth the £12 extra ...attentive staff with friendly and unpretentious manor ...engaging and welcoming..and to top of such an exceptional night the main man himself was there to spend time chatting to guests being very humble and sincere...I would highly recommend any of his restaurants and stunning menus ....visiting with my Michelin star chef partner who had nothing but complimentary words sais it all .

This is my favourite coffee shop in the area, and one of my favs in London. The decor is cute, the vibes are good and the staff are super friendly. Most importantly the coffee is great every time. I also love the selection of pastries and cakes; if you stop by you must try the spinach pie, it’s divine! A must visit in Forest Hill.

Este es uno de los mejores cafés auténticos en Forest Hill y Sydenham área. Lugar querido por los lugareños que ofrecen un buen surtido de sándwiches de pastelería y pan de masa aserrada, pero también famoso por su goulash de viernes.

This is a great sandwich cafe! My friend and I both ordered the Bacon + Brie toasted sandwich and it was so so good. We sat in the outside garden which was enjoyable too. I have since tried to recreate the sandwich haha.
