I ordered tonight at 22:21 and at 00:07 my order was cancelled. Worse customer service . Lost as a customer ever !!

I think everything is available in this place except for respect for the customer and people. The attitude of the workers that day was below zero. 15/11/2024 between 14:00-15:00 The worst day and date in London I have ever experienced Workers must be psychologically qualified or suitable people must be selected. Service is like when you are fighting with your wife and she doesn't want to do anything for you. I tried to find the toilets by my self and didn't ask anyone. A girl came to me. She was young and had been wearing braces She looks young and has no professional experience she was a around 16-18 She told me BY THE WAY NO TOILET HERE 🤯 I was shocked, I didn't even know why she spoke, why she came to me, and I didn't even ask her. 😳 But she is so young that I am ashamed to say that her age is younger than even my child. Therefore, the owner of the place or company must choose people or follow them or leave an adult with them who has experience in dealing with people before or has a polite way of understanding how to deal with customers. The company or shop owner should not think about the daily wages of this low-wage age group for his own benefit and forget to respect people.

Quando entramos no local, as minhas filhas adoraram. Nunca tinha comido massa de bolo mas adorei! Quando nós fomos pedir vimos diversos sabores e até foi difícil escolher. Esse café é ideal para famílias, parece uma aventura!

While packed in the crowd in Westfield, we always stop at Sacred, very good service, excellent espresso and a space to sit and reinvigorate before going back to the shopping madness.

I recently had a very milky flat white at Ole & Steen in Greenwich which I told the barista looked too milky when he was making it. He told me I was wrong and that I did not know what a flat white was. Having had a good one the week before I gave him the benefit of the doubt but took it back when I had tasted it. I told him it was a latte and he did not take the feedback well. He became very defensive and unprofessional in his tone. No apology or offer of a replacement was made. Shame on you , Ole & Steen, for not training your staff in basic customer service and for not keeping the coffee making standard consistent!

No recomendaría este Pret. . en particular, las cosas están ocupadas tratando de lograr objetivos y se han olvidado de que están trabajando en una industria de servicios. Servicio patético. Me sirvieron 2 Mocha’s como comida para llevar junto con otros bocadillos que pedí. Salimos de la tienda y la bebimos, literalmente sabía a agua caliente con una gota de leche. Llevé los cafés de vuelta a Pret y dije que no quiero discutir, solo quiero devolverlos ya que no saben a café. Literalmente se dieron la vuelta y dijeron oh perdón y ni siquiera ofrecieron un reembolso o un reemplazo. No tenía en mí discutir con ellos y simplemente me fui de Pret. Teniendo literalmente perder £ 8. 10 . No se trata del dinero, se trata del principio, la mala calidad y el servicio al cliente extremadamente deficiente. Nunca volviendo a Pret en Westfield Shepherds Bush Londres.
