Made a order and they got the whole order wrong after waiting over an hour for the food, couldn't get a refund so went to the mcdonalds and they refused to change the food or help. Was also very rude and unprofessional (at 4am) just for police to show up and they then decided they was gonna make the food. Not the first time they have messed up the order but will be the last time as i wont be ordering from there again! Terrible branch!

Every time you order from this MCDONALD'S they always forget something in the order and you are always guessing cold food.

The most incompetent staff I've ever had the misfortune to encounter. Apparently being able to read isn't a requirement to work here. I can guarantee beyond doubt that if you order from here, your food will be wrong, freezing and missing items. Couldn't care less about allergens either. Absolute joke of an establishment.

Not worth. People who don’t know to communicate. The cashier smells very bad sweat. Food cold no tissue and packing like rubbish. Tell to wait in the parking 10 minutes when not busy at all only serving two car on the queue. Disappointed

I don’t get how this branch is still open, gets my order wrong once again and they are not very customer friendly. Even the KFC down the road manages to get an order right, you are better off going there. Plus they are not 24 hours this is just for delivery not sure about drive through but can’t walk in.

Absolutely disgusting customer service ! Shocking attitude and language … 16.02.2025 just after 2 am … we came with friends to order food - 3 different channels online show this McDonald’s is open till 2:30am - first security guy came to us saying he don’t know why they send him we are behaving nicely and nothing is wrong then random person came saying drive thru only open he is manager and it’s a no / we politely asked why this is not online he asked us to come speak through the front with him witch we did - at the front different than guy came up saying he is manager - no shirt no name badge - when we asked for his name and surname he was extremely rude and disrespectful and provide zero information - if this is customer service McDonald stand for it’s SHOCKING / never seen anyone that disgustly rude in mcdolanlst PRETENDING to be manager - check your cameras your team needs to be reviewed - shocking behaviour below 1 star

I have made a few previous orders from this restaurant and to be quite honest, its been a bad experience each time. If there not forgetting halfd my order, they send it cold or they take over an hour just to prepare. I also approached the store and they refused to take my order. I also told them the complaint but their attitude and body language showed they didnt seem interested. This franchise is putting a bad name on the McDonalds brand and its dissapointing.

So much for fast food 🤡 Waited 15 mins and everything was still cold 🥶 Staff were lovely, tho.

For the 1000th Time... more than half the order was missing. The incompetence of this particular McDonald's is astounding. Order MCDONALD'S at a mark up price, then pay £5 Delivery to have it dropped off down the road, to then have to walk to McDonalds myself to have them fix the order. Music blaring from the store. perhaps they stop partying and pay attention to the tickets. Waste of my money and time.

Do not order from this McDonald’s online through any of the apps.They never ever get your order correct.Nuggets with no dips is a common one and also often missing burgers if it’s a large order.

Why is it that the last SIX times I’ve ordered online from this franchise that they forget a burger, don’t put ANY dips in or BOTH. If this was a private business it would’ve gone under ages ago. I’m now DONE with them and will order from further away. Shameful and they don’t give a toss!!!

She delivered on time, but the delivery lady was quite a rube on the phone when she handed the customer food. I understand that it is sometimes difficult to find the address, but it is not my fault that your map didn’t show precisely the address, so you can’t take your anger on the customer.

I went the day before Christmas Eve so the atmosphere was great. I had to be assertive as usual to pay by cash at the counter because of the number and location and lack of queue discipline of the delivery guys. The manager was staffing the assembly point so things were going as fast as they could which is usual for this branch. I bought a Happy Meal fishfinger with fruit shoot. Hot and cold in the right places. And I got a Grinch themed plushie Christmas decoration ! All for £3.19. Good value I would say ! Merry Christmas everyone
