McDonald's Deptford in Lewisham

Usually fast service, if not fast then the order comes out right. There is a staff member who works there, she might be the manager. Her name is Mona. She is always so lovely, friendly and cooperative. Even when it is crazy busy, she never fails to be kind to customers. Everytime I come to McDonald's and she is working there, she makes my experience better by her kind smile. She has very good customer service. Overall this McDonald's is pretty decent for the area it is in.

I came here with my toddler son and needed help with a baby seat no one offered me any help despite the staff seeing me struggling Terrible service the manager was faisal

Today’s McDelivery has been a fiasco. My Big Mac missing from the order, sweet chili sauces missing from the order and lastly the fries were a medium instead of large what I ordered.

More staff at the tills/checkout may positively enhance the customer experience

They were ignored me and a few times wrong order And no minecraft toy a long time. All the times unavailable. Others area futher away available. So why this lack laziness unavailable toys adult minecraft I find horrendous I ordered mcfluury for 2.19£ they gave me tiny small mcfluury very wrong size. I didnt ordered mini. I paid 2.19. Very disappointed and very lack communication.

On 05/04/2025 at 4:45 I ordered a fillet o fish meal and the chips they gave me tasted very old and they were probably cooked hours ago. When I went to pay the bill, another white male staff came with a big tray of red meat and chucked it in a bin with his hands and the cashier who was a black female said "this is my bin don't chuck the red meat in the bin barehanded in front of the customers". The white male then proceeded to make people's order without washing his hands and barehanded too. I asked to change my chips a few min after I ordered it and they told me they ran out of chips and they offered hashbrow instead- they weren't bothered and said they are only serving breakfast now. You can ask the black female worker about the red meat incident as she is aware of it.

I used the drive thru in the middle of the night. Atmosphere doesn't really apply but I'd imagine most people reading this know what a drive thru McDonald's is. The food was hot, the order was correct and it was prompt. Sadly, that isn't always the case with McDonald's drive thrus, especially at night, especially is SE London. I tend to favour this one on my way home as it's about the best, in my opinion. It's a regular haunt of mine, late at night.

Didn’t want to leave a negative review however the issue was not resolved. Ordered a breakfast with a banana milkshake but received a bottle of water, what a joke. Customer service then was unable to offer a part refund or compensation based on all the information they have. Even tho I paid more and did not receive what I ask for.

I had a really disappointing experience. First, they gave me the wrong order. When I pointed it out, they corrected it, but one of the burgers in the new order was already open. I mentioned this to the staff, and they said it was because my original order was for a delivery by mistake. However, the burger being open didn’t seem like a simple mix-up—it looked like someone had tampered with it. It made me really uncomfortable and question the hygiene and handling of the food. I hope management takes this seriously.

I’m extremely disappointed as I ordered a vanilla smoothie for my autistic daughter that but instead was met by a cup of Coca Cola. This was after the extreme long wait aswell. I want a refund

There are very few McDonald's in London that offer clean surroundings, good service, and properly prepared food. Since the area is predominantly English, the service tends to be better—if you get what I mean.

It’s a shame that I ordered 2 Milk shakes and I chips and you only delivered just chips. It’s the second time this evening you’re not delivering milk shakes. Very poor service, to say the least! I am appalled at the service from McDonald’s, who have ruined an evening meal expecting a milkshake and receiving a poor substitute! You have our details so can communicate that you don’t have a milkshake and then we can decide whether to continue with the order. Please do not do this again and fix up yourselves and the service you offer!!!
