the bag was completely wet along with the food.

Everything cold no sauces which I ordered drink (coca cola) spilled everywhere

Forgot dips for cheese sharer box along with no straws for drinks

my order was completed incorrect. the big tasty meal came without bacon. the hamburger came with cheese, and my daughter is allergic, therefore had to be binned. And the nuggets had zero sauce, and I only order them with sweet curry sauce. so no one wants them now either. And no bacon with the quarter pounder, if I requested that correctly. totally dissatisfied.

The coke was placed on its side and therefore made the entire contents of the bag wet. All the food was soaking and the coke was dripping through the bag

the order came without the hotchocolate we ordered, 0 condiments that came with the meal and additional one, no straw for our other drinks which I'm surprised came and they didn't miss off, no napkins, fried where freezing cold, only little positive was nuggets were some what hot, but again no condiments that came with the nuggets that we selected to come with the nuggets, I'd pick a different maccies to order from

Missing items. What I don’t understand is why they never pack sauces especially if I’ve paid for them that just ruins the whole purpose of the meal. Chicken select/nuggets needs sweet chilli sauce-Simple .

Probably the worst takeaway I’ve ever had. Food was absolutely stone cold, and covered in my Coke that had spilt in the bag. To top it off, they also forgot the sauces for the food and no straw for the drink. Absolutely terrible, order from a different maccies

Ordered the food at 7:15 food turn up at 5 to 9. Everything is cold. I’m really not impressed. I would like a full refund the food is edible. It’s a joke. I don’t know how they can send food like that. It’s shameful and I really am disappointed.

The drinks were spilled, over half had spilled and soaked bags with food. Very unpleasant and delivery was delayed too.

Was as expected. The machine didn't print a receipt with the order number but that didnt matter as they never asked for it. Bit of stress being number 37 and they called 35, 36 ,38,39 40 , 42 but then 37 so all ok in the end

Incorrect order was delievered. I had to revuy the food only for justeat to refuse to give me my money back and instead credit my account pretending like they cannot and that i choose for them to credit my account. Now im down 22.16 instead of 11.68

Great! food hot! all there! nice driver! glad just eat do codes now so noone can claim your food..however, just eat need to make sure the driver cannot mark order as delivered without the code be given to them! some drivers are very dishonest!

I bought 2X 20 chicken McNuggets. 1 box had 1 nugget missing and the other had 3 missing so, instead of getting 40 nuggets between 5 people, there were only 16.

This is a very busy restaurant, at a junction close to the Dartford Crossing. This tends to mean food is fresh and hot, but you may have to queue to eat in, or be asked to park up and wait for your drive-thru order to be brought to you.

This was far by the best McDonald's I have had the food came nice and hot staff was nice and the fries was hot and in a separate bag to keep hot crispy and soft in the middle , thIs will be the late nite spot of choice for me .

If im honest - collectively one of the worst mcdonalds i think ive ever been to. Half the time i get the wrong items in a delivery order (eg 9 nuggets instead of 9 selects) and when i decided to go into the restaurant instead, my order was waiting to be presented to me for about 10 mins, because no staff thought to pick up the drink from the drink station and serve the food.

Drinks spilt lost half of drinks in the bag leaked all over my floor.

every time I have ordered from McDonald's it's always cold and dry and every order always some items missing. I think this very unexceptable.

We regularly order breakfast delivery from this place. Every time we order breakfast roll with no egg. The actual thing always comes with „no egg” written on the label but half of the time there is egg in it.
