Gaohouse in Lewisham

Gaohouse is just the loveliest little find. Their food is fresh, delicious and fantastic quality. The staff are friendly and the bubble tea is the BEST in London!!

Come here quite a bit. It never fails to disappoint. Very good portion sizes. Excellent taste. I would highly recommend the spicy noodle soup if you can handle spice. Sides are also incredible. Calm atmosphere inside

Had some amazing banh mi straight from the oven and filled with the most delicious pork. Also tried the summer rolls and the duck bao bun. Was like being back in Vietnam. Definitely recommend if you are in the area. Map not quite right as it's directly across from forest hill train station.

We came in on Friday night for dinner and had a lovely meal. Both my friend and I have visited Vietnam numerous times and were pleased to find some of our favourite things on the menu. The summer rolls were especially lovely and my Hue style soup absolutely delicious. We resisted the urge to have a coffee as it was getting late and we know from experience those things are rocket fuel. So we went back the next day for one of those.

Superb Vietnamese coffee and amazing banh mi. Highly recommended, with reasonable prices. Friendly staff as well.
