The drink spilled and just made everything wet

front the travel to my house the drink spilt all over food so was terrible could tell was careless driving

food was cold and one of the drinks half empty

I didn’t receive all my items I payed for

The food and service was excellent 😊

I don’t want a refund just eat is ridiculous the last few times I have used them it’s been silly my food was soaking wet this time and inedible… keep your money and your rubbish service.

For the 1000th Time... more than half the order was missing. The incompetence of this particular McDonald's is astounding. Order MCDONALD'S at a mark up price, then pay £5 Delivery to have it dropped off down the road, to then have to walk to McDonalds myself to have them fix the order. Music blaring from the store. perhaps they stop partying and pay attention to the tickets. Waste of my money and time.

Do not order from this McDonald’s online through any of the apps.They never ever get your order correct.Nuggets with no dips is a common one and also often missing burgers if it’s a large order.

Why is it that the last SIX times I’ve ordered online from this franchise that they forget a burger, don’t put ANY dips in or BOTH. If this was a private business it would’ve gone under ages ago. I’m now DONE with them and will order from further away. Shameful and they don’t give a toss!!!

The food was cold because you keep putting cold drinks in with hot food also if you order a drink in a carton make sure the lid is on. i received my drink in a dripping bag. Not what i expect from your service.

She delivered on time, but the delivery lady was quite a rube on the phone when she handed the customer food. I understand that it is sometimes difficult to find the address, but it is not my fault that your map didn’t show precisely the address, so you can’t take your anger on the customer.

I went the day before Christmas Eve so the atmosphere was great. I had to be assertive as usual to pay by cash at the counter because of the number and location and lack of queue discipline of the delivery guys. The manager was staffing the assembly point so things were going as fast as they could which is usual for this branch. I bought a Happy Meal fishfinger with fruit shoot. Hot and cold in the right places. And I got a Grinch themed plushie Christmas decoration ! All for £3.19. Good value I would say ! Merry Christmas everyone

Although the food was on par with what you would expect from McDonald's, the rest of the services wasn't so good. The order was missing a Breakfast Wrap which of course getting a refund for takes ages .. and considering I'd rather them just deliver the food to me, is more annoying. Also the delivery expectancy time ended up 20 minutes later than originally advised. And they add money on the Store list price, as well as service charge and delivery

Idk what it is about this branch but it's like they get your order and make your milkshake first so it's sitting around while they do your food and wait for it to be collected. By the time we get our order the milkshake is completely liquid! 👎🏼

Drinks were mostly spilled because when the driver took them out of his bag the bag was laying instead of being upward. Plus I ordered English muffin with jam but no jam was with it. This isn't the first time that has happened. What do I do with the muffins now???

I ordered happy meals and the double quarter pounder meal. I asked for extra onions, pickles, and burger sauce... and that's all they put in! NO cheese, no other salad items, nothing! I could have ordered 2 hamburgers and got more filling. Also the milkshake Is completely melted; just liquid.

I opened the door when the driver buzzed only to see him holding the bag with my food dripping soda throug and onto the carpet. I refused to accept the delivery and they asked to take it anyway a d ask for a full refund. I did and waiting until this day. NEVER AGAIN, Thank you.

This driver was around the other side of the black of flats I live in, not everyone wants to walk out in the freezing cold for the driver, having your food delivered means people delivering it to you, I put in clear delivery instructions on where to go for me to collect the order but no, it's like these drivers are blindfolded ignoring the delivery instructions.
